Is hailnia.com Legit?

If I could give a zero I would give a zero. Never got my product for 2 months then fought with the company for 4 months to get my 60% of my refund which they said they would give me. Now it's been over 6 months and they say they can't give refunds after 6 months total scam don't buy anything from these people

The clothes do like exactly like the pictures and they fit really well. I was nervous to get my actual size because things online usually run really small. In all honesty, this website is okay but it’s just a glorified SHIEN. A lot more expensive than SHIEN but the same quality material. BUT SHIEN’s clothes never looked like they did online, so this website is more accurate. Overall, I am happy that I found a website that has decent clothes because stores have the worst selections now.

I communicated quite often with this company as I have experienced bogus companies before.... they were prompt with their replies, kept me updated as the package was running a little late. Overall, satisfied with not only their customer service but also the products. Will buy from them in the future.

Everything was OK! the three sweaters that I received were perfect! I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the delivery and very satisfied by the quality of the sweaters! they are confortable and warm! it's a real pleasure! the workers are well treated, as the environment and part of what is paid goes to a humanity organization! What more do we want! Chapeau!

Thank you for my purchases they are lovely My only concern is there is no country of origin and no content of fabric It doesn’t tell me washing instructions As a swimwear importer into Australia this would not be allowed in Australia Regards Suzie G

The dress is lovely with good workmanship. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. My mistake in not checking twice what I had clicked. Hailnia offered to get me the right size when I contacted them about my mistake. They were efficient and kind in their communication. Shipping does take a couple of weeks to the US, but all in all it has been a great customer experience.

I haven't actually received my order as you don't deliver to Cyprus. It is at a friends house in the UK. Due to the delay in shipping your end, it missed my friend coming over, so I am now waiting on another friend in 3 weeks time to bring the order with them.The staff were informative and helpful when I questioned why the order hadn't been shipped.

Very pleasantly surprised with my order! I ordered 2 dresses and was kinda skeptical about what the quality and sizing would be like, esp for the low price. But I was impressed with both dresses - 1 casual summer one that I wore to work and 1 that I wore to a wedding - and I received so many compliments on both! Will be purchasing from them again!

I love most of the items received and I’m okay with a couple of them. I should have read the distribution of the fabric before ordering as the pictures make it look different than what it is. But with that said I am happy with the purchase and already have additional items in my cart 😁

One of the dresses was beautiful lovely sized lovely material fitted perfectly the other one was more fitted and because it has no zip or anything was not suitable and black dress was really just fit as a sundress over a swimsuit .. I gave them to a friend to try as it took so long to receive them by post I didn’t even think about sending them back…

The deliver was within my expectations and the packaging was excellent.It would have been 5 stars, however the maxi dress was way too long(I followed the sizing guideline)It hasn’t deterred me from using the website again as the quality was simply lovely.

The 2 dresses I purchased look just like advertised. They fit well and flow! My only concern is that there are no care instructions and they arrived quite wrinkly. I've tried washing them in cold water and then drying them but the wrinkles are still there. Since the fabric seems so "silk-like" I'm concerned about using an iron. The bottom line is that I like the dresses so much I plan to buy 2 more for my sister! :)

Much quicker delivery to the UK with this order, about 2 weeks. Given the price you pay, the clothes are good. I love the choice of interesting fabric patterns. Would like more cotton products for use in hotter countries.

Today is Easter Sunday I am wearing my new dress for the first time. It is a fabulous fit, the perfect length, and gorgeous material. I love the pockets in the dress. This is the first time that I have bought a dress online that has actually been perfect. I have ordered two other dresses and hope the result will be the same.

Looking to order more!!!I ordered 9 items and love them all! The sizing is quite generous so will probably look to get the next size down in future. Only criticism, my delivery took 4 weeks to arrive in Australia!

Pront delivery.And the merchandise in perfect order. I love the dress abd the quality very summery in black! The pants suit very warm a bit small for m y taste but versatile in cool weather.

I am fairly happy with the dresses I purchased but they are a bit shapeless. I was very happy to find out it was a real company. I ordinarily don't order from companies who advertise on FB until I have done research.

Items were absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately they were all too small. Suggest ordering the next size up. Company was very kind and helpful. Will definitely order again!

The dresses arrived promptly and were exactly as pictured and fit well. One dress needs a little alteration which I can do. I usually don’t like the way dresses look on me but I look forward to wearing these.

Like the materials, always wash well. Items are not always true to size. In my recent order the T-shirt fit well, the lounging outfit was not a true xl and the top was a little snug, even though I usually wear large.
