Is gracobaby.eu Legit?

I had a mixed experience with Graco UK. On one hand, their customer service is exemplary. When I contacted them for replacement parts, their representative, Ella, was responsive and efficient, arranging free replacements swiftly. However, I've also encountered quality issues with their strollers. After a year of use, my stroller's frame started making a cracking noise, and a wheel fell off, leaving me without a usable stroller. Got in touch as the plug for our seat snapped. It was out of warranty, but Lauren ordered a replacement part to be sent out. Really great service- thank you!

I emailed Graco as I’d misplaced the newborn inserts for my graco extend and wished to purchase replacements. Ella contacted me back via email almost straight away and organised replacement inserts to be delivered to me within 3-5 working days all free of charge. Such excellent service and easy to contact. I love their products and will continue to purchase from this brand!

I put a lot of faith into Graco and have always purchased their products for my baby but after having a stroller for a year the frame made ma cracking noise followed by a wheel falling off. I wasn’t walking over a road when this happened but imagine if it did??? That shouldn’t happen after a year and I always look after my stuff. Now I’m left without a stroller and unable to take my son out.

I contacted Graco support as I had been gifted a baby car seat but needed to find the baby insert for it but I was unsure of the product code to be able to buy it.Ella contacted me and not only located the correct insert that I needed but is sending it free of charge. I think that Graco are amazing and I will now be buying a travel cot from them as they have been so helpful, courteous and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Graco for baby products.Thank you Graco.

I purchased a Graco pushchair for my granddaughter. The item has a two year guarantee but after twelve months the frame snapped. I contacted Graco and their customer services were superb! We purchased a new Graco pushchair and returned the damaged one to Graco yesterday. We received a full refund today. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.

I purchased a car seat via there website it was 1-2 day delivery I’m still waiting on day 4 I have emailed and phoned and even spoked to dpd who say they still haven’t received my car seat there customer care and service is disgusting my £180 car seat has vanished with no reply to my email and no help over the phone as to where it is not even an offer of a refund if needed quick enough to take ur money but don’t care after you have paid I am contacting trading standards and also giving the go ahead for legal process via my solicitor

Seat damaged under warranty, company completely binned me off, received very poor help from CL, shame on you and everyone who works there, con artists with cheap Chinese parts.

Wonderful experience, thank you Henriette. I washed the covers to my car seat but somehow lost the white clip that fits the bottom pad into place. Henriette responded immediately and explained that they don't sell accessories but will post me out the clip free of charge. Hopefully it will arrive before half term so I won't have a problem travelling. Thank you very much.

As a new Grandma, I had a couple of issues with my gracoturn2me car seat. Nothing at all to do with the product, more to do with me being confused with instructions. Emily provided me with all the help I needed to ensure my Granddaughter was comfortable.

Customer service par excellence! I contacted Graco as wanted two replacement car seat covers. Was told they weren’t parts that they normally sell but would send two to me for free!! I couldn’t believe it - wasn’t even asked to contribute to the postage which I would happily have done. Extremely rare generosity and service. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with the customer service team, very understanding, kept us up to date with what action they were taken and gave a ETA of how long the parts would take, We lost the poles for a travel cot and were fully prepared to pay for replacements. After a couple of very helpful emails, they had new ones sent to us within a few days at no cost. Very unexpected theses days. First class customer service.

Graco Baby immediately took interest in and ownership of our concerns regarding Front vs Rear facing of car seats for our twins. We were provided with clear & explanatory guidance that went beyond simple 'answers' to 'questions'. Ultimately, we were left with an understanding of the issues and with confidence concerning the safe use of the Graco Turn2Me car seats. This was Customer Service at its empathetic best. Thank you.

Poor customer service, been trying to get a flimsy faulty swing picked up and refunded for weeks. The quality of the products are absolutely awful. Definitely do not recommend anyone to buy from this company unless you like being ripped off.

Accidentally burned a highchair tray, sleep deprivation is a hell of a drug, contacted their customer service and Caroline (from customer service) sent me a new one. Never before had such good experience with any customer services. Lisa from Grace is simply THE BEST! She simply took the customer care to the next level! Very other customer across all industries should follow the Graco's ways of dealing with the customers. BRILLIANT

Customer service was top rate. I have a Travelite pushchair which had a bit of an incident and went down to three wheels, the idea of carrying a 13 lb baby everywhere or forking out for a new pushchair was terrifying but in stepped Graco , they posted out two wheels completely free of charge! Life saver, thank you Graco.

In a nutshell, a cup holder for our grandsons car seat was misplaced , initially I was disappointed as unable to re-order on any site , I contacted Customer Service , final and very quick result is that a replacement is on way to me …..3 days start to finish ! First class customer service , it was unexpected as these days nobody seems to be willing to help , I very rarely write reviews but in this instance felt it right too …..must’ve been good !

I contacted Graco as the mattress in our travel cot had become damaged. Karen replied to my email within 30 minutes and was able to request a replacement to be sent out. Superb customer service and a wonderful company. This quality of service is what everyone else should be aspiring towards!!! Five stars and I can't thank Karen enough for making the process so smooth and simple.

Best brand for prams, pushchairs and baby car seats, period. Stylish, sturdy and easy to handle, they become outgrown before they show any signs of severe wear and tear - which is good for the environment too, as prams can be passed down or sold instead of buying anew. I also have had a good experience with one of their customer service advisors (Caroline), who acted promptly on my request and kept me constantly updated.
