Is grabstore.co.nz Legit?

Parcel arrived quickly. Product as what we ordered.Only negative comment would be, the item was something that could have been broken in transit so we believe the item should have be packaged accordingly. There was a small hole in the plastic parcel bag on arrival.

So I thought I was purchasing from another company, it was under their banner, turns out no, it's from temu going buy the video link I was sent by grabstore to help figure out how to setup. 3M filters included in the online advertisement don't even fit the cartridges, all documentation in Chinese, consumer care from grabstore sent a video link to YouTube to help me work out the setup as stated above. So the best filters you can get don't even fit the item, I'd say that's false advertising, also the actual place I bought from isn't stated in description. All round a crap experience.

Exactly the item I needed at an excellent price. Delivery was fast too, considering the item came up from the South Island to a rural address middle of the North Island. The courier tracking could have been a little better described as looked a lot like those spam delivery messages, but a minor thing.

I cant believe all the reviews that are complaining about this on line store. I have had an MP3 player ordered and delivered within 9 days. The item was exactly as advertised and has fulfilled my requirements. To all those that complain ensure that you have ordered the correct item by doing your research prior to ordering. The Grab Store is excellent in my case.

Good experience. One part of my order failed to work so I emailed customer support. I had a response within an hour or so and follow up replacement was very soon on its way. I'd have no hesitation on dealing with Grabstore in the future.

When you received the item I was wanting, into your store, due to lack of stock, I checked to see if you had it in. You immediately sent my item that I had been waiting for and I recieved it within 2 days. Thankfully I had chosen the correct item and it fitted my vacuum cleaner perfectly. I was amazed at how well my vacuum worked. Almost like a new one.

It not only looks great but it feels safe and I'm happy when my 2 year old granddaughter is happy because she absolutely loves her mini trampoline.

Effortless delivery. I ordered a table and the item I received looked exactly like the picture that was posted on the website. They sent me emails of the invoice and when the item was being dispatched. I was skeptical as I have never heard of this website before, but it all turned out good.

Great product, very good easy website to use. Very good communication and fast dispatch. Unhappy with courier but thats not your fault they couldnt follow delivery instructions. Overall real happy and would recommend.

I can’t give Grabstore more than 1 star as I have received nothing more than acknowledgement of my order. As far as I know my it hasn’t even been shipped.Since writing this review have received the machine, but it doesn’t alter the fact that I didn’t find the service as satisfactory as would have liked, and I am considering returning the machine; as there was no reply from Grabstore i ordered one from a different supplier and I don’t need two. In the meantime I have upped the star rating to 3.

Your courier has not delivered my purchase.They have held it since 01/05/2024 at their Auckland depot (it is now the 6th) and were not polite nor helpful when asked about it.Otherwise it would have been five stars.After complaints with the courier it was finally delivered battered but was okay when unpacked.

Product delivered quickly. The mincer plates were rusted. Manufacturers could have done bit of polling before packaging. Not sellers fault. Product is good had a trial machines works good.

Item purchased missing parts which they claim does not include them, despite it stating so in manual and on the box. Extremely poor customer service. Do not deal with these fraudsters!

Service great. Product iffy.Prompt response and delivery. The bookshelf had a very nice style and made of strong material for its size and price. Biggest let down are the 22 exposed screw heads on the outer veneer. Looks cheap even when covering them with screw caps. The caps are extra.

A very disappointing purchase of a bird cage after not quite a year the stand frame come apart. Not the best quality material. Refused replacement because of numerous contributing factors! None of which mentioned! Certainly not an over weight bird. Please be aware.Lyn Wallace

Fast turnaround. Product of low quality and was not really fit for purpose. The second item did not work at all ( dead in the packet). Grabstore response was to ask me to return it at my cost and had the audacity to tell me the minimum standards required. Eventually refunded purchase price on failed unit.Beware of quality and trying it on where retail law is concerned. I will not deal with them in future. (Purchased online through Dick Smith).
