Is grizzshopping.com Legit?

Edited: The company quickly responded to my complaint and agreed to send a new product or transfer refund.I purchased a 3-in-1 screen protection for my car. I am very used to adding screen protection to mobile phones and tablets as part of my job. The Grizz Protection is impossible to work with. I followed their instructions but the result was so bad that I had to remove the protection glass again. I contacted their "customer care" who responded today (after more than 1 month) and literally just said that if I didn't record the problem they could not help me as I did not have a proof. Never again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased some shoes recently when they arrived they looked nothing like the product I had purchased. When I queried this their response was that:The example pictures are for illustration purposes only’ so the products are different to the pictures used to sell them. This is a complete con as you have no idea what you are buying!

They are scam artists. Took my money for 5 pairs of socks and sent tracking that hasn't moved. When I contact their customer support I'm told they've messaged the team and will get back to me and then it's radio silence. I ordered these items for my wedding over a month and a half in advance and haven't received anything or been issued a refund. Do not trust this company and waste your money.

Ordered from them almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Understandable that it's "handmade" but this is beyond ridiculous. My fight is next week and I still haven't got my equipment from them. Costed me almost £100. They only tell you how long it takes after you've made the transaction. If I knew it would take this long I would never have even considered buying.

Very odd sizing on the leggings, men's size Large fit very loose and baggy, basically sweatpants instead of leggings. (I'm 6'2"/180lbs and wear L bottoms from any other brand.)Unfortunately didn't check their return policy before ordering two pairs. No returns allowed = won't shop here again.

At first I was suspicious of this site. For whatever reason, their website would randomly be inaccessible and I wouldn't be able to see my order information. My order was also delayed by U.S. customs, due to no fault of Grizz Shopping. When I reached out for support, the Grizz team was quickly able to give me all the information they had and kept me up to date on it's status.When my product finally arrived it was exactly what I was expecting. The shorts are great quality and fit well. Grizz has plenty of other fantastic designs so I'll be sure to order from them again!

I love this company! I ordered 3 pairs of Muay Thai shorts back in December of 2023. I was a bit nervous, but when they arrived, I was blown away by the quality of the materials and the design details. I already made up in my mind I would purchase from Grizz again, but when I had questions or simply needed help with my recent order, the Grizz Team were there to help with solutions! As long as they keep the products going then I will keep buying.

Ordered 16oz gloves and received gloves labelled 16 but only weighing 12oz. Gloves seem to be very tight also cutting off circulation in my fingers. quality is 6/10 could be better could be worse. But very upset about the weight as I needed 16oz gloves and to be able to use them for full sparring sessions without being uncomfortable… hoping to get them replaced with an accurate weight glove.

I’d rate negative or one star but you can’t go negative and no one reads one star reviews. DO NOT SHOP with this company. Way overpriced junk with excessive shipping charges. I purchased a $70.00 small rug which fit into a small package and after S&P came just below $100 dollars. The rug was cheap painted thin fabric. Complete rip-off! Avoid like the plague. Tried to contact distributor to return - never received any follow through.

Highly suggest not ordering from them. Placed orderOrder said delivered but never showed up. This after taking almost two weeksContacted customer service and was told " call the post office and check with my neighbors"That was their customer service helpWhen I told them no one has it they responded with a " sorry, it's not our responsibility and nothing we can do"That was their whole interaction and help. They do not care about keeping customers.

The custom fit Bronco covers don’t fit 2023 Bronco as advertised and it’s a whipping to try to return. Company said doesn’t do returns bc custom made, but the seat cover doesn’t stay secure or fasten they way Grizz describes so it clearly isn’t a custom product.

I ordered some sneakers for an upcoming event. Was concerned about getting them for my event. They arrived in time for my event and I am so pleased and impressed. GREAT workmanship and quality.

Order some leggings, size was completely wrong.Asked to get refunded, provided all the photos as proof. They kept me busy for two weeks asking for specific photos that I had already provided and said they needed to do an internal investigation.I doubt they're going to refund my purchase, they don't provide good customer service and they don't care about you once they have your money.

This t-shirt is made out of a really good quality material. It fits me perfect and the length is so perfect. The print and color of this shirt is just super amazing and I can't wait to get the matching tennis shoes...

My granddaughter loves her duck dress. It is exactly as shown on the website and I really like the material. It was a bit pricey but it is not very easy to find a duck dress for a tween so I didn't mind. They responded immediately when I emailed them for order status and it took about 3 weeks to receive the dress from time of order. Thank you !!!

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service from Grizz Shopping. It has been over two months since I made my initial purchase, and I still have not received my order. Adding to my frustration, I was asked to resubmit my address and email—information that was already on file—twice in a row. This level of incompetence and lack of organization is unacceptable.I have pictures of the discussion as well for anyone who wanted to see. I will not be shopping with Grizz Shopping again and strongly advise others to avoid this company. I was basically scammed out of my money.

The pajamas are amazing! The colors really pop and I feel great every time I wear them. They are really soft and comfortable. Definitely my new favorite pajamas.

1 star is generous! Shoes nothing like described or pictured. Colors all washed out, fit unacceptable. I can buy a better shoe at a dollar store. Oh and most importantly, NO RETURNS!! Get that now, NO RETURNS!! Had I taken the time to read all small print-my fault-I would have never purchased. Who sells any apparel that you cannot return. Made in China junk I actually donated. Total rip-off!!!
