Is golden-curl.com Legit?

It was a great experience with golden curls . I have contacted them via email and I got reply within 24hrs They have been very kind and sent me a hair straightener as a replacement . Really appreciated . many regards

Absolute scam. I read reviews.and decided to order on 30 November but it hasnt arrived. Despite lots of emails asking for tracking and sending a request for a refund I have heard nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Scam!!! Order not turned up! Been about 17 days Asked for refund multiply times, I’ve now reported to the financial ombudsman!!!Absolute criminals!!

I bought Golden curls after all of the Instagram and FB ads I was seeing and it looked impressive. I like the hairdryer and heated brush attachments but the curling wands do not curl my hair....the air doesn't "suck" the hair round like the adverts seem to suggest and I've watched every tutorial video I can find but they don't work. Disappointed as I bought them primarily to curl and feel it's an oversell on that. Got to stage where I don't think it's my hair styling skills,it's the equipment. I have shoulder length mid thickness hair that will normally hold a curl all day with straightener or wand curls so not my hair!! All comments on posts seem to not mention this so thought was important to warn buyers.

Foolishly ordered 2 black friday.have had emails saying its arriving .then saying my tracking no is not syncing..blah blah blah..took my money quickly ..total scam..BE WARNED SCAM

Placed an order as a gift before reading reviews, big mistake.Now well over 5-7 days and I have had to buy another gift in replacement of this item.Misleading as the item is shipped from China, not London!!!Emailed so called customer service, all that say is we'll give you a discount on next order as your item has been shipped, no thanks!!!When I query how to get a refund, suddenly customer service don't want to respond!Absolutely shocking customer service and no doubt a poor productVery misleadingI WANT A REFUND ASAP!!!!!!!!Update 15/12/24Golden curls ignoring all my emails requesting a refundSent a generic email today stating there is a "delay and my item will now be shipped from an international center"ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!! I did buy a 5* curler packet when I was on vacation In Berlin. A lot of people have been asking what I use for curling my hair, because the curl looks so good and natural. After a year something was wrong with my iron and their costumer service was so helpfull og very Quick to send me a new packet. I will proberly buy online this time because it’s not waste of money.

My golden curl iron had some problems and I contacted the support. Since I have activated 5 years extended warranty, the customer service guided me through the warranty process and I got the completely new device instead of mine, I wish it served me another 5 years. Great customer support and service! Thank you!

The Golden Curl Deutschland Curler is a great product. Unfortunately my curler broke. But as you have a five-year guarantee, you can easily exchange it. That's what I did. Only after 3 or 4 days my new curler arrived. Great experience. The service employee was also very friendly and asked if everything went well. I can truely recommend Golden Curly.

I bought some straighteners from the ideal home show so much better than GHDS these do not pull my hair at all or make it look dry. I was upset when they stopped working, but the service has been amazing. I returned and paid to send them back to Bulgaria under the 5 year warranty and I received a brand new pair yesterday evening. Best straighteners and great service and kept up to date the whole way through. Thank you so much :)

Excellent service, broken dryer was replaced in no time

My Straighteners had broken I tried the website contact form sent a few but never got a reply. I then contacted Golden Curl by email and had a reply more or less straight away I was advised to send the old ones back they sent a link I paid £18 and brand new pair arrived few days later, Make sure you register your Warranty. Excellent customer service thank you.

Fast and easy handling.After activating the guarantee and paying the 20 euros I returned the broken device. Shortly after the customer support contacted me and made sure everything is going in the right way. I think after aprox. 2 weeks I got a complete new originally packed hair straightener

My old straighteners broke. The customer service i recueved was fabulous, so kind and understanding and told me how to activate my warranty and claim a replacement, step by step. As soon as I shown proof of return, they sent out a replacement and it came within a few days. Now using my new pair and they are brilliant. They glide theough my hair, leaving it so soft and so straight. Was even still straight the next day!! 💯 💯 💯

I had a problem with my golden curl curling iron and Hatice was really kind and helped me through the whole warranty process. After I payed a small fee to activate my warranty, it only took 2 days (returning the old product and receiving the new one) and I received a brand new curling iron which is amazing. Thanks to Hatice for the amazing customer service :) 5 out of 5⭐️
