I recently made the regrettable decision to purchase a premium plugin from GPLCrafter.com, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give them zero stars, I would.I paid for a premium plugin, Instead, what I received just a free version that I could have easily downloaded from WordPress library without spending a dime. itCustomer service at GPLCrafter.com is abysmal. I immediately reached out to them, hoping to resolve the issue and receive the premium plugin I paid for. To my dismay, I received no response whatsoever. It's apparent that they have no interest in assisting their paying customers once they've secured their money.

I'm sorry to hear that I trusted and purchased a plugin from GP, they sent me a link with no files to download. I have not received any response after contacting them. It's just like being scammed, very disappointed. Not worth even 1 star for this website. It's a scam.

Pessimo, nao tem suporte, questionei eles com um email, e fizeram foi deletar minha conta, junto com o que tinha comprado, corram desse site lixooFake, i asked them for update, all the plugins are out of date, you know what they did? They deleted my account, with my purchases and not a single answer from the fake support, run from this rubbish

I bought the "Thrive Theme" package from their website. Upon successful payment, I got the email confirmation along with the package (zip file).The theme was corrupt so it was useless. Tried contacting them by email but no response. Their website chat is also not functional (after filling out the form, so don't even get the confirmation).Overall, besides paying for the theme, I didn't get what I expected nor they are giving a refund.

Fraud WebsiteThey offered Yith woocommerce watermark premium v2.5.0 but I purchased the item, I got the older version 1.5.0 & it's totally unusable. Sended Email, tickets two times no response from them. Totally fraud company... Wasted time & money !!!Scammers ****

Fraudsters, after purchase of a product they sent me an old version with missing parts, if you open a support ticket they don't even answer you and after so many complaints they threaten you. Lost money, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I had to open 3 separate PayPal disputes because I got an email with a download link that leads to a 404 not found page. Support tickets get closed without response and their live chat says “wait time 1 minute” yet a week later I haven’t heard anything back. I called PayPal and they opened 3 disputes for me for 3 different plugins. I have 1 download that IS actually working so I didn’t have to open a dispute for that. Seeing the reviews here and seeing that they ban people, I might have to open a fourth dispute later if I get banned. We’ll see what happens but PLEASE AVOID THIS CONPANY.I forgot to tell that the one plug-in that does work actually asks me for a license key and it has now reverted back to the free version so I guess that’s gonna be a fourth dispute.

Profile full with fake reviews, they advertize items with the newest versions on the description and when downloaded you find the actual version is 1 year ago (or more). On their 'chat' they say 'Estimated wait time is 1 minute', and you wait for days (no replies given). I used one month's membership to test and regret every dollar. It's just a fake, dishonest site and looking at all 5-star reviews on this page, I wonder if TrustPilot's integrity mechanisms are working since most of them are clearly and obviously fake.

Very Fraud website. Purchased an ele custom skin pro plugin but the Plugin needs a license key to activate. But they do not provide any license key. and also $4 is gone. A 24/7 support chat feature is not available. they don't even respond to requests and cancel tickets. If you insist, you only get a ban.BEWARE, THEY STEAL MONEY!!!

Absolute Fraud. Sells outdated nulled Plugins without License or API Keys, a german Plugin Creator will file Lawsuit. No Support and you will actually get insulted if you ask about anything. Contacted PayPal to dismiss their Account, but they don't do anything.

SCAM! Do not buy anything from this scam site. The website promises you the latest versions. But what you download are only old versions. You pay for old versions - the support does not answer and deletes the tickets directly instead of answering. Looks like this platform is run by a couple of kids.

Very good attention. When I need an update of a plugin that I have bought, they provides it to me very quickly. Highly recommended.

Every single product that I am have downloaded has a wrong release date.It shows like it is recently updated and it never is, when I install it, the plugin is actually the older version.My subscription is completely useless, not even one plugin was useful!

Scammers took payment for a theme and delivered a plugin's addon instead. I opened a support ticket which they DELETED after two days. Pathetic! Never buy anything from them

i buy a plugin and after purchase succussed I cant download file from downloads section, when i want to download it's says "file not found, i open a ticket but i didnt respond any message from them

Very bad service -- they take your money and do not provide the pro version of the items. When you contact them for a discount code, they reply immediately, and after requesting a refund, they ignore you at all. DONT use this.
