This Chinese dude made another casino game so ya his just taking people money it's fake I'm already on it I'm made a clam to the casino dude tht is responsible for his actions I'm taking him to court

I have deposited the $58 for verification purposes and actually won a substantial amount of money yet every single withdrawal request is still pending. They could at least refund the $58.

This online casino is fake does not even deserve one star. I put $120 on the app and one $3,800 but they're telling me now I have to deposit 114.00 in Bitcoin to get my $3,800. Well, unfortunately I have had no such luck with redeeming my +$1,000,000 withdrawal. I have had sites ask for a confirmation payment using a credit card or bitcoin. So I didn’t really have much of a red flag. I’ve received thousands from other sites. This is the ONLY site I’ve been on that I haven’t been able to withdrawal any winnings. I’m at the “deposit $300 for taxes” phase! Time for class action lawsuit please!!! I’ve got screen shots of most conversations and my withdrawals. Totaling around $1.03million. Well on Sunday June 9th I was playing on Grandslot Palace and after playing I won $1868.06 and I contacted customer service and they said I had to pay $58 to cash out my winnings. I've never had to pay to cash out what I've won I spoked to a guy I think he was Chinese he told me it would take 24-72 hours for withdrawal after I paid the $58 I should be able to get my winnings immediately!! I need a class action lawsuit to sue this gaming system for fraud along with the other members who have won and couldn't get their money.

My experience has been the same as all others who have posted there own experience with this online casino. Had any of us walked into an in person casino and won we would have most certainly walked out with our winnings. I agree with one reviewer we should sue the pants of this company. They are banking on us so therefore we deserve what is owed to us. Period.

It started with an email to sign up to play, no context was given. They give you $38 to play for free with what seems like an insane RTP rate to really boost your account winnings. Then, they make you deposit another $58 to make sure you’re “real…” After playing for some time, my total pending withdrawal amount is $253,500 in Bitcoin. They refuse to pay out until I pay them “10% of my withdrawal amount for handling fees and taxes.” When I told them to just remove it from the winnings, they refuse and really just stopped replying all together. Ok as of today obviously did not get my payout and was told if I didn't pay the $300 bitcoin I was not getting paid. I say if there is an attorney willing to represent us I'm in. I've had the same issues as everyone else, I've won quiet Abita also, paid my $58 dollars and still have not going my payout. I want my money back. I also contacting them on online chat, they garentied my winnings, now I can contact them.

Same thing, won $5000 off the free $38. How to deposit 58 just to cash out I’m sure I’ll never get it. I’m so mad. These people are horrible. They need to go to hell sure they will.

I won money n they said I had to pay 58 dollars to activate my account then I could cash out . Well I paid it . Then they pretty much said I had to play 3000 points before I could cash out. Well I did what they said n I ended up winning 14000 n they said i could get paid faster in I up graded or pay 200 in Bitcoin. It's says it will take up to 5 minutes to 30 minutes to get paid it's been a couple of weeks n they are saying to trust them that I will get my money.. there has to be something people can do after you win so much n these people just blows you off n don't try to pay you

Funny how can you improve how about paying when people win instead of scamming people and asking us to pay you!!! Your a disgrace and should be shut down pronto!!! Call the police and report these people I have!

This website is a scam they’ll have you waiting months for your funds until I get paid what I’m owed this review will be up to let you guys know that it’s a scam. they also make you deposit money first and they also say when you deposit $58 you can instantly withdraw but that’s a lie they wouldn’t let me withdraw at all and I spent $100 on it. That’s just sad and sickening and they say that it’s a 24 hour live chat support but it’s only one person name Janet that message back that is totally wrong and out-of-pocket when you ask why I didn’t get my with my winnings after depositing $54 there was another excuse saying that I have to be a VIP diamond to get my withdraws instantly they oughta be ashamed of their selves and you have to pay $200 to become a VIP diamond member. I started playing with Grandslotpalace since April 2024 until now. I can't even tell you how much I have won but, I have screenshots of everything. I have gotten the same run-a-round about the 300.00 in bitcoin and you will get your money immediately. Right, and I have ocean front property for $1.00. There is also another casino that they have to be associated with called Starlux. They owe me 444,989.00 and now they have shut down and my money is just sitting there with no way to get in with anyone about it. If anyone does a class action suit count me in. This is absolutely the sorriest people on the planet earth. I am 74 with COPD, diabetes, and every other old age ailment you can think of and for these people to cheat old people like me. I am worse than mad. I am so ready to go after these people. I have not been able to make contact with anyone that has any sense.
