Is gravgoods.com Legit?

Product didn’t arrive, no communicate from GravGoods. Repeated emails enquiring about my order ignored by company. Have started chargeback proceedings through credit card. Shame as prior purchases have been good overall.

I ordered a gold watch band and you all sent me a bronze one. I immediately contacted you all and sent pictures of what you all sent versus what I ordered with the order number and you asked for a picture of the box which I responded to within 12 hours and I heard nothing else from grav goods. No refund was offered. No exchange was offered. No discount was offered. Just nothing. I received the wrong product and nothing was done. Rectify the issue.

If I was aware the clock was based on a 24 hour time cycle, I would not have purchased the product.

This item is very plastic and the feel is not very good the motors are loud. Not a pleasing product. They need to make mechanics better

I never got the item. You never gave it to me. I never received it. It got sent back to you. I don't know why but you completely screwed me out of everything. I've told everybody never to buy from your company. It's nothing more than a scam, a fraud and an embarrassment to people out there selling your companies be shut down by the government. You're nothing but frauds. You took my money and you gave me nothing. You lied to me and you scammed me

Originally they delivered the gold one instead of the black one I ordered, but after I contacted customer support, they immediately sent a return label as well as a replacement. I got the replacement and love it, best Apple Watch case I’ve seen, and I’ve seen a LOT

I received defective product sent several email over a month ago. Have yet to get a reply from this company. I do not recommend this product/company I was very dissatisfied with this overall experience.

I want to return the band. I was sent the wrong color.

Received multi charger that wasn’t very good requested return twice and received no answer. So not impressed.

I ordered the Grav Station after seeing many videos online. The shipping took approximately 10 days to be delivered to the UK. I didn't receive any tracking information; it just arrived. Initially, it worked well, but then it started to overheat and emit a burning smell. The phone charging pad has now completely jammed and makes a very loud clicking noise, rendering it completely unusable and, more importantly, very dangerous. I have contacted them three times now to take them up on their offer of a "lifetime warranty" but have not received a reply.Ironically, I still receive their newsletters with subject lines like "Wireless Charging is SAFE! Here's why... 🤔"From my experience, using their chargers is definitely not safe.

I ordered mobile charger which was extremely delayedI was in contact with them and they claimed the shipment was returned since I never picked up the goods. I never received any notification that the goods had arrived, they returned the shipment but again never had any notification that the shipment was on its way. If you want to order through this company expect exceed delivery time.This could be a one off, but I almost gave it on star. But then this morning finally a notification that the shipment had arrived 1,5 month after order dateThe quality looks ok and as expeted.

I purchased this having seen it advertised and it looking great. Upon ordering this item I then had a nightmare with my bank telling me that the payment was due to be collected twice.The shipping wasn’t much better no real notifications received.Once the item was received it didn’t work properly, the motorised phone charger doesn’t work properly. It makes a really bad clicking noise when it goes down, I have written to Gravgoods twice explaining this, I have deliberately waited to write this review to give them chance to reply, no reply from them at all.Very disappointed with the product and the lack of response from them.

It’s a nest design and sits on my night stand and doesn’t interfere with anything else I have there. When the order was placed it was promptly shipped and was at my mail box within a few days.

Average product sadly, the actual mag safe phone charger works well but the watch charger is poor which is similar to comments here. It works but constantly lights up the watch all night on and off due to a glitch. I reached out to Gravgoods however with no response.

Bought the Tridant Fold for iPhone. Product shipped quickly and arrived in ok condition. The item was bought as a gift and not required in the end due to friend already having a charger. Despite claiming 'Free international shipping and returns' on the product screen, which gives you some comfort before purchasing, it is actually not possible to return an item unless you are in the United States. Pretty poor form and obviously misleading product page information. I reached out using the contact us page but did not receive a reply from the company.I'm 99% sure this is just a drop shipping store. The actual item is flimsy (the watch charger doesn't stand up and the magnetic hold is really poor), and the packaging is blurry and poorly printed - no mention of Grav Goods at all. You can buy the literal same product on Temu, eBay, or Amazon for a fraction of the cost ($12 - $30 AUD).

Great charger, very pleased with it. Only problem was long delivery with no response from the company, hence dropped one star. Otherwise very happy with the product, and recommended.

Had some issues with my first 5 in 1 charger, but customer service was easy to contact and quick to send a replacement. No further issues. It is a very convenient, very good product.

The watch band looks great with my Ultra Watch, but it comes unclasped at least 5 times per day on its own. Very annoying when I have to repeatedly clasp the band throughout the day.

My first product was defective so Gravgoods quickly offered a replacement or exchange for a new model which I chose and it works very well. Great customer service!
