I am very happy with the whole experience and the overall process was easy, I had no problems with the hotel or the service. Rameen who helped us through the process was very helpful and I have advised my own relatives about this service and if we decide to go again in the future I am more likely to use this service again. It was easy to follow and I highly recommend travelling with hajj umrah 4 you.

I booked my umrah very last minute. Thanks to brother MUSTAFA who always comes through. He sorted us out with really good hotels both in Makkah and Madina. He even gave us partial kabaa view which was amazing.

We made our ummrah booking going out on the 14th October returning on the 25th Oct with a 3 day stay in Doha.We were absolutely delighted with the service we got. They offer me very good package Cheaper than Other Travel agent in their package include flights /Visa / hotel /ziyarat makka and madina/Ground support/Plus Umra guide person.Hotel is not far is only 7 to 8 minute walkGround support very good whenever I ring them, they are available for me if you like to go umrah i will recommend seven travel zone London .Specially contact (Esha waqat) she help me a lot whenever I call her she answer my phone and help me. First time with hajjumrah4u and we had the best experience we could ask for. Khalid, (travel agent) kept us in the loop prior, during and after our travel to umrah. He is very efficient, professional and tends to your every need punctually. Very easily accessible hotels, clean, comfortable beds and free drinks. Transfers were punctual, clean and informative during ziyarah. I will definitely go with them again. Thank you!

Our trip to the Holy cities of Makkah and Madina was made easy by having full transport and perfect accommodation which perfect, the hotel in Makkah was 5mins walk away from the Harram, again perfect walking distance to go and attend the Jammah for every Salah... the transportation were all executive cars, the mini bus that took us from Makkah to Madina was spacious and it was only for us! The seats reclined all the way back so you can catch some shut eye on the 4hrs long drive to Madina, and being honest with you, the 4hrs didn't seem so long in this luxurious mini bus as it was so comfortable... Again the Hotel we stayed at in Madina was 2mins away from Masjid Nabawi, Brother Mohammed Awais really looked after us and I can't recommend him enough. INSHA'ALLAH we'll be using him and his services again Insha'Allah next year, as we had a really good experience during this time and his services made this a lot easier knowing our accommodation and Transport were all sorted 😊👍🏽💯 May Allah Subhana WataAllah grant the brother Awais Barakah in his business and make it a form of Sadaqah that will benefit him in this life and in the next, When you make things easy for a believer, Allah Subhana WataAllah will surely make your affairs easy for you, he definitely made our trip easy for us, May Allah Subhana WataAllah reward you Brother Mohammed Awais 🫂😊👍🏽

Review: I was planning ahead to do umrah. In the end الله invites his creation when he deems the right time.At first, everything seemed promising. Our agent was Fiaz. It was agreed with him to make monthly installments to our package. I paid £400 for the flight deposit and hotel confirmation. We boomed flights, Hotels with breakfast, ziyarah, and transfer.However, out of the blue, Fiaz left the company without telling anyone. This lead to a spiraling downfall of the company reputation. I became very annoyed and was glad I did not pay in full straight away. The attitude of the manager (was disgusting) of the company he was not willing to listen to what I had to say about Fiaz.I told him directly that I am willing to accept the loss of the deposit £400 we're his xustomers and i am willing to go somewhere else. After a long 3 day conversation we were dealt with another agent 'Mustafa'. My wife explained that it was agreed with their previous agent that i will save the total amount then pay the full amount before we go. However, Mustafa said this was not mentioned by Fiaz. I showed screenshots and copied the chat to Mustafa then he agreed. Not only that, I checked with the airline directly a week before on our flights to make sure everything was okay. They confirmed it was. On the day of our flight, 1 hour before fake off the check in reception says my ticket was cancelled when I paid for everything IN FULL my flight was cancelled / unconfirmed. I was so stressed and my anxiety went through the roof.I called Mustafa directly and shouted at him as I was being messed around from day 1. I said to him to get my boarding pass accepted asap as I can't let my wife go alone.After a while he activated my ticket. We booked double bed rooms with both swissotel mekkah and crowne plaza madinah. When we reached Saudi Arabia, we found that the company booked twin bed rooms on both hotels. I had to ask the house keeping to join the beds together in both hotels. WARNING: THIS FIRM HAJJ UMRAH 4 U IS NOT RECCOMENDED AND THE BEHAVIOIR THROUGHOUT MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE A RIP OFF/ FRAUDILENT. What hajj umrah 4 U do:They do not book client tickets directly. They get another firm to book it which they work with who have bad reviews too. This is so that they do not get caught if anyrhing goes wrong. They take your money, pay for the cheapest room(s) then keep the (majority) difference of the money. As I am a Licensing Officer for the Police, I realised this when I was in Mecca. I did not say anything as we were there for 8 days and I was already angry at the service they provided. I partially got what I paid for. Hopefully when Mustafa sees this or their manager sees this they will becareful who they're dealing with. If they did anything else I would have reported this to HMRC, Company's House and other authorities.

A friend recommended Ayeesha to me, I spoke with her and I told her I want to perform Umrah for my birthday 24th of October 2024. Within a short notice Ayeesha was able to get me a great deal which wad cheaper than other agents. My package was all inclusive flight ticket, hotel and full ground transport. The hotel I stayed is a 5star hotel which is not too far from Haram, their is also shuttle option to take you to haram from the hotel. She also gave me a guide how to perform my Umrah, I am greatful Ayeesha, I had the best birthday, you me feel like a queen on my birthday. I will be back inshallah. I'm from London but am still in Saudi Arabia which is why my location is showing SaudiMasalamBilikis

Customer service & advise over phone great & very helpful(Rameen) but information on hotel not so clear as management above customer service keep changing hotel saying upgrade but down graded even after payment been made like Golden Luxury Hotel to Andalus Royal Suites to silver Tabah Towers Hotel. Making it clear Rameen was very helpful.but still ok, Now being in Madinah & making it very clear Mr Syed Faizan- agent in Madinah. I was given room for 7 days getting in & with in 3 days was told to change again & placed in even smaller 3bed room with people in it & they are cooking in it. Only seeing there no bathroom & with many other problems given I had asked mr Faizan to change again. Now am not happy with agents there but am planning many more trips there again with & without family & will only use your services if information given doesn’t change & is clear from start & end

Mustafa was brilliant from start to finish. He gave us a good price for our hotel in Makkah, and he also organised our visas all was done in good time. He was always checking up on us before, during and after our trip. I would recommend using Hajj & Umrah 4 U again. We used this before earlier in the year and Mustafa was first class then too. 10 out 10 for excellent customer service and care.
