Great experience, very easy to follow on the website and Visa granted within 24 hours.I even made a mistake on he spelling of one of my middle names on the application and sent a follow up email asking if it was possible to amend. Overall the system was straightforward and easy to use. What delighted me was that there was a system issue, in that the application uploading could not be completed online as the passport document would not be read. A note was sent and someone has intervened and sorted out the issue, wihtin 24 hours. Impressive - but do get the system issue sorted

Very seamless application and I was kept informed as to the status of my request. It was processed exactly 90 days before arriving as per government rules of country I was to visit.Thank you to all who expedited this for me on time, as the ship I will be on up to that point, leaves in a couple of days.

We had problems submitting the Form - but wrote to the Help Desk and they wrote back and confirmed that all had been accepted and application was being processed.Despite not having anyone to talk to - the response time, replies and up to date processes were great!

easy to use although tracking back to 1940 re dob was a bit tedious especially having to do it 3+ times.The delay in payment appears to be entirely at the door of the natwest bank

There were a few minor difficulties answering a couple of questions but very minor and I got through them OK. It all worked and I have the visa. I will just be visiting on a cruise ship for a day and it all looks good. It is better presented than for many other countries.

Because we are more or less constantly travelling it is hard for us to get applications for visas submitted by the correct date for each country. But by using this service I was able to submit my application well ahead of the acceptable date and then this company held my application for my visa for India until the due date for submission arrived. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed of what stage my application was at. My visa arrived in my email in box, on time, with a separate email advising me they had sent it - useful if one ignores emails from unexpected sources. So I am more than satisfied with the service provided.

Using Tanzania E visa was quite easy as the website made things very clear. After applying, it took only one week for me and my husband to be approved for our visas. I will recommend Tanzania a visa to my friends.

Handyvisas.com is pretty terrible so far. They collected payment before I completed the full information needed for the application. There is no way to speak to a human being. They say their response time via email is 72 hours!!!!!They keep sending payment reminders though I have already paid.Finally, I submitted my application 4 days ago and no news on the progress even though they said processing would take 2 days.Use another website, these guys are terrible.

It would be helpful if the application form had somewhere to upload additional documents “just incase”. For instance , my application was for my 4 year old - when I entered her DOB, it would have saved time if I could upload my documents as the “adult accompanying a child” , save you the email asking me to send the same. The website was self explanatory and easy to navigate. The price was reasonable, and my visa got approved quickly. I will definitely use their services again.

After I made my initial application and paid for the fees, I received an email that further information is required but I thought I have completed the application already. After a few days of not receiving any confirmation and approval of the ESTA, I emailed and followed up my application. I received a reply that there is more information needed to complete my application. They sent me a link to open an account where to complete the application and submitted it. It was great to receive assistance doing this.
