Is gotyu-underwear.com Legit?

I really don’t understand where all these good reviews come from.I ordered a set and was initially happy about the 60-day return policy. However, one of the panties leaked, so I decided to return the entire set. While I understand that the used one couldn’t be accepted for return, customer service was unhelpful in providing a return label for the remaining two unused panties.I’ve been dealing with this issue for a month now, and it’s been incredibly frustrating.

The concept needs some getting used to for me but the product mostly does what it promises. I don't need other hygiene products anymore however the blood does not get completely absorbed and kind of sticks to the body. Similar experience to pads but better. Return worked well, you have to pay for backs hipping though which I think is unfortunate for clothing, you always have to try if it fits you properly.

I like the design and the material of the underpants, but the size is a number smaller as expected.I normally wear a L, but in this case a XL might have been the better option. The undies are rather tight.

The shipment was terrible! I waited for montha and had no tracking link. The product was ok-ish but not the same quality as competitors

The pantys have a very good quality and they fit nice. In doubt, pic one size bigger. The only thing that concerns me is that the minerva slips might not stay in place the whole day.

This solution with reusable panties is a really great idea and wonderful for reducing and even avoiding waste. These pants always do what they promise. Tight and actually odor-free. A feeling of well-being is always guaranteed and undisturbed. Price-performance ratio is absolutely top! We have now tried almost all pants and depending on the strength or weakness, the pants are worn in an adjusted way and also provide good support for pain in the stomach area. Highly recommended!

I ordered different period panties and they all feel „wet“ throughout the day. It is Not absorbing very good and if feels very uncomfortable After some hours. I want to try the ones to open at the side so i can change during the day but the Bad returns policy stops me from doing it. Some of my products did not fit but I kept them because returns are extremely tedious.

I didn't know what to expect (just wanted to try) and was pleasantly surprised, comfy fit, although the Athena can feel a little bit like a diaper if you are not used to pads. I got the discovery set which is a great variety, would definitely buy again. I am planning on stocking up on the Venus and Minerva.

I recently tried Gotyu’s Minerva panties and I absolutely love them! They're super comfy, completely leak-proof, and so cute. I'm definitely getting more. If you're thinking about trying them, go for it—you won't regret it.

I‘ve been using the period panties mostly at night, because I dislike the feeling of sleeping with tampons, and my experiences have only been good. They are very comfortable and I personally love the look of the Minerva. I haven‘t been using them for long, but I hope that soon I’ll find the confidence to wear them all day and quit tampons completely.

I bought the superleak proof gaia underwear and it's perfect.I have heavy periods and was afraid that these panties might not be enough absorbent or that they could feel like a diaper. I also thought they could be too warm for summer.And instead:1) they are comfortable (I sleep on my side and couldn't even feel the hooks);2) they're truly leakproof and can be worn for hours;3) they obviously are thicker than normal panties (it coudn't be otherwise!) but it's absolutely acceptable even in the summer heat (34-35°C here and I really can't stand the heat!) and they're way more comfortable than menstrual cups or pads.Last but not least, their customer service is great: a crazy problem occured during the delivery and they quickly solved it.

i’ve always struggled finding a comfortable and stable bra for bigger boobs to wear the whole day. At first a was a bit sceptical but as soon as i tried them on it was so comfortable and stabilising so well! So i can only say if you struggle finding comfy bras and you have bigger boobs they’re exactly what you need!

I have a heavy flow and therefore ordered the "super leakproof Hera". They really are as good as promised, I can wear them for a complete day and it does not leak. As a give-away I got the leakproof Bia, too, and this one did in fact leak while I was wearing it for only half a day until midday. Therefore I only rated my overall experience only 4 out of 5 stars. Nevertheless I enjoy wearing period panties. It reduces my pain and cramps and you feel "dry", it works way better than pads, and it does not smell!

Very kind customer service. My first order was a little bit too big, so I sent it back and ordered a smaller size. Shipping costs to be paid by the customer, what is kind of unusual to Germans.The underwear is pleasant to wear and rest incredibly dry, but for me, who has given birth to 2 children, the slips are only an option as a back up for cup or for the last 2 days of my period.

I accidentally bought the wrong size, but the exchange to a bigger size was very easy and fast. I only had to write an email and pay for the shipping to the stock and they exchanged the sizes without problems. And now i am very happy with my new pants, they look really pretty and are very easy to use. I use them now since three periods and would totaly recommend them.
