Ik kon het geluid van alle motorintercoms ter plekke testen met mijn Garmin Zumo XT GPS, want dat was niet altijd goed.Toen ik in de praktijk toch niet blij was met de gekozen Cardo Packtalk Edge, mocht ik die omruilen voor een Sena 30K. Het geluid en bediening bevalt de eerste dag perefect en de 30K sluit ook aan bij de Mesh van mijn vrienden. Jeroen van Waypoint Hilversum heeft mij perfect om niet te zeggen indrukwekkend goed geholpen en meegedacht.

Ik kende dit bedrijf niet maar nadat ik hier de reviews had gelezen durfde ik het wel aan om een Garmin horloge te bestellen.Geen spijt van! Er wordt snel en duidelijk gecommuniceerd en het horloge lekker vlot geleverd. Heel prettig !

Twee weken na verstrijken garantieperiode navi ‘dood’.Ook volgens technische dienst Waypoint Notter. Apparaat op laten sturen naar Garmin. Omdat ik 3 dagen later op vakantie ging zonder blikken of blozen een leen XT meegekregen. Top.Na 4 weken kon ik een nieuwe XT ophalen. Ook zeer schappelijk van Garmin.

Ik ontdekte dat mijn Cardo Smartpack uit 2018 (geloof ik) een kapje miste waardoor de roller een mogelijkheid had om eruit te vallen. Via Splash Design en Waypoint Notter werd het kapje kosteloos geregeld! Superservice! Nogmaals dank!

Donderdag 7 april 2022 GPS van mijn dochter ter reparatie aan de technische dienst opgestuurd. Zaterdag 9 april werd deze na, onder garantie te zijn hersteld*, al weer thuis bezorgd. Helemaal goed!* master reset doorgevoerd, basiskaart hersteld, Topo active kaart hersteld. SD-kaart onder garantie omgeruild.

Wat een goede service! Onze draadloze Garmin camera (behorend bij het Garmin navigatiesysteem) werkte na enkele maanden niet meer zoals het hoort. Verbinding viel telkens weg en was daardoor eigenlijk onbruikbaar. Contact gezocht met Waypoint Notter en binnen hele korte tijd een reactie "stuur maar terug" en er zou gekeken worden hoe het probleem op te lossen was.Opgestuurd maar er werd geconstateerd dat de camera het bij hen wel deed. Zal je altijd zien :) Uit voorzorg ontvangen we, onder garantie, toch een nieuwe camera. Probleem is hiermee natuurlijk opgelost! Super service! Ook het bestellen via de website ging prima, zo ook de levering. Topbedrijf!

In 2020 een Garmin Camper 780 EU MT-DGekocht voor rijden met een caravan.Direct in juni naar Italy word ik een bergpas op gestuurd waar ik helemaal niet mag komen.Route uitgestippeld voor dit naar naar Frankrijk stuurt die mij gedeeltelijk binnendoorWat als ik op de kaart kijk klopt het gewoon niet.Afgelopen zaterdag 11-6-2022 met een grote aanhangwagen naar Emmeloord geweest stuurt de navigatie mij overal binnendoor zoals je begrijpt heb ik geen vertrouwen meer in de navigatie.Aantal keren terug geweest naar Waypoint in Notter kunnen ze niks mee zeggen ze.Navigatie van 2jaar oud weg €350,00.Dus de service is ronduit slecht.J. Alleen maar positief over de verkopers bij WayPoint in Moordrecht!!Als oud TomTom gebruiker kan ik maar lastig wennen aan mijn nieuwe Garmin XT, maar zij hebben er alle tijd en moeite in gestoken om mij verder op weg te helpen met de nieuwe navigatie! Service die je niet meer overal als vanzelfsprekend kan ervaren. Een echte aanrader dus voor anderen.

Prima servicelage prijssnelverzondentoen ik er achter kwam dat de bijgeleverde garmin kabel niet paste bij mijn huidige opladers hebben ze een nieuwe kabel zonder kosten opgestuurd. Probleem was eigenlijk schuld van Garmin maar waypoint loste het op zonder gedoe.

Etrex 25 touch gekocht,binnen de garantie periode kwamen er problemen.Moest het volgens de medewerker van Notter zelf opsturen naar Garmin. Daar bekeken en mij een refurbished toestel weer terug gestuurd.Na een half jaar weer problemen. Moest het weer opsturen, gingen het resetten en andere dingen herstellen.Op de vraag bij Notter in de winkel, kan ik deze niet terug doen en met bijbetaling een andere aanschaffen en rekening houden met mijn problemen ,werd mij gezegd dat dat niet mogelijk is. Ik kon 50 euro inruil krijgen en bovendien hadden zij het op moeten sturen en niet ik,.Dit was dan foute info geweest van hun volgens de medewerker ,maar valt nu buiten de garantie.De medewerker zelf bleef rustig en vriendelijk.Ik blijf zitten met toestel, die ik nu onbetrouwbaar vind.

Ik ben vrijdag 27 mei met de motor naar Waypoint Notter gereden om een defect GPS apparaat af te geven bij de technische dienst. Helaas had ik mijn verstralers aan laten staan en na ca. 30 minuten was mijn accu leeg. Ik ben teruggegaan in de winkel of ze mij konden helpen.Tot mijn verbazing had niemand tijd en was er ook totaal geen interesse om een motorrijder met een pechgeval te helpen. Uiteindelijk heb ik de ANWB gebeld waar ik wel lid van moest worden en na ca. 1 uur wachten hebben ze mij geholpen met de startkabel deed de motor het weer. Na jaren voor een paar duizend euro aan apparaten gekocht te hebben bij deze vestiging mag het duidelijk zijn dat ik hier geen aankopen meer zal doen. Het is zeer teleurstellend
