Is gotogate.ph Legit?

Gotogate is just a normal online travel agency (OTA) that provides flight ticketing...Last August I have booked a Iberia Airlines tickets for 5 person worth 2057usd with gotogate, later I found out that my ticket has been cancelled by Iberia. It was totally sucks when the airlines cancelled your booking. Then I find out that Gotogate as a 3rd party always giving me clear explanation regarding the refund process even it took a month after. Today I received back my full refund from Gotogate. I think Gotogate is reliable and trusted. Thanks

I used it without any problem whatsoever for my trip to Europe (from Mexico). Please consider that this is 2 flights that I'm talking about, since it was a round trip; all of which went smoothly. GOTOGATE sold me IberoJet flight tickets.It was my first time using a third party seller and I'm happy it went well, even though I know this isn't always the case

David V from Gotogate was most helpful but apologetic that we would lose a service fee from Rwandair after we were forced to cancel our flight because Rwandair's Medical Team misread our physician's medical report and decided my husband was not fit to fly. Our physician suggested he completed the form for us as my husband may have needed wheelchair assistance.Rwandair chose to refuse to let my husband on their flight. He had had a knee replacement over a year ago!

Go to gate is a scam. I have requested a refund 4 months ago even thou Qatar has confirmed the refund has been processed in July. Go to gate keeps denying this. There are many complaints that they take up to a year to refund. In hope that the client gives up to score money. Please in warning u avoid using this company even if the flight ticket seems cheap. U going to save urself a huge scam I don't know how this company is still in business.

The prices are truly unbeatable!!! Booking was seamless and I received my e-tickets directly from the airline within minutes of my booking confirmation! Thanks so much Gotogate and I’ll be recommending you family and friends!

I would have waited tonwrite my feedback till I actually got to fly on my date. However, I will share my experience from booking with them to the customer service. All along it was a swift experience. I got the fare that they mentioned and received confirmation immediately. Spoke the agent who was polite and patient enough to answer my query. Hopefully the experience will stay as it is till I fly. Keep it up

They are trying to be cheap but the way they do it is terrible! They quoted cheap price and after filling all family members details when it comes for payment, they would surprise you by saying that “due to high demand of this flight, you have to pay £70-£90 more. This a naughty way of making money. Not appreciated at all

I booked a flight through this website and it was transit through Hyderabad , and turned out there are no transit points in Hyderabad I would recommend you book through more legged sites

Went to web site directly from Google Flights. Easy to follow.A little dismayed at pricing in that there was no prior statement about having to pay for seat choices (maybe this was an airline caveat thing - Qatar), but I find that a deceptive. Most steps were well explained with each step. I like the Google pay option.Within moments I received follow up for detailed passenger info for the international flight (albeit I was a little uncertain about the description of the some of the requried fields). For all I know, I may have entered some not correct information. But I am a long way out, so I assume that errors can be corrected.

I booked a Lufthansa flight to Bali through Gotogate, which was canceled by the airline due to COVID in 2021. Lufthansa promptly reimbursed Gotogate a few days after the cancellation (Ticket numbers: 2202454406571-72 and 2202454406569-70), but to this day, I am still waiting for Gotogate to pass on the reimbursement. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend using Gotogate, as they clearly don't play fair with their customers. Stay away!

You did not increase the price just as the reservation was ending like the others.

gotogate operates in New Zealand as Flight Network. both are owned by Etraveli Group AB (Svenska Resegruppen AB) I had a flight in Sept 2024 from Auckland to Taichung, with a stopover in Hong Kong. They never booked the connecting flight from HK to TC. I had a bunch of crap to deal with because of that and then had to buy my own ticket on the very same flight which their itinerary showed. I've spent more than a month trading emails with outsourced Indian support workers who reply with canned responses and never resolve the issue.

not true go to gate. the airline (aireuropa) confirmed i was not on that flight. you just lie through your teeth. Plus, you never send me any valid confirmation number. I had to purchase another flight while you kept my 570 euro. Crooks. you dont reply my emails, you don't pick up the phone. you keep saying you won’t speak to me unless there’s a valid reservation number which you never provided, so you keep me cirvling for no reason!

I was overcharged by £60 they have one price on their website and claim that the airline company sets the price! They put a lower price on the website and don’t bother to change it making it very misleading! A joke of a company

Gotogate is a good partner for our trips.Not only because the web interaction is the best when purchasing our flights, but also when plans or airlines deviate from the plan.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Booking.com and Gotogate. It's been over 20 days since I requested a refund, and I’ve called daily with no resolution. Each agent claims they’re working on my case but no progress has been made. I've submitted the same documents multiple times, only to be told they were either not received or not accepted. They take your money but fail to follow through with refund approvals. I highly recommend avoiding these services; they do not keep their promises
