The service is superb, and I received my product when I needed it and as advised.Products available are great quality and Dave gives great advice on what to use where when needed.

David worked quietly, tidily and efficiently, turned up promptly both to quote and to lay the floor, and did an absolutely beautiful fitting job with elegant solutions to all the odd corners in our 1930s house. After a year's daily family use our first floor still looks like new so we asked Grand Parkett to do a second room with which we are equally happy.

Good prices with great service an next day delivery, not something us flooring contractors in N.Ireland are used to. The other flooring suppliers in the mainland could learn a thing or two.

Hoping to use the products more in the future, Daves always got time for a chat on the phone regarding the different products! However would advise they change delivery courier as parcel force cant deliver my order!! But thats not Grand Parkett fault!

Just light years ahead of other suppliers who just want our money.Products are premium, clients love them, the range is diverse, the job advice is from somebody who has been there, worn the t-shirt, sanded/installed the floor. It makes it pretty impossible to need to go anywhere else.you only need to spend £100 for free delivery (without VAT) yet it gets to the job quicker than suppliers that want double that. Never ever had any issues with a delivery (external factors involving couriers can't be helped)

Ordered the mop for a new wooden floor, after the installer recommended it. It was delivered next day, very efficient process. I was sceptical, thinking: it’s only a mop. But it’s a great asset - light, takes up next to no room and simple to use. After the first go, the lovely new floor looks even better. Planning to try it on the slightly tired sealed floorboards in the rest of the house next.
