They did not answer my letter and canceled the order

The shoes came as shown online and I could not be happier.

TERRIBLE app! They are very shady and very dishonest! Twice I left honest bad reviews about the horrible experience I’ve had using this awful app and they failed to publish it! They are very shady very dishonest! They hide negative reviews on their Apple Store! The prices advertised on the app are not true they show low prices yet when you try to buy the prices magically increase whilst in your shopping cart despite it clearly stating taxes already added! Customer service is equally as useless! Avoid this horrible glitchy dishonest store!!!

Good merchandise and good price, but it was hard to find what I was looking for. The sort filters didn't really work (by brand), and the when I decided against something I had to go through the entire category again, rather than just picking up where I left off. Also, the sign-up discount wasn't clear on the invoice at check-out. I received the discount, but I wasn't sure I was going to at check-out, and I almost decided against the purchase.

Ordered shoes for my wife and the transaction was great! Shipping was fast and item was delivered in perfect condition. The shoes ran small so I had to return but, the process was just as great. I was emailed a return form and brought item to FedEx drop off location. Once item was received, I received a confirmation email with time frame of refund. Would 100% recommend and purchase again.

I placed my order before I read all the negative comments here. I was so scared i got scammed so i bombarded them with loads of messages via whatsapps and emails. Went through a few rounds of DD myself, found their representatives linkedin profiles to make sure they are real people lol Anyway they responded to my messages promptly and my handbag arrived 4 days early than the ETA!!! I started to think their competitors left these comments to frame them or their service has drastically improved.

I’m leaving this review because this is true!! 90% of reviews people leave because of bad experiences! Well I was scared to order because of the negative reviews but I’m glad I ordered from them. I ordered some Burberry sneakers from the List. I never had an issue with communication from leaving a message on WhatsApp to calling in I’ve always got a response. The shoes are going to take at least 2 to 3 weeks because they’re probably coming from Italy. I’ll definitely order again from the list!

I was weary of purchasing from this website because I was pending $10k and it’s a large purchase to risk if something went wrong. Rest assured everything was perfect! The team, especially Alexander answered all my questions and made the process seamless. There were delays with delivery but that’s expected with any shipment/company. I would shop again !

Honestly one of the best places ever with the coolest collection of sneakers and streetwear. At an affordable price too , I’ve noticed that they are always updating the website with the latest collection and I’m immensely impressed with them . Quick and efficient delivery as a bonus too ! Highly rate purchasing from here . I personally found it 100% trustworthy and reliable .

The pricing was unbeatable. The verification process was a bit odd, but the sales rep was very helpful and replied promptly, which made the process smoother. The shipment took a while but it’s worth the wait.

same experience as everyone else. they’re scammers. series of emails that my package is shipping yet it never comes. completely unreachable. should’ve checked trustpilot first. what gives? why do they think this is acceptable?

There is no basket on the website, I had to search for the item 10 times to put it back to my basket and the price keep going back to US dollars and United States as a country whereas I am in France… And then the price changed suddenly while I was going to checkout went from 296€ to 314€ in few seconds (all taxes were already included before and it was to the same delivery address). This is the weirdest experience I have ever had with an online retailer yet… Very off-putting.Your CS said it was a "glitch" but there are the same complaints from several months ago and nothing was done to fix this glitch… So I presume it’s not a glitch but a deliberate attempt to charge more money (like the customer wouldn’t notice the increase in price 🙄). To increase the price while I was at checkout is not a normal practice, it seems to happen regularly according to reviews. In this case, when I saw that I simply decided to not proceed with the purchase. You just lost a potential customer.

Highly recommend! My husband and I both ordered from here and we were delighted that even after ordering and receiving our products, we still got contacted to hear about our experience. Great customer service is hard to find these days. The website and app is easy to use, huge variety and reasonable prices. Will definitely revisit to order again and encourage all to use The List. Thank you for a great and definitely not last experience.

Purchased a $900 dress with the promise of 2-4 days delivery. 30 days and several emails and phone calls on my end, I kept receiving empty promises and decided to dispute my order, as I wasn’t able to get my money back!!Don’t purchase from this company, the service is horrendous, the staff is rude and the goods don’t show up as promised!!Highly disappointed, especially is the low morale of their service support team (incl. their managers)

This website has a variety of products and everytime im looking for something its always available there for a much cheaper price than anywhere else.I recently placed 2 orders for sneakers and both got delivered within the given time frame and excellent quality. Definitely ordering again.

Weird experience (similar to the other reviews). Placed the order and it showed that it would ship quickly on the listing. Two weeks go by and a few emails back and forth with no confirmation of shipping (just basic communication that the third party company is busy and it will take a while). Order looks like it has now been canceled through paypal (thankfully). My wife was upset that her birthday present that I ordered well in advance of her birthday never showed up. Weird company weird process.

I bought something on the 22 of September and its October 6th. I still don't got no damn updates on my f**king order, they keep sending some fraud ass email with no updates. This website is Highway robbery. If you reading this and you working in connections with "theList" Send me my Damn package.

This website is amazing, they have a huge variety of products from various brands with good prices. The customer service replies very fast and works very efficiently to solve any issues. Only from time to time, some items go out of stock and the website wouldn't be updated yet. But I highly recommend this website because it is really great!

Placed an order for 2 bags out of which 1 was out of stock but the customer service was quick in informing and helping me out with alternatives and i ended up getting something better than what i ordered earlier. Their delivery is as promised and the quality of products is great. I am excited to buy more things from the list in the future.
