Is grailed.com Legit?

I had an unfortunate experience with a seller, but the customer service team at Grailed were stellar. They took their time to fully investigate the situation and find the appropriate resolution for everyone.I cannot speak highly enough about their team and their diligent efforts, thanks again Grailed team!

Regina H. was so helpful & understanding when helping with my return. She made it so easy & was very organized.

Although I never got what I ordered, the customer service was amazing. Regina and her team handled the situation quickly and I was issued a full refund.

I have been using Grailed as seller only since 2016. I have all 5 star perfect reviews with more than half of which the buyers are expressing GREAT satisfaction with the product and my service. Grailed claims to look out for the “trusted seller” , speedy shipper, quick responder” badges and a strong feedback system when purchasing from a seller. All of which I have. I take pride in the service I provide all the way down the packaging as stated by many of my customers. Essentially adding value to the Grailed platform. With that being said I believe Grailed has an extremely flawed customer support system that is actively being exploited. The buyer of my item currently has it in their possession and it’s been over a month I have not been paid out this is WAYYY TOO LONG for a person to have a good and I have no money fromThe transaction. I opened a ticket and apparently there is an authentication issue??? Of an item that is part of YSL’s core collection all year round. Of this entire month I’ve gotten 1 response from a specialist and 2 automated. This person claimed a fabric issue? Then changes it to the fit of it MUCH later (days) in the exhange. apparently that’s all it takes. I sell 100% authentic items only and now I am concerned that Grailed doesn’t have the proper authentication process to protect me. This USER is also selling the same jacket TWICE!!! And even took my description write up from mine and pasted on theirs. I feel like I’m being scammed by both the buyer and Grailed. The seller protection is laughable there’s nothing indicating this process will take this long to resolve I have zero reassurance that it ever will. I am considering legal action. This is disgusting. I still have yet to be provided any insight or visbility on the progress or reassurance that I am being protected. I have never used trust pilot or any review service but I feel extremely compelled to do so. UPDATE: Since this review, I have been awarded the claim in my favor and am being paid out.Adding - for what it’s worth I would never knowingly sell fake items. Further I always do my own diligence before PURCHASING. It should’ve never taken this long. This should’ve been open and shut 2 weeks MAX

Grailed has consistently been a solid platform for finding rare grails and good deals. They take care of their sellers too, I really respect that about them.

Gratz platform for selling but super lots of scammer trying to scam where Grailed Support give no chance to them.

Their "authentication team" (which I believe may be just an AI algorithm) is awful and does not properly authenticate products. Multiple people have reported issues and they do nothing to fix it. They simply have their outsourced customer service team reply with canned messages as you can see below on TrustPilot ("We'd love to look into this for you, can you please provide..."). If their authentication team truly is a team of real people, then these people are not trained. They need to be. This is awful and I won't be selling on Grailed anymore. I've been a trusted seller since 2019 and their team thinks they can suddenly start calling my legit items "inauthentic" with full confidence. It's laughable.

I’m only rating 4 stars because Grailed takes a little while to get back to you, but they took care of my situation and are on top of their game

So many fake items being passed around. They have people with thousands of reviews selling clothing and sneakers while getting the “authenticated listing”. Some sellers are more privileged then others. Not posting pics of the actual item just spamming the feed. Bought about 5 things of the site with 2 being fakes. Costumer service is horrific only email. Response times forever. Please stay away.

Have been a Grailed Buyer/Seller for 10 years. But I would no longer recommend the platform.• Put in an offer for the item.• Offer was accepted by the seller and payment was processed via Grailed's payment processing system.• The item was shipped.And this is where is get fun.• Item marked as delivered but it wasn't delivered. • Contacted postal service to discover the shipping address on the tracking was not my address.• Raised issue with seller, and seller never responds.• Contacted Grailed support who initially says get written confirmation from the postal service that the tracking number was not delivered to your address (which i did). Grailed support then say I am not covered by their Buyer Protection because the fraud seller decided not to use the shipping label provided by Grailed.• Seller gets a one star review from their only other transaction where the buyer was sent a $5 football beanie instead of a $600 Gucci vest.• Grailed continue to say they cannot protect me as a buyer because of the decision made by the seller not to use the label.Their customer service team is pretty much useless and their "Buyer Protection" isn't worth the paper it is written on. Protect yourself and don't purchase from this platform.

Made an account, since 2020Started listing items for sale , got a 10 sales in few days , and suddenly got banned for no reason at all. And even the buyer has been reached out to me asking why their money got refunded while they already received the items on hand In this case according to the Law Grailed still owe me the payouts for this 7 items . And I haven’t receive the payouts . And without any notice Grailed did refunded all the sales and I have sent them the tracking number and with DHL express tracking even few of the buyer did send me message through WhatsApp and confirming the item has been recieved and they love the pants. I paid for the items and resell it on my store what’s wrong with that? The problem is with Jason S (account review specialist) who banned me suddenly for no valid reason . The moment he banned me , I already shipped all the items to my customer but haven’t got the chance to put the tracking number , he knew it and He did it on purpose and intentionally to let the customers receive the item without the need to release the money to me . In fact Jason S he knew that I already shipped and fullfill all the order perfectly and sent him all the shipping detail as well. Then the day after I massage him , “can you please release the money ? “. He suddenly refunded all the sales intentionally ? For f sake This is a lot of money I need to bare .If there’s no goodwill I will call my lawyer in USA to sue this Grailed company. As I didn’t do anything wrong and all the buyer already received all the good safely and happy with the purchase. So to capture all of these, I lost about 7 of my items and my shipping fee around 600 usd for that lot ! I need Grailed to be responsible and compensate for all this transactions otherwise this will become a big problem and i will raise this to legal issue . Because we did nothing wrong on our part ; the items also not defective or fake, and following the rules and regulation, everything is according to the rule and regulations , and we did nothing wrong on our partBest regards Amadeus

I can't give 0 stars, but while Grailed is great when it works, my recent experiences have been disappointing. In one instance, a buyer was allowed to return an item after six months, which seemed unreasonable. In another case, an item never arrived, and Grailed simply told me to contact the courier, offering no further support. Really really unhappy with how they deal with things, not going to buy from there again.

They twice rejected a real Dior bag I brought myself from Dior, that’s in the permanent collection, because it “had design discrepancies”. When I challenged this with receipts, close ups & proof of my live online account with it on my orders with the same design code… the “higher authenticators” also felt it wasn’t authentic. A complete joke 😂 just shows how badly educated the staff are that they can’t authenticate a main collection item still in stores around the world. Can I add I once brought sneakers from Grailed, 2 years later tried to sell them & then the moderators said they were suddenly now “fake” 😂 they don’t know their a*rse from their elbow.

I have to give a big shout out to Regina H. here. Despite issues with delivery and faulty/misrepresented items of clothing, Regina examined my case on its own and made sure everything was rectified. Excellent customer service when I was worried I was going to lose a lot of money. If this review was solely based on my interaction with Regina it would be 5 stars, without a doubt. The only reason it is 4 stars is because, despite buying an item from a reputable seller with stellar reviews, the item arrived in a condition extremely different from that which it was being listed as.

I sold an item from Europe to USA on the 15th of july. The item arrived In the US and was out for delivery on the 22th of july. Since then it has been ‘awaiting delivery’ and Grailed is refusing to pay me my money, even though it’s clear that the package has arrived at the post Office and the buyer for some reason won’t pick it up which is now somehow my problem according to Grailed customer service. They are encouraging me to contact the seller and the post Office which i have done several times without any luck, so now nothing had happened for a month. I won’t pay for shipping it back to Europe, and grailed, who obviously have the money from the sale, won’t release the money to My PayPal account. Stay away from Grailed, never experienced so bad customer service

Grailed customer service made up for a mistake made over a year ago. What’s even better is how swiftly they fixed their mistake. I am a seller and buyer in Grailed and I will continue to do so while recommending others.
