We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to greggs.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning greggs.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between greggs.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of greggs.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of greggs.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. greggs.co.uk is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether greggs.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether greggs.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

GREGGS AT SIDWELL STREET. EXETER.Today at 1.20pm I, my wife and our special needs emotional support dog, went into order and eat. I Sat down as normal . Wife to order.SIGN IN DOOR ASSISTANCE DOGS OK as before ate.Counterstaff boy came over saying NO DOGS ALLOWED. I showed my certified support dog card as advised from the hospital And asked to see the manager. HE SAID I AM THE MANAGER.HE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE. MY wife went to the ordering dept for manager and was totally ignored and rude. The first contact supp.manager was hiding in the back room calling his manager. A TOTAL LIAR. We were shoed out of the premises. There behaviour was totally unacceptable and illegal.
greggs alvis retail park (29 12 24) , no sugar available for drinks, many people dont like sweetner. There is a branch of Aldi just opposite, where sugar could be bought. Work men are often in Greggs on weekdays, who are known for liking sugary tea. sugar availabity for tea and coffee is a very basic thing for a shop like Greggs. Customers should be informed that they have no sugar before purchasing. However Greggs bacon rolls are usually very good value.
Greggs has alway bean reasonable pricing but just recently in one day prices on certain things have go up I mean I get prices go up but a reg latte is now £2.15 as the day befor it’s £2.00 Not like .5p-10 stight to 15 a simple £2 coffee is sound on a daily week price I’m just saying it will get to the point I won’t bother an many more might fallow we can all live with out it at a price!
Wait in a queue eastern avenue gloucester for 20 mins and started before 11 and then told at 11.12 no more breakfast rolls as all what’s left is for just eat and you see sausages and bacon in the tray isn’t good enough. Terrible service really as cook more and 2 other people were in time for a breakfast roll too
Myself and partner had2 sausage rolls each from Greg's Shrewsbury town centre and after 2 hours we both being sick but yet I see Greg don't respond to negative reviews it's got to the rolls as both poorly keep away stay safe
Just visited the Filton , abbey Wood store .And I would just like to praise the man who served me .Outstandingcustomerservice. Polite, respectful, wonderful, service. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name .It was around , 16 : 15 .I don't know what rewards greggs , give out , for their staff , but if this man could have the highest possible reward , I would very grateful. Keep up the good work. Many thanks ! .Craig Thatcher.
I buy my coffee almost daily at the Gregg shop at Washington Square Centre in Workington. The service is welcoming and efficient. Of note, is the service I always receive from Sam. It is exceptional. The whole team is Great
I just can't believe its 2024 and companys wont take a £50 note. Grow up and learn that money is money. And the way they looked at me in the store so rude and disgusting.no we don't take £50 notes only certain stores do, then to find out I was lied to because no greggs stores actually take £50 notes. Biggest joke ever.
I like greggs. But those scotch pies were terrible. South of the border, what a disappointment
Greggs in Consett. It was aweful, two packets of crisps (different flavours) both stale. Bought a pastie like object supposed to be vegetable and hot, it was barely above room temp and filled with some sort of foul-tasting sticky goo. This place is a hard pass if you want food.
Staff that still stick cold pastries in your bag when asked for hot food only or none at all is a joke, great way to drive your profits up. Just had to drop bag full of Dissapointment straight in a bin yet again. Nobody wants your cold nasty pastry especially at lunch time.
I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I get Greggs a few times a month and it's always cheap and delicious. There are two branches I use in Birmingham and I've never had any problems with either, food is always good and staff are friendly.
Placed an online order for gift cards to be delivered in the mail. The confirmation email confirmed I would be sent a tracking number within 24 hours (as the gift cards were to be signed for). 4 days later, no tracking number or dispatch notification and a ripped envelope with "signature required" franked next to the postage arrived with no tracking number or anything for the postman to scan to confirm delivery. I paid £2.99 postage for an envelope with second class postage. Gift cards are inside with nothing else - I've no idea if the correct amount is on the gift cards or if someone has just grabbed some off a shelf and stuffed them in an envelope. Pretty disappointing experience. But at least they arrived I suppose.
I don't know who recruits the staff at both the Greggs in Taunton town centre but they are doing a cracking job. Really polite staff in both branches, orders handled quickly by friendy staff. Think Greggs should go contactless only as it's a bit minging when the member of staff handles coins then makes your breakfast roll with the same hand. Other than that both branches are outstanding.
Was out shopping in birchwood centre warrington and decided to grab a bite from Greg's. I saw the hash browns and as I love them decided to get a bag. When I opened them what a disappointment!!!...they cost me £1.60 and there were 2 of the palest hash browns I've ever seen!...not only that they were so dry and very bland. I won't bother with Greg's again I'll go to the Co op and get some from their hot cabinet...much cheaper...properly cooked, absolutely delicious and you get 3
NP443GA Greggs is only option for students to get a food. I used to visit it literally every day. Ordering food to collect it intime you expect to do it quickly not staying in a queue. The workers all the time ignore me, serving some body else behind me. Cople of times I was losing my temper, as my coworkers were sitting eating when I was waiting for my food despite I came first, my order used to be ready laying on their table... cold! As I have seen another review here, about disabled girl with different skin color. I know exactly what it fils like, as I am only one is with ukrainian accent, and I am only one who used to be ignored. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS HOW TO SERVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT SKIN AND ACCENT!!!
The Cardiff branch on Queen St, they employ a man - who has some learning difficulties. I have never seen such a happy employee. Today he was wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, he was engaging and welcoming to every customer. The result - people who would just stand in the queue and say nothing - were now engaging him in conversation. Much more so than any of the other staff.Well done, I dont know who employed him but well done, I left there with a smile on my face and had a lovely chat with him.
Disappointed yesterday, picked up festive bakes, hardly any filling, took a bite and saw small bit on one side a bit of filling other just air. Won't buy again, and mince pies seem smaller.
The prices of Greggs products have become a joke lately, excessively high. The quality of the products is relatively ok, I can't complain but the prices are driving me away from being a customer. A seller's interest is to sell their goods, not to throw them away at the end of the day.
Shelves always empty. Always a big queue and one staff member serving. Hardly anything on show

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
