Is growell.co.uk Legit?

I recently ordered a few bits from Growell, and expressed in an email that I needed it quite urgently despite it being within it’s usual shipping times.Ren replied the same day stating he would personally see to it that it be dispatched that day for it to come the next working day as I needed it urgently.This helped me greatly!

I had a problem with my ballast so I left a message over the weekend and logan got. In contact with me and we spoke for a bit and then I explained what was wrong and he sorted it out quick after I gave him the information and he has sorted me out with a new ballastPerfect service and will be bk shopping again 💯

I've ordered a few items from these guys and they are amazing. Fast, tracked deliveries, no problems shipping to my location and a fantastic support team. We had a bit of a mix up with one item, so I contacted support. They really went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Overall I've had a great experience with GroWell.

I've been a happy customer of Growell for many years now. After finding Growell I have stayed with them because of their lowest price and Tip Top customer service. I ran into a problem with Clearpay and got very frustrated. But Customer Service (Thanks Beth) quickly resolved my problem and I'll receive my order tomorrow.It is no wonder Growell has become the UK,s #1 Go To for the latest hydroponic and organic supplies.

Very fast and efficient response from Beth at Growell. My issue was dealt with incredibly quickly and generously, without any fuss.

I am disabled. I spent more than £3000 in this shop in the last 2 years, and they refused to give me a refund on an unwanted item. 14 days is not enough time for some of us to be able to use items we bought. It took me 3 months to have the strength to assemble one light, and when I finished it was clear I could not do another. I contacted customer services to send the light back, and explained my reasons, but was told not a chance. Very disappointed. I certainly won't be using them again, if this is how they treat disabled customers. Clearly money grabbers.

beth at customer services sorted my problem straight away with no problem to much. the best customer service experience iv had, usually i end up arguing with them but not this one. cant praise enough.

Have used this company many times in the past and been really happy. The last couple of orders have not been great, ordered small items from them which somehow ending up coming from onestopgrowshop, the last order of an LED grow light arrived a day early, lucky I was in as the package was not sent discreet , you could clearly see through the bubble wrap that it was a LED grow light. Not happy

Ordered 2 grow lights,ballast ,bulb and other items, very both bulb and heavy ballast free to move around a large box,the ballast somehow still worked but light fitting was extremely bent and bulb broken.They promised to replace the bulb and I agreed to straighten the light fitting as I couldn't be bothered returning it.No Bulb arrived,then no response to messages regarding this on multiple occasions.Next order arrived with a ripped bags of bat mix inside the postal packaging, obviously split before they posted, however I didn't contact them as they didn't respond previously,just used it.Delivery of first order also took agesVery poor service overall

Incredible customer service. I had a missing piece of a growtent after moving house and Beth was able to sort me out super quickly and sent me a pdf of instructions! Brilliant 👍

GroWell are great for all your propagation, hydroponics and lighting needs.We went in not knowing what we were really looking for but Matt was so knowledgeable and helpful, he fixed us up with what we needed and his help and advice was invaluable. We highly recommend GroWell and we will be back!

Renate followed up my order before I could report that the courier had failed to deliver the goods. Problem sorted quickly and without fuss. I just wish more customer support teams were as helpful, friendly and proactive. Easily the best I've ever come across.

I had a question about various items and there suitability for my specific application. Beth handled enquiry with speed and efficiency, and even came up with a better option for my application.Great, fast, responses, very helpful and very knowledgeable.

They used DHL again sent 6 parcels i received 2 parcels 1 day 2 damaged torn bags the next and theres still 2 missing.. DHL is going to ruin your business. GROWELLS CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB OF DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM , ITS SUCH A SHAME DHL IS LETTING THEM DOWN SO BADLY obviously had not sorted problem just had disgusting customer service what a bad experience wouldnt recomend to my worst enemy

Received a smaller item by volume than ordered, in all fairness this was during Black Friday so imagine it was a hectic time. It was resolved swiftly and efficiently, sending out the replacement item as a priority and gifting me the volume that was mistakingly delivered. Always judge a company by how they correct their mistakes! 10/10
