A first class service from Go Modern from choosing the material for the sofa and the dining chairs and the design of the coffee table. The delivery men were very good putting the sofa and the coffee table together.A special thanks to Claudio for all his help and advice, I can definitely recommend Go Modern.John Dyer.

Juha incredibly kindly chased down some replacement feet for the Fast Selva chairs I own, which had disintegrated over the many years. The company then sent me 2 sets: one black, one clear - and all FOC.Go Modern has a customer service second to none! Many thanks Juha

I bought a Bontempi table from Go Modern and I love it. Cannot fault the customer service- the people who work here were incredibly informative about the products and they carefully explained everything about the process to me. I was told a 8-12 week lead time, which was met exactly. The delivery team were extremely efficient also and the product arrived in perfect condition. Overall, excellent service all round and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Cecilia was so patient and kind with us, even though we took forever to choose two complimentary sofa covers for the sofas we bought from Go Modern. She gave us brilliant advice and helped us to find exactly what it was that we were looking for. James really pushed through the actual sofa delivery for us while Cecilia was away. Furniture Concept, who delivered, were also extremely accomodating and efficient. We've also bought chests of drawers from Go Modern and had the same excellent service first time around.

Just received my Oporto 250cm tv cabinet in burgundy high gloss. What an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture, it’s stunning, and worth every penny spent on it. It took a while to come, but was well worth the wait. Delivery guys were fantastic, unpacking it checking it over and taking all packages away with them. All round fantastic company and service.

Firstly I would like to say, for what it’s worth and what you’re spending with this company… Once they have your money the customer service goes out the window. . I tend to stay away from reviewing poor experiences cause negativity only attracts negativity but thanks to telephone call with Boyana I’ve decided to take time and let everyone know about my experience. The way “Boyana” just raised her voice on the phone in an aggressive manner is totally unacceptable. She refused to help sort an issue that we previously concluded was in a house problem. Her tone was repulsive & her attitude towards clients shows the lack of respect the company has towards their customers.Long story short the bed is past delivery date. DO NOT expect for your order to be on time. The infrastructure of go modern relies on an external supplier which means they can not update you on lead time or production time until they have the product. Go modern are simply a middle man. From purchase you will enter the dark and remain there with everyone else at the company until the supplier switches on the light. Save your self money and time and go elsewhere.I await my 3rd call back which is yet to be made. I’m a day out of 11 weeks since order and still no delivery date. I will refrain from making any assumptions of deliverables but what I will say is, what a waste of time.

People who work here are very helpful when placing order. The product itself is of a good quality and it arrived when they said it would.Delivery service although a £90 additional charge, was smooth, they placed where we wanted in the room, and they took all the packaging away.When next needing to order furniture will be one of the companies I will check first.

We bought a beautiful Bonaldo Big Table (with orange, red, green & lilac legs!!) from these guys and we love it - its the perfect statement piece for our Kitchen/diner. Dealt with a lovely Italian chap Claudio at the showroom who really knew his stuff, I didnt really know what i wanted, I just knew I wanted something that would stand out. He carefully explained all the tables and the different finishes etc so that i had enough knowledge to make an informed choice. Delivery day went really well - the two lovely chaps that delivered the table spent ages making sure it was in the right place. Would highly recommend.

If you want sleek, sophisticated furniture with a wrap around professional service - then go GO MODERN!!We went for the Jesse range of furniture - although to be honest - there was such a choiceWe brought the bed, bedroom side cabinets, dressing table with poof and a large set of drawers - stunning and it looks as great as the photo's online!Great service - the furniture is delivered to the room - assembled and the packaging taken away - very slick - no mess and you can enjoy it immediatelyWe had some challenges on the lead time on the final set of drawers - like very supplier right now - but unlike every other supplier, the Manager James Crauford Taylor got on the phone and explained the situation Highly recommend

We have just received our Bontempi Artistico table and it is fantastic, beautifully made and exactly as image on the website. We are so pleased to have found Go Modern, this was our third purchase and we have just ordered a coffee table. It is such a pleasure dealing with this company the service is amazing and everyone we have spoken to has been very helpful and guided us through the many choices for each product. When the delivery team arrived another treat, they were absolutely charming, very careful and assembled the table quickly. Certainly the best delivery team we have ever experienced. After deciding to renovate my new flat I decided to go to these guys after numerous good reviews over the net. The first thing that struck me was the modern-ness of the place, it looks like it should be 20 years in the future! The stock was great, all of the furniture was sleek, and I ended up fitting the whole living room with items from these guys. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the price was just superb, especially for what I got, which was clearly quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

Was struggling to find good quality, high gloss furniture untilI I came across Go Modern. We were looking for a specific colour and size and Caroline was of great help providing information on different ranges to suit our needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed a wardrobe for a tricky space and Go Modern were really helpful in helping me find one that worked. I like the way they give you drawings of the various designs they create so you can really visualise what it will look like. It's been delivered now and it's beautiful, thanks.

Just had a very bad experience with Go Modern. Tried to place an order for over £5k for 2 pieces of furniture. Charged extra £370 for delivery/installation. Then later wanted additional £150 delivery charge just because I'm 50 miles away from their warehouse. Order is cancelled immediately. Found the same designer furniture from other UK retailer at low cost and offered free delivery/installation.

We were extremely happy with the kind help and advice we received choosing our dining table and chairs. The service was excellent throughout and the delivery men on time and extremely helpful too. I highly recommend them.

We had wanted some modern, high end glass cabinets for a sitting room we were totally revamping. Finding nothing locally and after searching for many hours on the internet we finally came across Go Modern and their Italian ‘Tonelli’ cabinets. Made to order we had to wait 3 months for delivery but were kept in touch regularly and finally the pieces were delivered a couple of weeks back. There was an issue with one item but the effort and support to resolve a difficult issue by Simon at go Modern was far beyond any other remote/internet purchase I have made. Really pleased with the cabinets which look stunning. The ownership and customer service from Go Modern is rare these days and was first class.

Ive bought several things from Go Modern & so far have been very pleased with them all. Their staff are helpful, they know their stuff & have been able to make sure that the things I bought actually go with each other.

if you are looking for a fabulous choice of furniture then look no further. I had searched everywhere for a TV cabinet but was really delighted at the range of choice. What was more not only was there plenty of choice but this extended across the price ranges as well so there really is something for everyone. I was looking for a choice of size as well - most of the usual furniture stores have quite a limited selection - you find the perfect looking piece of furniture but its the wrong size for your room! - not so with Go Modern. I was able to find the cabinet i wanted and then select the size that was perfect for my room. When it arrived the quality was fantastic - it looks great in my room. I didn't have to build it myself - even better!! Since then i've found another few pieces of furniture that would be perfect for my flat so am saving up!!

Excellent service from start to finish.We ordered a Bonaldo Big table.This is made to order so we knew it would take some time to be delivered. We were contacted immediately after ordering to give an estimated completion time. It actually arrived ahead of schedule. The delivery company got in touch prior to the expected completion date to arrange a suitable delivery date. They were very helpful and gave us a 2 hour delivery window of 10.30 - 12.30. The drivers arrived promptly at 10.30.We paid for a white glove delivery which was £110. For this it was delivered to our dining room which is upstairs, with a tricky staircase. No complaints or grumbles. They carefully assembled the table and without any prompting did minor adjustments to ensure it was completely stable and that we had no issues with it. They were polite and efficient throughout. They volunteered to move the position of the table to exactly where I wanted it and removed all the packaging which was an added bonus for us. We were quoted £600 from a different company for their white glove delivery with no guarantee that it could be taken upstairs!!!We absolutely love the table and would highly recommend this company.

I am absolutely delighted with my Novamobili Wardrobe! After recently refurbishing my bedroom, I was in need of a wardrobe that could fill a long stretch of wall. The ceilings are relatively low, so trying to find a high quality product that could also be quite low was proving to be quite challenging. However, after coming across Go Modern I was amazed at the wide selection they had on offer.The team in the showroom couldn't have been more helpful. They were very attentive to what I needed and suggested the most suitable layout for the inside. I never felt pressured by the staff like I have in other companies which really gave me that extra boost of confidence that these were the right guys to deal with. I placed the order and after 8 weeks the wardrobe arrived. Their assembly team booked me in the following week and took great care when entering my property and assembled it to perfection - They are obviously very experienced with handling these brands. Honestly, the quality has far surpassed my expectations and was certainly worth the wait for a high end, Italian brand! I would certainly recommend Go Modern to my friends and family and will be in touch for future orders. Thank you.
