This website is definitely a scam. It used to be called elkeworks.com until i told them i filed a fraud claim with the FTC. That was on Dec 11, the day this goodsoutlet.shop was created. They advertise items at incredibly low prices, take your money and never ship. When you file a claim with paypal, they'll take days to respond and somehow use a tracking # that shows it delivered 2 days ago. Paypal then immediately closes the claim. I've been trying to reopen my claim once i see the name on the ups tracking and its not me. Avoid this site at all costs. See also former name elkeworks.com, long history of scam under that name but the pages are exactly the same.
Same problem with these clowns. Original price for printer was $90.11… Never heard back then two bogus charges for $103 showed up on my credit card. Called and they said that the charges were from an automotive company in CA. Never ordered anything from CA. Turns out that later I find out that it’s these guys. Been dealing with PayPal and credit card company. Now it appears that UPS delivered this three weeks ago….. never got it…. Lived here 32 years and never had a package stolen. What an awful mess….
Definitely a scam. So far, PayPal seems to be a willing accomplice, they refuse to refund me my money after a week of no contact from the merchant. I've emailed several times, the merchant doesn't respond. Exactly what you would expect from a scam website, aided by PayPal.
Same story but I did get my money back from PayPal. Here's what I did: I opened claims for the two purchase I made, both were denied after PayPal was sent UPS tracking numbers by the scammers. Both tracking numbers showed as delivered to my Zip Code. Next call to UPS (be prepared for phone system hell) ended in the representative confirming that two packages were delivered to my zip code BUT NOT MY ADDRESS!! Both packages were 6 lbs, however, tractor snow chains for my tractor are about 15lbs each. Back to PayPal with that info via chat, and my "closed cases" were resolved in my favor. My money was returned. In talking to UPS rep the scam is 1)sell product, use PayPal for payment, 2) send actual package of filler material to an actual address in my zip code, BUT NOT MY ADDRESS. 3)send PayPal proof that product has shipped, which triggers release of money to scammer 4) count on PayPal to deny claim because of proof of shipment. The PayPal rep was very quick to refund my money and gave me a few suggestions of where to check for scam websites.
