guardian.co.uk Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives guardian.co.uk a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to guardian.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning guardian.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between guardian.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of guardian.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of guardian.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. guardian.co.uk is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether guardian.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether guardian.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, guardian.co.uk.

The most hate-filled anti-semitic rag of all the UK newspapers. If you ever want a whitewash of Corbyn and his racist cronies, look no further. It claims to be anti-racist, but as David Baddiel says, to the Left ... Jews Don't Count. Perhaps its socialism is of the National Socialist (Nazi) persuasion? This paper claims to be independent and yet its finances are hidden in offshore trusts so who knows who really owns this rag?If you scoring system allowed minus 1, that would be a more realistic rating.
Hates white people and the UK, just type in Google “white people Guardian” Its all anti-white. Basically is racist paper, like Daily mail but reversed.Any paper that hires Owen Jones and Ash Sakar credibility should be under question.
I used to go to BBC News for the latest stories but that was until I saw the documentary by John Pilger, The War You Don't See. It opened my eyes to how some news organisations including trusted ones like BBC and ITV can skew how they portray stories. For a while, I lost faith in media until a friend recommended The Guardian. Since then, I've never turned back. They seem to provide news that's less biased and just seem to have some more interesting stories. It's not always fun following the news, especially nowadays, but you have to keep up to date with what's going on and there's nobody I'd recommend more than The Guardian.
Honest, well researched journalism
Guardian combines professional writing, high-brow content and openness to new ideas and new views of the world. Yet, it also opens the door open for tradition and often provides great deal of historic context. It is one of my favourite reads.
Actually, it used to be reasonably informative, albeit with somewhat biased opinions. The George Floyd and Black Like Me coverage, along with all the related mayhem, was quite informative for some time, with continuing coverage that just needed to be followed with "coverage has been moved to here" links. Not a problem and understandable I suppose. Sadly, it has evolved into such a splintered and scrambled collection of bits and pieces that it isn't worth ones time anymore. I even tried contacting them on exactly that topic and it obviously fell upon deaf ears as they couldn't be bothered to fix the obviously poorly designed and pitifully run commentary. Nor did they bother to respond
Absolutely great movie reviews site! In depth articles about movies. It can be a good read for a relaxed weekend coffee reading:) Or even at work, when having a break! If you like only Twitter writing style only, then maybe this is not a good choice for you:)
Use to be a fairly respected and credible paper....use to be. Now highly politically biased toward far left ideas, will never criticise those who are to the left of the spectrum or try to spin a highly unfavourable story for a left wing organisation or ideal positively. Will always paint conservatives/ right wing, men (bonus points if white men), brexit, the west in a bad light. Will rarely publish thing critical of the EU, mass immigration, illegal immigration, modern eco/political/feminist activism , political correctness and minority groups etc. Pretty much a left wing daily mail with about the same amount of credibility. Manufactures smear campaigns and sometimes downright lies against their ideological opponents and enforce political correctness at every turn. Has some of the worst journalists in the UK working for them I.e Owen Jones.
Terrible paper with left wing agenda. Obsessed with race and trying to create division. Not one news article is written from a neutral standpoint. I recommend you read it to experience mindless propaganda at it's ugliest
They employ Owen Jones need I say more a far left insidious little man who physically threatens women until they realise their partners are listening
If you claim my reviews are 'fraudulent'- I delete.
This website is simply the best website. I prefer The Guardian because of their articles - they are more interesting than for example bbc
dreadful biased race baiting supporting blm and expressing open racism. Same towards those supporting Brexit, the sooner the Guardian dies the better
If you are looking for some great Film reviews, then look no further, The Guardian Newspaper have a wide choice of film reviews and opinions, that are very comprehensive.
Oh the horror! Not a newspaper, a low down disgrace dictated from the hypocritical left pole.
Not sure what to say... I simply love what they are doing. Living in UK for a year, it's my number one choice news provider.
Intersectional race-hustling misandry attempting to get whites eliminated from film industry, much like the Guardian newspaper, which aims to have whites voluntarily or forceably bred out of existence.
Good, but preferred their style 5-10 years ago

“Even if I am not living in Britain, is my favorite...”

Even if I am not living in Britain, is my favorite online newspaper. I never read the paper one, so I can not say anything about it. The site is absolutely amazing and they cover so many interests, with very good and documented articles. Is not only UK politics. I read from Bitcoin, cooking recipes to photographs and personalities. I read it almost daily.

“I wouldent say the guardian is the best newspaper that...”

I wouldent say the guardian is the best newspaper that you can buy in Britain(I find it bulky and boring), but their website is certainly one of the best. As well as all the news, sport, politics and money advice, there is also a nice amount of user interaction through comments. The travel section is very good. Users are allowed to leave tips. Overall bordering between so-so and good.

“Terrible site”

I will never visit this site again. This is the first time, when I wanted to post something to an online discussion, spent 30 minutes writing a comment on Guardian and immediately after I published the comment, it was deleted by moderators. What happened to freedom of speech? I did not write anything offensive, the post was deleted immediately and when I tried to post anything on the site, it was all also removed in the second, when I posted it.

“It's really great =)”

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
