Horrible. I used this and tried to take my certificate to the court and I ended up crying for the rest of the day. They didn't take online course completion only in person but yet the website had my court included. I now have to go to another driving school in person and pay 40 for that, then another 159 for having to take up time in court, plus the 60 I payed online and can't get refunded. I'm in school full time and I'm not made of money. This was really depressing to be talked down to by a judge and felt unheard and then not be able to get my money back. Now I will have to carve out more time and money. I pray that people read these before they do the completion and pay. Just because your court is on the website doesn't mean they accept it please call them before you are embarrassed, disappointed, and deceived.

This site is a scam. I had to go to court to present this to the judge to get my ticket dismissed, and he said they do not honor any online program aside from their own. The first thing you do when using this site, is check if your court is included. They claimed mine was. I will be filing a charge back and the court has taken this information down to go after them for fraud.

This on-line class is horrible. There are quiz questions that weren't presented until later chapters and final exam questions that weren't covered in the material. The reading is dry with lots of statistics, legalese and just plain gibberish. The audio option often finishes after the lesson time runs out. The final exam kept blanking out my answers even though I scrolled without using the mouse or arrows, as instructed. You can't cut/paste any text for later review or the course "sees" you've left your browser and kicks you out of the lesson. I could go on and on but trust that you're better off looking for another option. (Course taken for AZ speeding ticket.)

The materials were very clear, and accurate. However!! The site very poorly explains their processing of certificates, and when I receive an email that states I’ll receive it today; best believe that is what I expect. They nickle, and dime you for absolutely everything you could possibly think of. I understand they need to make money, but making false statements in emails being sent out is in NO WAY appreciated, or appropriate.That’s why I give this site 1 star.

Took and passed exam over a month ago, still haven't received my certificate. I had called customer service many times and have got the same answer everytime, We are having technical problems and we can call you back when it's fixed. I took the test and passed on oct 14th, it is now November 19th how is a technical issue not fixed in over a month. They told me to go to a different school and would not refund my money. I called Go To Traffic School before getting started because they advertised matching the lowest price around. I called because I found another company (Ticket Toaster) at $14.95 rather than the $18.95 Go To Traffic School was advertising. So I called to see how I can get the reduced price. I was told they no longer match prices. She wouldn't budge even though I pointed out it was in their website and they should honor it. I would have gone with them anyway for just the $4 difference but then I read the MANY bad reviews (19%) in this Trustpilot website, so I went elsewhere. Don't need to take a chance on their honesty

Writing style was awful - missing punctuation, misspellings, incomplete sentences? The pages time out before you can finish watching the videos? Only 30 seconds to click the "continue" button after the timer is up on each page or warnings to disable the course after the 3rd time which means you fail and no money back? No upfront disclaimer that there is another $15 fee for identity verification before I can move on to the Final exam? Wow, this course felt like a rip off. It was extremely frustrating, gave me severe anxiety and took me 2 full days to complete. I had taken it a couple years ago for much lower cost and felt it was a good experience so I used it a second time. This time, it ended up costing me over $200. I will take the speeding ticket on my record any day over this experience!

I took and passed the exam 1 week ago, I have not received my certificate. I wrote to customer service, they told me it should arrive in a few more days. Pay extra to receive it the same day.

I paid for traffic school and completed it in a timely manner. The certificate was sent to DMV - except my citation from the court was sent AFTER my certificate. Which resulted in a point on my record. and my auto insurance increased by $600 for the year. Now - this could have been corrected if goTotrafficschool just changed the date of my completion on the certificate, and submitted to DMV again. But they refuse. So I paid them money for no reason at all.

Firstly, I will tell you that I spent the extra money to listen to the voice over for the reading part and it was a waste of money! The person reading was either lagging or going too fast and I finally stopped the voice all together to just read it. Also, my information was incorrect in the confirmation email and I had to call to have them correct my address. The person told me that I would receive a copy of my passing score or something to that effect and I never received anything. Very disappointing....

The registration and test taking was very efficient. The response and results confirmation of completion was prompt. HOWEVER, the court was not informed and the ticket now counts as a point against my record, and i was just told that my insurance was raised by State Farm. My efforts ro correct the matter with the DMV has not proved fruitful. I was asked to take it up with the court! I feel cheated and very upset. All that money and effort on traffic school was wasted?

Website promoted that my court would accept their certificates but that’s was false. I took it into my court and they denied it. When I contacted the company they said that I should’ve called my court beforehand bc they arnt accepted that often. No money back, no sorry this happend. Nothing. Not that this is entirely their fault. But they shouldn’t have promoted that they WERE ACCEPTED.

Look at the Yelp reviews which say:a) the course is long b) the questions are ridiculous and aren't meant to demonstrate any knowledge of driving (e.g. what color were the cars in the demonstration?)c) the company is disorganized and not professional. After a long day going through the course and passing the test, gototrafficschool.com sent my results to the wrong court. I called and emailed them many times, specifying which court they needed to send my results to, and they insisted they had corrected the problem. But the DMV and relavent courthouse insisted gototrafficschool.com did not. I probably had to spend about 12 hours AFTER passing the test, to ensure my scores were finally submitted correctly. In the end, the DMV and courthouse were correct, and gototrafficschool.com was inept.

It was quite ironic to receive this review request in my inbox today as I'm in the middle of sorting out a huge mess caused by using your company for traffic school. After receiving a letter from my car insurance company informing me of huge rate increase, it appears my completion of traffic school was not electronic sent to the DMV as your program promised and tuition included. The point was then not hidden and my insurance has been raised. The process of getting reversed and possibly saving my insurance rate is awful.

Go To Traffic School is totally taking advantage of their captive audience, people who must take it due to court obligations or other amusement reason. The shipping charge for the paper copy of the certificate adds insult to injury. Also, I learned nothing new from having taken this course. So it was a waste of time too. I would never taken it if I didn't have to. One and only thing was ok about this business is their website which was built well and very easy to use.

The GoToTrafficSchool program was not accepted in my county, even through the site said it was. I was suckered into some add-ons which greatly increased the cost but not the value. My insurance company didnt accept it either! For me, big waste of money. The course was fine and easy to navigate, it took a full 4 hours to complete.

The Traffic Court in Cumming for Forsyth County does not accept online courses for reducing or removing points. Your website is negligent in not telling people that. I wasted my money.

Information on your website for completing the course is not accurate. I called several times to your office and was given different information each time. I could not complete my course and was required to visit the court to ask for more time. That cost me a half day off from work. When I asked for a refund, the girl just laughed. Investigate the company you choose to make sure you can complete the course on time. This company is very unorganized and rude!

they took my money i never received a certificate and was subsequently convicted. when i called to try to resolve matter got voice mail and call was never returned. i would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!

Don't do it. I cried all day long. The judge didn't take it. My court was included on the company website but the judge said he didn't put his court on there. I had mentioned I payed the 60 dollars online and he told me he didn't tell me to do that. So please call your court if you are first time ticket offender find out what you need to do. This website deceived me and I lost my 60 dollars and now I have to carve out more time to go to an in person class along with more money to participate in it and now I owe money for taking out court time for him to tell me basically it was stupid of me to do so. Don't embarrass yourself or waste your time. I'm a full time student and I'm stressed and depressed as it is this really messed with me.

It was all great. Quick and easy. The certificate got lost in the mail so the court never received it. I found this out the hard way. Calling them is miserable, you call to be "placed on hold" after 4 minutes you are automatically disconnected (did this for about an hour on my lunch break consecutively for 3 days) When I finally did talk to someone they told me the court had to call them... huh? It was a huge mess. It took me a week to finally have them just fax another copy. Simple right... not.

This led me to believe that this was a certified course for avoiding citations and keeping points off my driver's license. NOPE! After completing the course, I learned that they do nothing accept include the address for the courthouse where you received your citation to make it look like they are taking care of it. Luckily I called the courthouse or this would have resulted in a much larger fine and possible arrest warrant for a minor speeding violation. Aside from false pretenses, the website is easy to use. The information is basic and the tests are too easy to really count for learning anything of value. It does look nice though. Know what you are getting into. THIS DOES NOT COUNT FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. Call your county office for information on what course to take. Do not be taken advantage of. Once certificate is completed, they WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.

The online course and customer service with this company is ridiculous. After completing the four hours required I logged out. I logged back in and it tells me I haven't completed the four ours and cannot complete the final exam. So I wait an additional 3 hours. Then they give me the option at the end to print an electronic certificate, so I pay the extra money ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT TAKES ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME BEFORE I CAN PRINT IT, which it did not state on the website.
