Is happyhaves.com Legit?

Like other reviewers, I had no idea these shipped from China. I ordered on December 9 to give as Christmas presents, but they didn’t arrive until December 27, so it was too late. When the items had not been shipped by Dec 18, I tried to cancel, but the order had been “processed,” so they would not cancel. When they arrived late, I tried to return them, but then they told me I had bought them on sale (I bought on a promotional price of “3 for” a lower price than just buying one) so they were not returnable. No where on the promotion did they mention that they were final sale, and their return policy doesn’t mention it. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, they came with a warning about not leaving them in the sun. I was going to give them to nieces and nephews, and I would not give a dangerous item. Save yourself from this headache, and do not order from this company.

I placed an order on 12/16 for 3 of the lovely crystal balls and they are still not here and it's 1/2. I have sent 4 emails, and still don't have a response. Even worse, when you track the package, each and every day it says in my town and out for delivery. Something is fishy!! Very frustrated!!

I’m sorry, but I could NEVER give this product a positive review!!! I ordered three for our small grandsons for Christmas. The order was not fulfilled correctly to begin with. One of the sprees had imperfections on the surface.The LED light is almost blinding it is SO bright.Much to my disappointment, these are VERY inappropriate for three little boys.Also, in the directions it states not to leave sphere in direct sunlight as it could cause a fire!This grandmother WOULD NEVER GIFT HER GRANDSONS A GIFT THAT COULD CAUSE A FIRE!!!I got in touch with the company to return the spheres. They will not take them back and refund my money!!!THIS GRANDMOTHER IS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Ordered in November, but had no idea I was going to be dealing with items being shipped from China. Will probably not arrive in time for Christmas. There was NO indication anywhere - even in the tracking - that it was being shipped by Yun Express until I dug deeper to find a secondary tracking number.

Bought several for Christmas gifts. Everyone from teenagers to adults loved the globes.

I recently received a gift from a family member from HappyHaves that arrived with some issues. Without having to let the person who gave it to me know there was a problem I reached out to HH and asked if there was anything they could do to correct the issue. In no time they got back to me and informed me they would be sending out a replacement for the problem part I received. The person I have been working with has kept following up and staying in touch with me about the process. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and attention they have given to the matter.

Bought the fireplace diffuser, novelty was cool at first but it's WAY too difficult to clean to be worth it, even with a stiff brush. Just get a normal diffuser. I use around 3 drops of oil as you can't use much water and it cakes up so quickly. Wash between uses is again, difficult because there's just too many nooks and crannies to access with something sharp and oil is VERY hard to clean. Unable to attach a pic of what I'm talking about, but the build up is not hygienic at all (again, even after attempting to clean)

If you do not have a happy haves essential oil diffuser, you and yours probably would enjoy one. Something about the water droplets 💦 from my multi color magic mushroom 🍄 and some smooth jazz seems to help me when the day has been a handful. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and go drifting. ✌️ ☮️ 🕊

I absolutely love the ambience my diffuser creates! The illusion of live flames / fire is awesome!I would experience this in every room of my home if a longer cord was provided and it connected directly to a regular outlet. It’s so beautiful & sleek I manage to make it work where I can. I think it’s super sexy!

I'm an experienced diffuser...and the fire diffuser from Happyhaves is a favorite! it simulates a small flame coming from the diffuser as the golden light hits the vapors. It's small-perfect for tight spaces and diffuses for several hours. Can't wait to purchase another! I highly recommend it!

I was upset when I first ordered my diffuser because it was supposed to be a gift but took so long to arrive. Once I received it (I kept it for myself at this point) and started using it, I immediately ordered 2 more for future gifts! Customer service is topnotch and the product very appealing and relaxing. Def runs longer before emptying than any other diffuser I have had.

From the moment I ordered I felt this small company was thrilled with my order and truly cared about my shopping experience. I was kept up to date on delivery and I'm pretty sure I either read about how it worked or there was a short video. The packaging/box it came in was so pretty I can't throw it out. Filled with beautiful color and inspiration. I was not disappointed. Quality of product and superior customer care will make me a repeat customer. Great gifts for the friend or family member who already has everything!!So glad I ordered!

I don't love that the fire diffuser has no plug. without a laptop or portable charger it's useless. it's pretty cute though. customer service with the company seems very limited.

A lovely item that I have integrated in my daily meditation and yoga practice. This company squares up with my beliefs and certainly delivers their message in a succinct way.

Fabulous product that can be used anywhere because of the ability to charge. The color is very relaxing and I love that there is an intermittent mist option. A must have.

I love my HappyHaves diffuser. It is great in my workplace. I get so many complements on it and other have looked at purchasing also...although they have found cheaper on Amazon. Don't know if it is the same quality though!

took over 4 months to receive. then stopped working with in a few weeks. I got two and they both stopped working. customer service is rubbish and products are so cheap
