Is goseek.com Legit?

I have been trying to cancel my subscription by email and have had not luck. I want to cancel immediately, or I will be forced to seek legal action. This is unacceptable. They do not have any type of phone number to call. If someone know of a phone number please let me knowKacy Cox

I was looking for a great deal on multiple nights and found it thru goSeek.com. goSeek website is incredibly easy to use to book your reservations. From booking online to checking in/out of our hotel suite, it was smooth sailing!! I will recommend to family/friends or anyone looking for great deals when traveling or just a getaway stay!

I did a 2-day trial with go seek and after just a few hours trying to use Bose found it that every good price that was listed was unavailable as soon as I chose that hotel and try to get that price for the days I wanted. I begin to try to cancel last night and I looked again this morning and now I am looking again this evening and cannot find a way to cancel. I'm very upset about this because it did not supply the great deals that were offered.

I really like the site, but the deals it showed were not there when redirected to booking. Also, looking at Dublin there are several good quality hotels with single occupant rooms. Despite inputting with two adults, the site showed the single occupants room price.

Go seek is the only search engine I use for hotel stays. There is no other site that compares. I have been a travel agent for 25 years and it may take looking for a few days as inventory and discounts change daily but I ALWAYS find the lowest price and the exact accommodations I need,

I had never heard of Go Seek and assumed that using Hotels.com or Expedia would yield me the best prices. I was wrong. I consistently see discounts in the range of 10-20% off of already discounted hotel websites. The best thing is the coupon codes provided actually DO work. They are definitely going to be my go to method for booking most of my business travel.

Excellent ...but in Santa Cruz CA Motel and hotels are trying to pass Go Seel asoff as a fake entity and have refused to honor your discounts...... when usually you are second to none.....I will continually use your services where possible

I recently did a 2 day trial with this company, as they had a good rate on a hotel that I wanted to get. Well, after trying the service, I cancelled the premium membership. I have contacted them several times about getting my money refunded and they still have not done it yet! It has been more than 5 to 10 business days from the day I cancelled (Oct 10th) and I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. BEWARE!!! Do not do any trial memberships with this company!

I never recieved a confirmation number or e-mail and did not think I actually made any reservations. If in fact, I did, I absolutely refuse to pay anything! The hotel had no record of any reservation from me and I had to scramble to find a room that night. I will never use your service again and please destroy my credit card number.

I use to love Goseek.com, they'd be my first choice when booking a room. Then I signed up for the premium service. Unfortunately all the "deals" I tried to book were no longer available even though I would immediately try to book it. I then emailed Goseek requesting to cancel the premium. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard anything from them. Here's the real kicker, when my bank statement this morning I noticed that Goseek has charged my card twice. With the economy the way it is right now I don't have an extra $20 to give some multi-million dollar company. In my opinion this company is down right being shady by screwing over us middle class American's. Clearly if we were rich we wouldn't need to shop around for a good price when traveling. Any company that refuses to have a customer service phone number is up to no good.

I signed into GOSEEK.COM it already had the location and the dates of my stay from a previous search. You seem to have the best rate; $10/night under the other hotel booking sites and even $5./night under the best rate( with discounts) from the hotel itself! My only concern is the $25.00 cancellation fee you'll charge if I have to cancel my stay VS a free cancellation if i had booked with one of the other higher priced sites. I still would like to make sure I have a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds on a non smoking floor and away from the railroad tracks which the reviews point out could be noisy at night. Your site didn't provide those options.

Used go seek to find the cheapest deal. They displayed the hotel available for $120 instead of $160 then when I went to site and paid my card was charged in American dollars and ended up paying $170 for the hotel . pretty annoyed as you are ripping people off by not showing the correct pricing on your site. Will never use you again.

Not impressed. No better pricing than any other hotel "discount" wesite. I can find a cheaper price myself searching for discount codes. I always find a lower price than your s offers.

We did a free trial and immediately I found the offers were not available for me. I sent a message explaining my problem and they were very good. Unfortunately I sent it from my email and not from the one which I used to join. Now I can't find how to contact them using this email, it is not easy to find s link to cancel.

went to web site price was quoted on click was referred to another website to make reservation price was not the same as stated on go seek and other website refused to honor the price. the same room and same hotel remained on internet for the original price stated on go seek for another hour

Good prices but there was an add on after the card details given which was not indicated beforehand, increasing the cost by 20 percent.I have requested a reajustment back to the quoted price

I was looking for a weekend getaway and had originally booked a room through Hotwire in my area. When the hotel was revealed, I Googled it and it saw the reviews: they were horrible. Disgusting conditions, bug infestation, outdated TV’s. Sufficed to say, I immediately cancelled the reservation. I had stumbled upon goSeek during my search and decided to try it out. I booked a two night stay at TownePlace Suites in Lombard, IL. The accommodations were beautiful. The full kitchen was a great asset. I loved having the ability to make home baked cookies. The bathroom was set up perfectly, with a good size bath tub. My last stay at a different hotel, I was “too tall” to fit in the tub. Mind you, I am all of 5’3”. I enjoyed the morning breakfast as well. I typically book a weekend getaway once a month. I will DEFINITELY book at this location again. My original reservation at the disgusting hotel would have cost me $102. This reservation cost me $117 and still saved me $70 over booking it through the website. Thank you goSeek!

I spoke way too soon. I used to LOVE misguided and ordered from them all the time but lately I've been having the worst experience with them. I purchase clothes and when they arrive I only receive one item and when i reach out, I'm told that it is out of stock and no one would email me about it either. Also the material is not the same. They're thin and see through and it's just very disappointing because this is where i bought most of my clothes from
