Is growinestate.com Legit?

I am a Realtor and was told I would be provided leads w/in one of 4 zipcodes I chose. And that they would do inital lead introduction in a 3 way call. I signed up, because of that, assuming that would guarantee they were valid leads. I received 4 leads in 2 mo, none in my zipcodes I chose, none by 3 way call. 1st lead was a " bandit sign type wholesaler looking to buy for 50 cents on the dollar. Less, in fact. Wanted to offer 62500. On a livsble 175k house that was lister cheaper per sf than any sold homes in that area over the entire last 12 mo. The other 3 leads would not respond to texts or calls. Have not received any leads since I called and complained and asked for refund. Total scam. They do not do what they promised. Not 1 three way introductory call, no leads within servicing zipcodes, and leads don't respond.

Total scammers. Stole my money. I signed up for their service with the promise of a money back guarantee. They provided zero valid leads, and when I requested a full refund they refused and told me they were also discontinuing their service with me. So they kept my money and also stopped even trying to provide me with leads. They are crooks. I reported them to the BBB. I have since been told by another Realtor that they are still advertising that I use their service. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY MONEY!!! I just contacted them again, to give them another chance to do the right thing. My profile is still up on their website site, stating that I am a happy customer. They continue to use a fraudulent testimonial from me, to reel in more unsuspecting customers, who they will then steal from.

Total and complete scam. I paid $350 Four months ago With a promise of being sent real estate leads and every single “lead” I was sent was bogus. I would contact the lead and they would tell me they never requested this and are not looking for real estate, one of them sounded like a teenager, a couple of them had disconnected phone numbers, the only halfway legitimate lead I was given was looking for a home five hours away from me. Finally upon A bogus lead after bogus lead, I asked for a refund. I was called and was assured that I would be given hot leads within the next couple of weeks, where live lead was on the other line and they would transfer them directly to me. Well that has been two months ago now and that has never happened. I have called and emailed asking for a refund and I keep being assured that the compliance team will contact me, yet no one has. Do not waste your money on this legitimate company. Now I’m having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund that way.

Though in the early stage, Growin Estate has began to deliver on our agreement to send Leads to my pipeline. A positive start to our growing relationship.

Growin Estate has been a great partner in providing leads! As the agent, you will need to do your part and contact the lead as soon as possible - then give feedback to the Growing Estate representative. If the lead is not a legit lead they will send you another one.

I have had a few of these types of services and most of them do not deliver much of anything. I have only been with rh company a few months now but I have gotten some quality leads so far. Not all. But as always, these things are a numbers game. Definitely looking forward to receive more! Customer service seems to be on pint. Friendly communicative staff to boot!

My experience with Growin' Estate has been nothing short of a disaster and a classic example of bait and switch tactics in the real estate lead generation industry. I was promised six qualified, double-verified leads per month on LIVE transfers as part of the service agreement I signed up for. Not only has this promise been grossly unmet, but the quality and relevance of the few leads provided were laughably inadequate.In over six months, I received a meager total of 12 leads, a far cry from the 36 promised according to our contract terms. Among these, only one lead resulted in a successful transaction. The others? A comedic parade of unresponsiveness and irrelevance. For instance, one lead provided was supposed to be looking for properties in Hamilton, Ohio. Instead, the lead was interested in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada—a mere 500 miles away from my operating area! How's that for "double verification"?Dealing with Growin' Estate has been a major drain on my time and resources, with countless hours wasted on trying to contact leads that either didn't exist, weren't interested, or were so far outside my service area that it was absurd. Their customer support is a black hole where all sense of responsibility and professionalism goes to die. Every attempt to address these issues was met with excuses and delays, with no substantive action taken to rectify their failures.This isn't just poor service; it's a complete scam. They promise the moon, under-deliver, and expect you to pay for their incompetence. I strongly advise anyone considering Growin' Estate for lead generation to think twice and save themselves the headache and heartache. Don't fall prey to their slick marketing and empty promises. i have been receiving non qualified bogus leads from this company since April 2024. Ive requested my money be returned several times now and they keep putting me off , first stating they will start to send to me better leads and 2nd stating we are conveniently past the 60 return policy. Well that is paragraph 4A- 4 b, c and d state they are return my money if I do not receive qualified leads. I have not and expect my money returned now. Not later. I suppose Im heading to a court room for it. DO NOT SIGN UP YOU WILL BE FIGHTING IN A USA COURT!!!! ALSO IF READ THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS THIS COMPANY ONLY PROVIDES QUALITY LEADS TO ITS USA REALTORS. SO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND LIVE IN CANADA, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

So far so good is my overall review of the communication and quality of leads I’ve received from Growin Estate. In the first month a few leads have came in, and two of the three have been solid. They were real potential buyers and were not surprised when I contacted them to touch base.

I've been part of the Growin Estate team for a few months. During this time, I've had the pleasure of receiving contact information for prospective home buyers in my area. I'm optimistic that a couple of these will become successful transactions over the next 2-6 months. Sebastian Lee and his support team has been responsive.
