Is handscraft.com Legit?

Very cheap crochet items and no information about the ethical procurement and fair wages paid to the Vietnamese so-called ‘artisans’.

The book nook “dollhouses” are so fun to put together! I’m in the middle of my second project and really enjoying it. The parts are well labeled, the instructions are clear, with plenty of pictures so you can see what it should look like. Not only are they enjoyable yo work on, but then you have a cute conversation piece when you’re done! I highly recommend these if you enjoy building cute things!

I love your kits! Lots of fun for a 72 yr old retired lady. One of my kits was missing a part. I wish I had known that some are a different size than others. But honestly would probably have ordered anyway.

I bought the bookstore BookNook for Christmas for my teenage daughter who has been obsessed with doing one since she discovered them online. She literally took it into the dining room and spent about 4-5 hrs and put the entire thing together in one sitting. SHE LOVED IT!! AND SAID ALREADY THAT SHE NEEDS ANOTHER!

Pieces don't fit well and break easily. Never got to finish the airship because wood pieces snapped when breaking them loose from the original board.

I absolutely love their large variety of diy products and miniature kits. I’ve personally finished multiple miniature rooms and loved them so much I’ve sent kits to family and friends as gifts. The quality of the materials and the layout of the instructions make the whole experience very enjoyable. I love watching it come together. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I purchased several of the wooden swans to use in Rwanda, Africa in a training for nurses. It was a great event as they never had done a puzzle let alone a 3D-puzzle. Each one had all of parts and all went perfectly. At the end I told the story of the ugly duckling for understanding of lateral and vertical abuse/jealousy and inspirational to soar in your glory of who you are as a nurse.Thank you

When assembling a Sunshine Town Bookend, I broke the on/off switch for the lights. I contacted Hands Craft and received an immediate response. The part I needed was received within a week at no charge. You can’t get much better customer service than that!

I love the 3D Creative Bookends series. I've started my second one. I hope they create more in this series.When I had a problem with the wiring (probably my fault) they were eager to rectify the situation and quickly sent me a replacement part. I informed the retailer about their response to my problem and she said that she would pass that on to people who are worried that that they might mess something up.

The wood used in these smaller models is very thin and very brittle. The wood also tends to delaminate. It only takes a very small amount of pressure to break the wood. The larger clock model had an issue with alignment. The clock hands tended to hang up on the clock face.

Missing one piece from a build I got for Christmas and the customer service was oustanding! I took a picture of what I was missing (from the printed layout) and I had the piece less than a week later. This is definitely a well ran company that takes care if the customer!

The bookends were very well designed . Only a genieus could come up with figuring out how to design the individual parts. Spares for easily broken parts is a good idea although I only needed 1 spare. The instructions for the "Sakura" were not as good as for "Sunshine Town".

I appreciate how well made each product is. I also like the videos that are given to help guide me through steps. I also enjoy the options that are given for me to choose out of and how well priced they are compared to other companies.

The kit was fun to do. I added many other items because I thought it was too empty. I'm giving it to my daughter in law as a Halloween birthday gift. She loves Halloween!! Good quality, easy instructions. I'm looking forward to more new and colorful kits. I have made over 25 houses and love them all.

My kit was missing one of the bags, so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex Park, who sent the requested bag very promptly. Alex was also friendly and courteous, two much-appreciated traits.

It keeps this 81 yr old completely involved in all my motor skills and enjoyment for the challenge you create for me and everyone else. Thanks to everyone involved in your company.

The product is great, and exactly as ordered. However, what really made this a great experience is that I had a serious family medical issue and had to delay the shipping. Alex was very flexible and made things easy. Top notch product and vendor.

I would love to review them positively however my many emails have gone unanswered.

Everything you guys did, was helpful. Saw it at DIY many times and thought this would make a great gift for someone. I purchased it for my brother and when he got it, he was taken by the looks of it and immediately started putting it together.
