I "tried" to order a vest from gohuntvest.com and although they deducted my money from my bank account the instant I submitted the order, I never received a confirmation email with an order number. The company that did the bank withdrawal was a different name (Hello Brand) and they had me do "a secure" signup for a card verification company called Stripe. Although gohuntvest.com said on their web page that the order could be cancelled within 36 hours, and I emailed to do just that. All I have received in response to my cancellation demands have been computer generated lingo that they would answer the email... Which they have not. No order number, no tracking number, no response, no product, and no money in my bank account.
I guess I am not alone with this battery ! ! I feel the same as you do. It gets cold when your out hunting !
SCAM! Don't buy Gohuntvest products. I ordered two vests. Both have poorly sewn pockets where I can't get my hands into them. The sizing is incorrect as well (too small) even after following their own chart and going bigger in size. They also feel cheap. I never received the batteries. They want me to pay to return them to an address in France. UPS quoted me over $200 to return. USPS is about $60 to return. OR Gohuntvest will send me two more coats at $20 per coat. So if I take their offer I'm still stuck with coats that may not fit and may also be defective, then held hostage on expensive return shipping fees. I couldn't feel more taken advantage of.
GoHuntVest is a scam. I ordered 2 vests with batteries. The vests came, in the wrong size, without any batteries. I've emailed them 20 plus times, sometimes with a response telling me they were changing suppliers of their batteries and to be patient. Well, it's been over 6 months, still no batteries and no more replies to my emails. Plus the quality of the vests is poor, very cheaply made. Do not buy from these guys!

The Gohuntvest is the best heated hunting vest I've tried! The price is really good and I can stay warm for more than 6 hours. Their customer service is not as fast as I would like, but they finally solved some issues I had with my order.

I purchased on their website in January 2022 and I received my vest with the batteries. The batteries did arrive in a separate package. The vest works really well and I use it for other things besides hunting. I don't think they are a scam.
Well that is just fine, you got your vest and batteries. I sit here still waiting for my batteries I paid for in Jan. 2022 ! I get all kinds of form letters from Go Hunt telling me they are on the way ! No such thing ! ! This has been going on way to long ! The form letters started coming in , March 2022 same thing telling me they are. This is October and NO batteries ! I want my money back ! How can I do that ? I need help ! I paid for the batteries !
I ordered some vests last year and there were some issues with the material, the customer service was not really fast, fortunately, we were able to get the new vests. We also purchased this September their new vest and everything went well, the customer service was really attentive.
I ordered mine last season and I have been using it for hunting and fishing. It works really good! It took some time to arrive but it was worth it!
