Is groovepillows.co.uk Legit?

I've read a few, very recent articles by prominent Media sources claiming groove pillows are the best. So I was thinking of buying one. But everything else I read about this company gives me a pain in the neck. Some of the reviews here mentioned the company has gone into liquidation. Currently known as Easysleeper. Previously as Sleepeasycompany. Check for yourself on companies House website. It's not looking good on there.Groove's website claims a trustpilot score of 5 stars excellent. That's clearly not the case. Refer to top of page ^^The website also shows PayPal as a payment option, which I prefer to use when I'm not 100% confident in the retailer, due to the relative ease of claiming through Paypal buyer protection. However when you come to pay, PayPal is no longer an option. I wonder why?Groove seems to be good at replying on here. We will see.

This looks like a scam. I ordered one but changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order. But guess what? There is no option to cancel the order. If you email them, they just send you autogenerated emails and no other communication. The payment goes through shop (an app), which looks like another scam because it just instantly makes you account on it with all your card and address details. Ands there's no way to delete them either! This just looks like a huge scam.

Both me and my husband have used the original groove pillow for many years. Decided to upgrade and try the groove 2 as we found the original was getting a bit flat. Wasn’t disappointed great how you can remove some inserts to make it adjustable . Trouble is we now both-want to use the new pillow

We love our new pillows and the travel bags are the icing of perfection!!We’ve just been away for the weekend so got to use the bags for the first time and we are very happy with them. It was a little bit awkward to get the pillows in and zip up but once in, they are so easy to transport between home/car/accommodation and to carry with the grab handle or strap that comes with them. End result, clean pillows on our return home which is perfect.

Having been recommended by a senior physiotherapist, I purchased two Groove pillows for my husband and myself. He is mainly a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper. We have been using the pillows for three weeks and it has taken me longer to acclimatise to it than my other half, but we are both now experiencing the positive benefits. My husband is no longer snoring, I am no longer waking with head and neck pain and we are both getting a more restful nights sleep. I can therefore categorically recommend the Groove pillow.

Wondderful product in my opinion.Took me a day or two to get used to a different way of sleeping but delighted to be pain free at last. I have scoliosis, and neck pain at night is one of the biggest problems I have to contend with. All the advice I read says that sleeping on my back is the best position for optimal pain-free rest, but generally I’m a side sleeper. This pillow seems happy to accommodate my neck either way and I love the way I feel my neck is supported, whichever way I choose. I would NEVER normally choose a memory foam pillow and have thrown out alll my 1st generation memory foam mattresses and pillows because they were so inflexible. This pillow is a game-changer for me. Thank you.

Excellent pillows bought my third one now. Fantastic for bad neck ache. I get a good nights sleep now. A nice firm pillow. Would highly recommend great they come with a removable washable cover also

Order came really quickly, was nicely packaged and more importantly the product worked a treat!I suffer with pain in my hips when sleeping on my side, and the X pillow gave a lot of relief pretty instantly. Did not disturb me in the night either, was pleasantly surprised the next morning to have had a full nights sleep with less pain. Pretty happy, thanks

I've been waking up with a headache and tight neck muscles for years. I finally took it seriously, researched the best neck pillow and bought a Groove. It has been marvellous. Not once in the 3 weeks I've had it have I woken with a headache or had neck pain.

Much better night’s sleepLoving my pillow. With significant osteoporosis in my neck and spine, finding the right pillow is important and has been difficult. With the Groove my quest has ended. My neck and shoulders are supported, safety cocooned and aligned with my spine. I’ll never be completely painfree but at least I can now get much needed rest and sleep.

I was diagnosed with Spondylitis last year. After lots of pain killers and Physiotherapy I still wasn't ok because I'd be making progress with exercises and would then sleep in a bad position. Then I'd wake up in awful pain feeling like my neck was dislocated and would have to start over again. I heard about Groove and thought I'd try. I ordered a pillow in early March. I've used it ever since. It's wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. Its almost impossible to sleep in a bad position.I won't part with it and have taken it on holidays.

I'm surprised at how quickly the Groove Pillow made a difference. I was sleeping better within a couple of days and would never consider swapping back. It's great solution.The range of items available at purchase was excellent and those I selected were dispatched immediately. Their website was easy to navigate and the buying process simple to complete. Well worth the (reasonable) cost for the benefits resulting from use.

Brilliant product. Having suffered with severe pain in my shoulders and very bad pins and needles due to crumbling vertebrae. Not being able to get comfortable with a normal pillow. The first night of sleeping on the Groove pillow, was amazing. It supports my neck perfectly and had the best undisturbed sleep in ages. Woke up feeling rested and although the pins and needles are still there it's only mildly as is the pain. I can't recommend this pillow enough.

I had a serious bicycle accident years ago and have suffered from neck pain ever since. Have used a Tempur pillow for several years but have found it not helping that much over recent months My wife saw the Groove pillow advertised online and thought I would give it a go. Amazing. The ability to use the pillow in different ways to get the best angle for neck relief is brilliant. Even took it on holiday with me this year. And the price is good too!

Great customer service and brilliant product - have had my groove pillow for a few months now and it has made a huge difference to my neck. It’s really cut down my trips to the osteopath!

Just after I ordered I found that they went into liquidation.I have emailed them twice but no reply. There's no phone number to ring either. I'll dispute the transaction with my bank and file a report to trading standards.

I've been using this pillow for almost 5 months now and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was suffering from constant neck and back pain and nothing was working. I tried multiple solutions over a period of months, even experimenting going from 1 pillow to 2, memory foam, massage, etc... It was only after a friend recommended a pillow like this (groove shape) that I researched into it and chose Groove Pillows. The effect was instant and my neck and back pain disappeared after just 1 use. I also love that it didn't cost the earth, as some other brands are super pricey. Thank you for fixing me :D

bought 2, tried it for a week, wasn’t feeling it so asked for a return and guess what no response I wonder if leaving them a 1 star review will kick their butt into gear?

I have the original pillow which I love. So I bought the Groove pillow 2.0 for my husband, he I a bodybuilder and is very muscular with very large shoulders. He was dubious as to if it would be suitable for him. It has been one of the best things I’ve bought him, he has no more neck or back pain when waking. Also he hardly snores now so it’s a win win for me.

I have a spinal injury and have had 3 lots of cervical surgery. After struggling to get comfortable in bed, my osteopath recommended Groove pillows. It took a few nights to get used to it but I can’t recommend it highly enough. I bought the silk cover too 😊
