Is gothydrowater.com Legit?

I’ve been using the Gothydro bottle for about a week and am really enjoying the taste and convenience. I haven’t experienced any bad tastes and the water always bubbles as described. Some poor reviews Ive read are mostly about shipment and customer service. The bottle seems to work as expected.

Bought a unit late Nov24 as present but upon first use it leaked from bottom base cap and through the charging port. Company has admitted by email to me that there is a problem in manufacturing and sent pictures/ instructions to change seal. Confidence is however gone. Trying to get refund but company stalling - want video of it leaking etc. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Received my bottle in a timely manner and it seems to be working perfectly. My only question is what is the actual output/amount of hydrogen this bottle produces. I dont want to buy a test kit to find out so Im relying on the representative of the company to provide me with the statistics on their bottle, cant find the info anywhere on their web site or provided documentation.

Five minutes after ordering I read reviews and decided I didn’t want the item. I emailed them to cancel order. Their emails went to my spam so I thought they ignored me. I received the bottle then emailed again explaining I want to return and it was never opened. They then asked for pictures of product. I sent pics of the unopened package. They then replied “ I would like to inform you that normally, we can only accept return requests in case the item is damaged or there is any fault belonging to our end. You can refer to our refund policy here.” I decided to give the bottle a try. It feels sturdy and looks cool, the water tastes like chlorine. Exactly what the reviews had said and why I initially tried to cancel my order. Now I have to pay 20% to restock. Not happy, don’t buy you will be very disappointed.

BOTTLES DON'T WORKI already have a hydrogen water bottle from another company, but kept seeing this one strongly endorsed by a well-known Dr, a 'health guru' as being the very best one to get.There was a great offer on buying 3, so I decided to buy for my kids.When they came, I was surprised that the actual 'generator' didn't have a cap to keep it wet in transit, as apparently they don't work if they're allowed to dry out.Sure enough, although just two of them did initially work - once only - even after following direction to activate with hot water, all three now refuse to work. I shall be expecting a full reimbursement

This company is highly questionable and appears to engage in deceptive practices. It took weeks for the product to arrive, with shipping originating from China, then New Jersey and then California. When the product finally arrived (too late to be useful), I found numerous negative reviews confirming my concerns.Returning the product is a nightmare. They impose a hefty 20% restocking fee, and you must pay for return shipping to a vague address in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: 7 Road 25, Ward 4, District 8, 70000. The existence of multiple return addresses raises serious doubts about their legitimacy. GotHydroWater has received a low trust score from Scamadviser, indicating potential risks associated with this company. The product itself does not appear to match their advertising claims. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, it’s not worth the risk, money or time.

Cool product that I just got introduced to. Glad I found it. There’s lots of them on the market so finding a reputable company with one that works took some time researching. Only takes a few minutes from the press of a button for it to turn the water into superpower water.

Water stinks of chlorine and tastes disgusting, unable to get guaranteed money back. It is a complete scam. Do Not Buy! Their ads and products should be banned, especially since they are using Gary Breka’s name to promote, what a con.

This is a scam! only produced bubbles??? when you use water that has minerals in it. does not work with filtered or distilled water. I think the bubbles is a reaction with the minerals in the water and not actually adding hydrogen in to the water. I was only able to get it to produce bubbles with unfiltered tap water. What a rip off and I would like my money back but I doubt I will be able to get that.

My Gothydrowater arrived in time for Christmas however it tastes really bad. The only way I can describe it, is it tastes like the smell of new electronic equipment or a new computer!! So strange. I am too scared to keep drinking it in case it is toxic. I was led to believe it was manufactured in America, now I find out it was made in China. So deceptive. How can this be allowed to happen??? I have written to the company so will wait to hear what they say. By the sound of other reviews, I may be disappointed!!!

I thought I was getting quality product. When I realized it shipped from China I was worried. I've had it for 2 days and have had to watch countless videos and still it doesn't work. Soaked it in warm water, cycled it over and over. Still no bubbles. I wish I had done more research. Buyer Beware!

I tried to cancel my order to get a refund less than 24 hours after placing it and was denied and then after attempting to return the order within 30 days, was told I had to pay for shipping to Vietnam and then pay a 20% restocking fee on top of that. Company advertises money-back guarantee - it’s a scam.

Do Not Buy! I received my bottle used for two days went to wash the glass part only in dishwasher and it shattered. It was the only item on the entire top shelf of my dishwasher so nothing inside the machine was with it. They claim the glass portion only is dishwasher safe. I have been calling every day and have sent 3 emails and have not received a reply and it's been two weeks. Ive also searched for their company on Better business bureau to report them since they claim to be in New York and no such company exists. How does a foreign company from Asia get to sell things under fraudulent terms and steal money and there is no recourse or protection of any kind. Their refund policy even stated defective products are covered but there is no way to reach a person in any format to receive assistance. This is the only recourse I have is to save other fellow citizens from making the same mistake and purchasing from this company.

I made an order with this company, it was not delivered, I have sent several emails requesting refund, at least 14 emails between us, they make several excuses and very unprofessionally ask for more time, they do not seem to understand a request for a refund!! Do Not use this Company or you will be at risk of losing your money, it is possibly a scam so be very aware, I have decided to take further action against them if I do not receive my final request for a refund, I sincerely hope you have not ordered from them without reading reviews first, which all seem to be very negative,if only I had I would not be in this position. If you have ordered from them good luck with that

Couldn’t wait to use this, but all I can taste is chemicals. Thought it was because it was new, so kept rinsing it out, but I just can’t take the taste anymore!! I’m gutted 😭

A dodgy company that haven’t tested the product and allows people to ingest microplastics on a cellular level. Avoid this company at all costs. Overpriced and seemingly very dangerous product run by AI in customer services pretending to be one human being and manufactured and sold out of Vietnam. Someone is investing a lot of money into this bad and untested product making massive bogus claims

I don't understand the bad reviews. My bottles work great. I had a small problem with one of my bottles. I contacted the customer service team and they sorted it out quickly. Excellent product.Excellent customer service.

This company steals your money! Avoid at all costs. I accidentally placed an order on 19 November, and requested to cancel it as soon as I received the confirmation of order email the next day. Emma from customer services said she couldn’t cancel the order as the bottles were already in transit. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. Not the bottles and not my refund. What a dodgy company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered two bottles and they're great! You can see the hydrogen generation happen right before your eyes and you can taste the difference in the water. Highly recommend!
