Is gonser.ch Legit?

Promised delivery next work day.waiting for 12days and get to know from planzer that it's on the way back to sender. About contacting į don't want to talk, there is number and when you call thay will tell you to contact by mail and by mail thay will not answer to your concerns

This was my first experience with Gonser, and I’m very happy. The étagère is stable and has a balanced look—not too heavy or industrial and is easy to assemble. The wood complements the other wood tones in the living room nicely. What I appreciate most is that, if the étagère ever becomes too old or damaged, its simple design allows me to easily replace the wood—perhaps with reclaimed wood or even marble, depending on the look I want. I would be happier if the metal frame came in 2 pieces instead of 4, but overall, I’m pleased with both the product and the service. And did I mention the fast delivery? Impressive! Super happy with that!

I recently bought an electric height adjustable office desk with a size of 200 x 92 cm for CHF 499. The delivery was supposed to take 3-4 weeks but it was delivered in less than 2. It wasn't originally clear to me it was going to arrive in 2 separate deliveries but after mailing twice to support this was cleared up. Furthermore, I did need to drill a few holes to attach the frame but it was straightforward enough. I'm especially satisfied with the memory buttons that can bring back the table at a certain height with one touch. Great design, great quality and I haven't seen this anywhere else for nearly the same price.

I felt I needed to write a review because I had a recent positive exerience with ordering from Gonser.ch. I ordered 4 items, which arrived within a couple of days. One of the items (a swiss ball) was the wrong size, too small for me. I contacted the customer care team, who responded very promptly, and asked me to send photos of the box in which the ball arrived. I did so, they verified that there was an error made, and immediately sent the rght-sized ball which I received in a day or two. Excellent customer care, thank you Andjela!

Rating updated after successfully receiving the products and apology for not having delivered as promised. Original comment: Bought three items. Tracking said to be delivered 22/08/2023, but after calling customer services they said no order scheduled for delivery. They said that maybe, the next day and other items the following days. Not good enough. I paid for delivery. I could have purchased the elsewhere. When you promise something, do it!

I've ordered the fridge on this site for the first time. And I was surprised a lot when I got it the next day without any delay. The fridge was accurately and safely packed without any defects. I thank for a perfect service. Good done!

All the purchases I've made with them have been high quality and the 2 times I had to contact customer service the experience was excellent, they solved my problem no questions asked. I can recommend them.

The shipping is very fast, the luggage I bought is good quality but the wheels a bit fragile. I have one broken in one travel. However the website has so many things and are no so expensive.

I still waiting an answer from customer service after over one week that im missing some pieces of what i ordered .. will keep writing reviews... i dont think i will order again from here... but let s see where we will end...i got an answe and they fixed my problem...

The ordered table arrived relatively fast. Good quality table looking just as in the description and photos on the website. Highly recommend Gonser.

They are a disaster.. We ordered a sofa. They ask you to stay at home the whole day because the sofa can be delivered at anytime of the day...Then the sofa was delivered without the legs and without the screws...so it cannot be assembled...They say by email that the legs and the screws are inside the sofa but it is not true...And then they are proud to say that they don’t have phone for customer service…If you contact them by email, if you are lucky they will respond one day later…Now it's two weeks after they delivered the sofa they still say that they are working on trying to find a solution…

I recently bought a tv table on Gonser.ch. The title said it was a solid wood table and the photos showed some nice details on the wood. I received some really low quality PB MF (woodlike print on low quality compensated wood) with all the corners damaged. The difference between the photos on the website and the real table are the same you could expect from a low quality reseller from wish. PS, i don't know who writes the reviews on the items because the site doesn't give me the possibility of doing it.

Bought a fitness bike which broke within warranty. Contacted them for a repair/replacement. Offered a full voucher refund or a CHF 100 cash via twint. 2 months later still no refund. Constantly chasing them and they say the same thing. It will arrive next week. CLEARLY THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS IT WILL COST YOU FOR THE CHEAP QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Everything great. I buy in Gonser and it's always great and cheap. Shipping is quick.
