cant really rate as I only just ordered and haven't received my purchase. The purchasing procedure was easy though.Previous experience was less than satisfactory and I was reluctant to place this order, but I liked the item so well and it matches my decor, so that's why I ordered.

Consumer friendly website. They made it easy to spend my money. That is what a site should do. No need to turn every encounter a marketing attempt to harvest unnecessary personal information in order to complete purchase…. Of course I haven’t received th order yet.

Don't know about great, but being informed about your order helps. This makes using your platform slightly more acceptable and secure. The proof will be if my new order goes through without trouble and more expense, but thanks sofar.

It mostly went well -- but I had to try a few times to get it done since I was getting 'no connection' or 'unverified connection' messages when I clicked on items to view them.

The process of trying to get a refund,is put in place so that you would give up trying. This company asked for pictures to be sent , explanation why sending it back even though, garment was only tried on & didn't fit. After several emails ,they offered only 30% off nx purchase.. What you see advertised is nothing like the product you receive.

I ordered this dress in the emerald green and it lived up to the expectations. Be sure you measure yourself and match that with the size chart. I had to go up a couple of sizes for the perfect fit.

Your concern for my privacy. You seem straight forward & honest. I prefer to support smaller companies.

too much disaster at checkot had to get phone verification..then got asked way too much personnel info. never minding i give my social to no 1.. so i closed the first sale then re submited new order and got it completed here with no issues... so its one of two things either your site overall or a part of yoursales division has been penetrated by an outside network... you may wish to adress this issue with your it people and your sales division. happens again never mind the litl amount of buisness i am.. that will be lost.. though i have no issue utilizing my company.. to make a notr on our company data base and e mail to make all customers we associate with.. aware of this issue at your site.. i understand ignoring m e mail is the more likely action your admnin and it will take.. thats fine.. you run your company your way and i will of course do the same with the 2 i operate...

Recently purchased two articles described as T-shirts but they are so much nicer and more versatile than the description. I like both very much and can dress them up with nice slacks or emphasize the casual in jeans. “An enjoyable shopping trip”

I'm pleasantly surprised at how nicely this company operates. They send confirmations for each step of the process from the order, to the pay, to each item's step along the way, to where it is during shipping. My first order took longer than subsequent orders so it gets even better as you find your place in their flow. The variety and number of products is very good and I have found a consistent fit in the size range for clothes. I do find some of the fabrics different than I'm used to but there's nothing wrong with them, it's just me.

“Poor quality, no customer service”

The jacket that I ordered is certainly not XL in the shoulders and does not match the measurements provided. I can hardly fit in it! Furthermore, the material used to make it is cheap and it smells awful, so even if the jacket did fit I would not wear it. Their system does not let me upload the pictures which I took or submit a request to have a refund and there is no way of contacting their customer service. A very frustrating experience. I have received my order but think it took too long to arrive. Also not satisfied with two pair of shoes I ordered. One pair had a strap too short and I could not tie it. And the other pair I could not zip the right shoe in the back cause too tight. I will not order anymore yet because I am on vacation now in the US for the winter and will be going back home soon.. “Overall pleased”

I bought my wedding dress and it was actually better than in picture. Fixes were quite simple and fast to do. I then bought several other clothing and other items for the house, Shipping was always on time and they refund the duty fees thanks to a very cheap insurance they offer. Sizing sometime a bit off, but expected. When very off- more than 1 inch/ cannot fit situation- they offered refund. Sometime colors or prints are a bit off/low res. Check for items with review photos for safety;-)

I ordered 3 sweat shirts and 2 shirts, all in different sized. The 2 x sweatshirt I couldn't get over my head even though I'm a medium in US sizes. All shirts were extremely small and I could not give them as gifts. When I tried to return them for larger sizes, I was told it would be too expensive to return and I should just live with them. Absolutely no customer service at all. Be careful ordering from them.

I find it annoying that one can't return items even when it says so in description. Instead Lightinabox offer inadequate voucher compensation. For an unusable clothing item, they offered less than 50% money back. After a lot of emails, I eventually got the dress 100% compensated but the jumper only 60% - and only in vouchers, not my money back. So after two bad experiences, I still have to order items if I want to use MY money.

If you are looking for clothing and products that are unique and stylish that won't break the bank, you've come to the right place. You won't find better deals for quality products. You'll score even bigger if you happen to catch one of their "lightning deals". There are times where the product picture doesn't fully match the product and sometimes the shipping can take a bit long. However, the customer service is very responsive and fair! “Good stuff cheap, if you're willing to wait”

I've ordered about 10 times from these guys. The bike jersey's, shorts, novelty items, ear buds, holiday decorations, etc. all came in as described on their web page. The only catch is you have to wait for the stuff longer than week. I usually get my stuff in about 8-10 days, but given the prices and the quality it's worth it.

Purchased tops that measured smaller than advertised by two inches. Requested a refund. Received the refund without any problems. I was impressed although it was the manufactures error on sizing. Hopefully any other issues are handled in the same manner. It would be helpful if the sizing was more accurate it would eliminate a lot of returns and frustration from customers. The items purchased never look like the model or pictures. Actual pictures would be very helpful before making a purchase.
