Most comfortable mattress I've had in years. Was delivered within a few days of ordering. Affordable, great quality. Definitely recommend.

The service was exactly what they promised. The mattress arrived exactly when they said it would and in excellent condition. The only thing that made me a bit nervous was that I ordered a 3/4 bunk RV mattress but the confirmation email I got said that it would be a double mattress which is larger. I contacted the company through the website chat, they responded immediately, and verified that my order was indeed the 3/4 bunk and not the double. The e-mail stating a double size was just their internal inventory control system. It would be better if they fixed that, however as I said I did get what I ordered, fast efficient service, great customer service. I love my mattress! I absolutely would order this way again if and when needed.

When I let the company know that my package was mistakenly delivered to wrong address they actually gave me a partial refund for the hassle. This was completely unexpected but much appreciated.

Buyer beware. Had an extremely sketchy experience with customer service. They withheld over $1000 refund on a cancelled order because they mistakenly sent out the “free” gifts that were on promo. Their mistake, I had no idea they did it, was never sent tracking or notice and they refused to refund because of it. I had to open a BBB complaint after weeks arguing with their customer service and voila full refund. Wasted a lot of time & energy dealing with their sleazy customer service.

I’m leaving a review for Juno mattresses. We have a number of group homes and our clients are quite hard on mattresses. I started out buying one mattress for a fellow that snored. He said he didn't like these mattresses, so I told him if he doesnt like it we’ll get a pillow topper mattess. He stopped snoring the first night. Since then, Ive bought another double, two singles and a queen. Everyone’s loved them! I was given another similar mattress from another company thats a few hundred more. But, why pay extra for the name! Im staying with Juno. I can’t see buying anything else.

The Douglas bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on (previously it was the Marriott Supreme foam bed by Jamison Bedding). It is so good that I purchased 4 more for our home in the Caribbean and had them shipped down. Even after being rolled up for over 2 months, they unrolled perfectly and reached perfect form in 24 hrs. Even our guests cannot believe how comfortable these beds are. Absolutely the best foam mattress on the market!

We have purchased 2 of the queen size Juno beds for our lake home and one of our daughters bought a double for herself at her apartment. We LOVE these mattresses. They came recommended by our son & daughter-in-law who have a king size Juno. Easy to order, easy to set up, and a great comfortable sleep. We will definitely be buying more as we replace our mattress at home and a few more mattresses at our lake home.

Easy to order, tracking was awesome, delivered quickly and a great sleep on our new Juno for our RV. The Queen RV fit perfect. Mattress cover is great, sheets good the pillows a bit small. All in all great service.

I almost never participate in surveys or reviews, but this Luxury firm mattress is the best. I've had it for several months now, and getting into bed at night is still a feel good thing. I'm sleeping well and I wouldn't go back for any reason. It's one of the best decisions I've made regarding my well being for quite awhile.

Received my douglas king size mattress a few days earlier than estimated. The box was slightly damaged at the corners (to be expected) but the content inside was unharmed. I received my free gift (mattress protector) a few days earlier. It was easy to unbox and place on my new bedframe. Definitely helps when there's two people. The bed itself is amazing. I've been using it since the beginning of this year and have had fantastic nights (and sometimes days) of sleep.

The RV 3/4 size mattress fits perfectly on my antique bed and frame. It is very comfortable and I love the fact the main cover can be removed to wash. Very pleased.

I'm glad to say that after 2 months of enjoying my sleep in this majestic matress, I feel so much better waking up every day. So does my wife. We are really satisfied with our purchase. No complains at any moment. Delivery was faster than expected so I had to wait a week before enjoying our bed because the frame wasn't ready. You hear people talk about these new types of matresses and see the adds on TV but until you actually experience them you will never know the comfort they bring to your sleep. And with 120 day return no hassel policy they have, how can you go wrong. My son even purchased one shortly after I recieved mine. These days buying a matress is like buying a car. Do your research on Logan & Cove you won't be disappointed !! Not only am I a great sleeper now, I'm a client!

I'm a hot sleeper, so I decided to splurge a little bit on the Cool+ Cover for my Juno Queen matress.Best. Decision. Ever.I was nervous for my first sleep, as I'm picky with mattresses, but it was the best sleep I'd had in years. My Juno is firm enough to be supportive, but with just enough of a foam topper to be excellently comfortable.As is with most reviewers, Juno, by providing an excellent product quickly and at the best price for a premium mattress in Canada, has made sure I have little-to-no meaningful criticism of their product or their business.
