Honestly, waited forever to get the phone case. It's nothing like the picture.I wish I read reviews before buying. Waste of money. It's not leather. Only thing that is kinda similar is the color. I opened it to have a look but they say they can't take it back because of health and safety! Wth

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!The case I thought I was getting and the case I received were NOT the same!The case I received I could have got for $3 on Temu!These people are an absolute rip off!I am so gutted I hadn't read the reviews before buying from these scammers.Also when you email them you never get a response. So disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER. This company is a complete scam. Ordered and received the order confirmation straight away. No word for 2 days at which point I got a bit concerned and found their review on here. Sent numerous emails to cancel and got absolutely no response. Then one completely inadequate response. I’m currently in the middle of raising a dispute through my credit card.This company is a total scam. Stay away.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHINGI’ve ordered an IPhone 15pro case, I’ve received an iPhone 15pro max. I’ve contacted the customer service several time and they never got back to me. STAY AWAY

If it was possible to rate lower I would. Pure scam company, ships wrong items and them want to charge you $15 to issue a $20 refund. I didn't try going for that option as I'd loose another 15 bucks. Support is not responsive / deadbox.

Horrible customer service. They claim to offer returns if handled quickly. My iPad case was no longer needed by the time it finally arrived and they have ignored a multitude of attempts to reach them. It is disappointing considering what great customer service I had received several years ago. I had always considered gorilla case to be a leader and gold standard for protective cases. It is now March 3rd and this unopened case is still sitting here waiting to be returned.

Purchased a case for a Samsung Note 20 and paid for 13th August. After a month contacted and said I had not received, got a response saying " case has been shipped" asked for shipping details and tracking and never got a reply. Sent many emails most have gone unanswered, asked for a refund, no apology no offer to resend, just a reply saying item shipped. 4 months on still sending messages and get a reply item shipped dont understand problem. What a joke stay clear of these scammers. Why take money even if out of buisness.

Like many others here, I received the wrong item and the company ghosted me and then hid behind a "no return" policy when charge was disputed through PayPal. Unrealistic demands for "expert evaluation of the product" were used to run out the clock on the dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent company that sells items off amazon for twice as much and advertises them as "Gorilla Cases". They do not respond to emails and refused to follow their own return policy (on the Shop App). They are NOT accredited company by the BBB and have an F grading as their are endless complaints about their service.I have reported them to the FTC and a credit card company. Just buy their items from amazon and stay away from this company.

Zero experience, hate this company I did not receive ,y order which is iPhone13 pro max case quantity 2 which I paid almost 120 euro high is huge for me. So stop buying things from this website. They dont respond you back. Even they do thyroid don’t have any so,utuin

Wrong phone case ordered and the service of this company won't do returns which causes A LOT of unnecessary waste. The chinciest packaging possible was used, but still not eco friendly so shipping was likely $1This company wants you to keep your dirty peice of 10 cent plastic you paid $30. IF YOU TOUCH IT, ITS NOW A TOILET AND THEY USE that as an excuse to not offer product correction, returns etc. We can't buy from this company again! Alert everyone you know to purchase elsewhere to save from plastic waste and save your pockets in a misorder. The soft silicone cell case is pretty but not worth even $5 in quality. Always check company reviews....my oops.

Well I did only read the warnings after I had purchased a case and "free"screen saver. And I did read a review where they did receive the product late. My purchase showed up about 6 months of me leaving constant messages when I could and multiple emails that non where ever answered until the very last email. So yeah I did get my case and screen saver but not worth my aggravation and having pretty much beg for it. Wish I read the reviews first but I did fall for it thinking they were part of the gorilla glass company.

I ordered a case on 7-31-21. Never heard back on shipping so I cancelled order via email on 8-6-21. Gorilla case store ordered the case from Amazon on 8-11-21.I received case on 8-18-21.I requested returning 8-19-21 per Goillacasestore instructions via email. Received one response back asking why and I responded 8/19 saying I had previously cancelled order and ordered an otterbox.8/21 received an "updated shipping info email".As of 8/24, have not received a return requested response from gorillacasestore.

I'm not sure if I'm writing this about Gorilla Cases, or Trust Pilot, hopefully it's my comment on Gorilla Cases, ..I ordered a wallet phone case on 8-17-23, I haven't received it yet, today is the 25th, I called their Customer service number and the robot voice sent me to a representative and then hung up on me, this happened twice, apparently the Customer service phone number is bogus. After reading several bad reviews, I'm regretting buying the phone case for 41.00, I'm very angry at the fake company, their ripping every one off, but I do definitely believe in God, and he will take care of my situation, and it'll come home to the fake company, I'm praying that they will close for good. I'm sorry that all of the people were treated that way. 😔

I wish I would have read reviews before buying this case. I normally go with OtterBox but wanted to try something different. When I received the case there was two defects in the screen cover.. it was wavy and the reason why is they used soft plastic for the front and back covers not hard plastic so it lays flat all kinds of reflections. Couple of the reviews I read people never even got their case so I guess I could be thankful there although it's really only worth ten bucks. Going to get me an OtterBox case right now hope this helps you make your decision too!!!(

Horrible company and absent customer service!!!! Ordered a case at the beginning of July and still have not received. I have not even received a tracking number even though they say it has shipped. I have contacted them numerous times to get an itemized receipt sent to me for the monies paid as I am refuting the charges with my credit card company for items not received. They haven't even replied to those emails!!!! Fraudulent company!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. They sent wrong case and will not get back to me about a refund or exchange. They state they have excellent customer service how can that be when there isn't any at all? I would never recommend or purchase from this place.Date has been ongoing for weeks.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. How this business is still running is a mystery to me. With all the 1 stars. they should definitely be shut down. It is incredibly unprofessional to not reply to your customers when they keep sending the incorrect cases out. I hope that at least these reviews will prevent others from being scammed from this sham of a company. I ordered a case that cost $39.99 and the company sent me a $5.99 case.

I ordered a Gorilla glass protector for my note 9 and never received a tracking number. I finally received my product, and it was for a note 8, and it was some Chinese knock-off fake glass. After asking for a refund, James from gorilla glass sent me a msg that the cases are miss labeled... Yeah, ok, I'll try it on my phone. Well, guess what. It doesn't cover correctly and fell off after 6hrs! Also, If you order from their site, you'll receive it from Amazon, but it won't register with amazon...Update to my review - I just received the correct screen protector that I ordered. So I'll adjust my rating to 3 stars

DO NOT ORDER CASES OFF THEIR WEBSITE!!I just got a phone case for my partner--dropped $38 on it on SSDI which is a big purchase for me--and even though it says it's for the Pixel, the case is so big it slides around inside leaving the camera to have little black bars around the side at times. He hates it. It makes his big bulky phone an extra 1/2" bigger for no reason. BUT YOU CAN'T RETURN IT!! THE COMPANY DOESN'T ACCEPT RETURNS & VOIDS ALL EXCHANGES ONCE THE CASE IS OPEN. It's robbery & false advertisement which is why they refuse to accept returns & give the "phone cases are gross" excuse. If they don't want to deal with "gross" cases that's fine but they have unsatisfied customers. I will never order from them again. This is why people shop at Amazon & not other vendors. THEY SUCK!!
