Is govets.com Legit?

I was a little leery ordering from GoVets because I had never heard of them before. However, after reading all the positive reviews online I decided to order the office chair I was looking for. GoVets had the lowest price by far of any of the other online vendors I checked such as Amazon, Office Depot/Max, WalMart, Staples,and many others. Ordering was very easy and GoVets kept me informed of the delivery process from start to finish. The item I ordered arrived quickly in the original manufacturer's packaging. Absolutely everything from ordering to delivery went as smooth as silk. Highly recommend GoVets.

I was a little concerned ordering from this site because I'd never heard of it before. I took a chance and they surpassed my expectations. I placed my order 8/14 with really no idea how long it would take. To my surprise my large heavy glass chair mat was delivered today, less than 48 hours after my order. Govets.com leveraged a partnership they have with my local Office Depot. Buying though GoVets.com saved me $44 off Office Depot's price.

I’m not gonna lie I was reading a lot of the reviews and I had mixed reviews on if I wanted to order from this site or not, but I ordered and I got my shipment pretty quickly.

This company is 100% a fraud, that just takes extra steps to throw you off from knowing it. They’ll take your order, offering a shipment date unreasonably in the future because secretly they actually don’t even have the product in stock, and for all you know never planned to. About a month after taking my money, they then sent me an email that my order was being canceled and I’d be refunded. That was almost a month ago and not shockingly, the refund never came because it was never initiated. So I called them today. They don’t even say their company name when they answer! They do have a “support” agent in order to look more legit apparently, but as she didn’t even confirm with me what I’d ordered, just said she’d let accounting know to send the refund, I’m sure as heck not expecting any refund to go through this time either! This fraudulent “company” is even more of a disgrace than fraudulent entities that don’t take all these extra steps for manipulating you into thinking they’re legit and ethical. I will continue to call out this unethical manipulative company (which also is giving a bad name to veterans probably hoping the association will make them look better) wherever I can. :)

Very easy to order and to assemble. Arrived right on time. Is as comfortable as the "floor sample" I had sat in.7/31/24: The fabric on the left arm has started to tear, after only 3 months. I will see what can be done about it, under warranty.

I bought from them because they had the best price. But it took them 8 business days just to ship my order and I didn’t receive it for over 2 weeks. They sent me shipping updates, but no tracking numbers. On the good side, customer service responded to my email quickly. On the bad side, lots of bad reviews on BBB make it seem like my good experience with customer service was an exception to the norm.

I'm so impressed with GoVets! They had the office chair I had my eye on and at the lowest price. My back was murdering me from the other chair I was using so I was hoping it would be delivered quickly. Quick is an understatement. I submitted my order on a Monday night and the chair arrived Wednesday morning. I will absolutely be doing business with GoVets again in the future!

The totes are as advertised and solid. The delivery was faster than expected. Best of all, you're not amazon. I just purchased another 14 of these for a total of 26 and my other 4 locations will be placing orders for around 20 each. We're in the HEAVY equipment service business and the test batch has held up perfectly.

Absolutely outstanding and dedicated surgery in Manchester who have worked so hard to save my dogs life. The receptionists are kind compassionate and caring putting you at ease. The vets and nurses are so lovely to talk to. They explain everything in great detail and most importantly they listen. I have 6 pets and after experiencing this high quality service I will be registering them all. My dog was rushed to GOVETS last Monday night and has received wonderful care after being misdiagnosed by my regular vet. Today she had surgery to save her life.

My order arrived super fast, and was free shipping. The item arrived in great condition and was exactly what I ordered. Will definitely go to this site again.

Good service, fair prices, selection of products to keep my machine up. The dryer for the compressor went down on Sunday afternoon, found the needed replacement parts on the GoVets web site. I found their prices to be very competitive; got parts ordered that afternoon. The parts were here by Friday morning. What I ordered is what I got and my compressor was back up that afternoon.

This was our first experience and we were very pleased. Ordering was smooth and easy and the delivery was super fast! The products were quality brands just as expected. We will order from GoVets again!

Took over $400. No status on product until I reached out a month later. Refused to process a refund. The use suppliers and will not help you because of this. Major headache. July, 22nd. Still no refund/offer for credit.

Took my 6 puppies yesterday for first vaccinations and microchips. Really friendly reception staff. Clean waiting area. The vet was very friendly and cared and looked after the pups with their first injections which can be really scary for them. Could not recommend these vets enough!

“Customer service is dead”

Absolutely no customer service at all. Tried email, text and phone calls. Do not take the chance that your order will go well. I bought a computer part and suddenly the website said it was out of stock. I got charged anyway and could not cancel my order. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my bank. I doubt there's a single veteran working there.

“Stay Away from this site”

Made a purchase. Within 3 minutes of making purchase, received email stating item was out of stock. Long story short, I ended up filing a complaint with my credit card company. The credit card company refunded my total payment. Not a conditional refund, a total refund within 5 minutes of me contacting them. Credit Card company will either eat the charge, or get their money back from GoVets. Just not a good company to do any business with. Products used:Ordered a seat cushion that was never shipped. Service

“Cashed immediately don't send product and IF you inquire tell you is out of stock.”

Took the money immediately but did Not ship the product. After 10 days I inquire about my order. I had being told they are out of stock( STILL ADVERTISED TO BUY NOW!) and reimbursed my purchase. Is this a serious business or just money transaction with no interest paid?

Great Company - I purchased several NOCO chargers a few months ago and they were delivered within a couple of days. “Scam company”

I order Mobile Stacker & Lift Accessories MPN:******* they tell me waiting 3 months, after that they send me apart of mobile stacker not same the picture they show in website, they charge me $254.38, wtf i can not use that apart, i contact them for return, they don't support label or anything for return, i come ups for return the apart item they send me weight 35lb UPs charge fee $175 when return that item ( im not sure govet money back for me $254.38 when they receive or they take item and never money back for me.
