Orderd 3 funko pops from these guys all came in a protective case which was a very nice touch was packaged extremely well bubble wrapped and arrived within 48 hours of placing the order I will 100% be ordering from then in the near future and I can't recommend enough

Fantastic experience buying from these guys! They had an item in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else so i decided to take a chance on them, based on other reviews on here. I'm glad I did. My item was dispatched quickly, turned up well packed, so if you collect action figures in box you should be satisfied, and in perfect condition and it was a joy to order from them. I will definitely buy from them again!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I have a 17 yr old with special needs who’s ordered TWO Baylon figures from here. One his stepfather ordered Preorder five months ago. Not got it yet. The second he ordered. They cancelled the order with no explanation and he reordered it and still no figure. Promised he’d have them ages ago. Paid for them both already. Got neither. He doesn’t understand at all. When he contacted them he rudely got told they can just cancel the order and send his money back. Cos that is helpful when you’ve got a child with special needs who doesn’t understand & has waited FIVE MONTHS. Customer services are awful, actual ability to fulfill orders that are paid for. Awful.

Sells items as “in stock’ if they were actually in stock it shouldn’t take weeks to receive them especially considering their postage charges! Wouldn’t purchase anything from here again!

A new company I just recently found out about. I placed an order for multiple items which came fast and secured within the same week. The fastest delivery I've ever had for NECA figures.I will be using from them again. Highly recommended.

Still waiting on an item I ordered back in December which although was out of stock, now is in stock on many other websites and I have requested refund but I’m yet to receive it.Even before I asked to cancel my order there was absolutely no communication for over three months and I’ve been told my refund has been processed but it’s yet to come through, the seller is not responding to me and there’s no sign of my money back.Very very disappointing and extremely poor customer service!Should not be advertising items on your site if you cannot fulfill the orders and have no intention of replying to customers who have spent money with you!!

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered my items Sunday, it got dispatched Monday and it’s arrived Wednesday. Very fast shipping and delivery times. All the Funko Pops I bought were well packaged and there were zero damage. The Funko Pops also came with a protective case which I was surprised to see as I wasn’t expecting it. Great customer service and I felt like they went above and beyond with the extra details. Thank you so much, will definitely order again. :)

I went onto google to find a specific couple of figures and found these guys low down on page 1. I decided to go with these guys as they were UK based thus saving me imports, and the prices were competitive. I completed checkout at 12:10pm on the 17th and the figures were in my hands at 11:37am on the 18th. A less than 24 hours delivery turn around after selecting their 24h delivery option for an extra £1. The box was well packaged and the figures arrived without so much as a bumped corner. I will definitely be checking this website first for anything in the future. Thank you.

It’s not often I take time to review shops but I just had to review this one. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I received my purchase today after ordering a few days ago. The service is second to none, the prices of the products are great, postage and packaging was great and quick. Immediate response upon ordering. Excellent communication, there was a slight delay with one of the figures I ordered. They emailed me to let me know this, then sent out my order first class the following day. Definitely my go to retailer now. Loads of payment options, discount codes and you can earn points aswell.

Still haven’t received my order despite paying for 1st class Royal Mail. Tried multiple times to contact the company via the numerous ways they advertise on their site and emails and haven’t had any response which is incredibly frustrating and leaves me with no answers and zero confidence in this company
