Do not buy anything from this company, they are fraudulent. Take your money, then constantly send emails with fake shipping details, don't click on any shipping links!!!!!! I am in the process of reporting them to the AFCA. Be WARNED people....

Ordered osseowave headphones thru the actual osseowave site. Got a cheap generic copy. Can't contact osseowave so probably a scam site too. Do not use these people. Unfortunately they are not obvious on the buying sites so easy to get scammed.

Purchased Lifewater hydrogen bottles that did not work..Were replaced and again the hydrogen bottle did not work....They must b selling defective products and I've written this off as BAD LEARNING EXPERIENCE..Do not order from this company....Unless you want to throw away your hard earned cash....They make you jump through hoops to get any service....No telephone number to call...Buyers beware...J

I so wish I had found these reviews before ordering. I received my item packed in nothing more substantial than a plastic bag, and squashed. No surprise really when I found it didn’t work, it won’t even turn on. A request for a refund was replied to promptly with a request for photos. How do you take a photograph of something NOT working? I have sent them photos anyway, including their woeful packaging, but having read other reviews I’m not very hopeful. Having read online of their product elsewhere on the net, I was directed to a website, where it appeared that I was buying a quality product. What I got was cheap, UNBRANDED Chinese tat that doesn’t do a single thing. Order from this company at your peril, I have accepted that I’m likely to lose, but that’s partly my fault for being taken in by them. Don’t do what I did.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a door bell which took weeks to arrive. When I eventually received it, it was crap, couldn't,get it to work. I repeatedly requested a returns label, they procrastinated long enough to go over the 30 day return policy therefore refusing me a refund. They are con artists. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have learnt an expensive lesson. I will be contacting Trading standards.

bought bone conducting earphones from OsseoWave labeled as "best" by ZDNET review : TOTAL CRAP ! asked for money back as advertised, all what you get is inappropriate time delaying advises. they don't honour in any way their commitments, using Zendesk to come over the 30 days back guarantee! AVOID buying from Gogogatget AND OsseoWave.

Avoid at all costs ,total scam of a company ,label products bv ,bought a wifi extender from these and i could have made a better one myself ,very very poor quality ,tried to send it back after 2 weeks of emails and the returns label wont scan at post office ,not that im surprised ,do not go anywhere near these

I ordered a 2 x booster through a site which reviews the best products. I was directed to gogogadgets & when I received the booster £83.85 it cost me it didn’t work made no difference, so as I saw it offered 30 day money back guarantee I contact them. Omg after been offered 20% 30% refund I refused and asked for a label to return. They sent me a return label however I went to the post office and the scan was incorrect. I then emailed and I’ve heard nothing.I’ve been in touch with my credit card company - I’ll wait it see how I can get a dispute sorted so I get my money back.I can see through all these comments I’m another unlucky customer and to be honestly please avoid this company. I’m definitely going to keep on fighting forward with them.

Ordered the WiFi extender. It didn't work and the factory reset button was inaccessible! (Don't buy stuff after going down the pub!).Usual 20%, then 30% refund. Told them to shove it!Contacted Amex who reversed the transaction once I sent them proof of the useless piece of rubbish.

I bought the Wi-Fi extenders and with no amount of trying could I get them to work. What was worrying is that I couldn’t set the security on the IP address provided so it left my network unsecured. Plugging in the second unit the internet dropped out. I contacted their customer support asking for a refund and they refused advising I wasn’t eligible. I’m now looking at the small claims court to get my money backI wish I’d seen these reviews before buying

I purchased their ultraXtend WiFi, came in damaged box, I said I didn't want it and they said I had to turn on and use and tell them what was wrong with it. Unable to sign into it, tried for about an hour, all kinds of instructions including those at their website which differ from written ones coming with product. My two Apple products keep telling me it is unsecured and not to use. As far as I can tell it is junk and their company sucks.

Bought a wifi extender from them. The courier was useless and massively overpriced and the item came eventually in a flimsy cheap bag and the package was crushed. Difficult to set up and when I eventually got it going it proved useless and not at all as advertised. Despite multiple emails I can't get an address to return for a full refund, just offers of 20 or 30% if I go away! Given that I paid £51 for this and it can be bought for £15 on Ebay, I reckon I've been conned. Totally useless product from extremely dodgy outfit.

If I could give 0 I would. They said item was dispatched, I waited , as soon as I got PayPal involved it arrived in a squashed box. The same gadget was £30 cheaper on another website. With various messages through paypal they didn't acknowledge at any point they had received it until I showed receipt then suddenly they offered me majority about minus the postage which were in their terms. What a joke this company are ... stay clear

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Bought an intelibell door bell off these crooks but got a completely diffrent product which was cheap nasty Chinese rubbish, arrived in a damaged box and did not work at all, their returns policy is total rubbish too, and you will not get a full refund. Bought security "eagle eye" cameras (2) was supposed to receive within 3 to 5 days received after almost 3 weeks only to receive faulty junk. Wouldn't even turn on. No details on how to install cameras what's so ever. Tried to contact company and received no response. Paid over $100 and now I'm out that $. Do Not buy this junk! Instructions in Chinese also.

Like pulling teeth trying to get my money back on UltraXtend when it didn't even come close to working as advertised. Has to pay my own shipping for a defective product (tax not refunded either), though I suspect the product never worked as advertised. Felt like one bid scam. I wouldn't buy anything through this company ever again.

Wi-Fi extender. I thought I was buying from an Australian company. My items hadn't been posted so I tried to cancel as delivery was over 20 business days and I was worried that the plug in was not compatible with Australian sockets. My concerns were ignored by the Customer Services Team, they refused my full refund request and insisted that I return the item (still not posted out by them) if not satisfied. Blinkered and at best incompetent customer service. Stay clear from these rogues

“Poor quality and terrible return response and policies”

I bought three pairs of compression ankle socks. They are terrible quality and very uncomfortable -- they hurt. I tried to return them and found out that the company will deduct the original shipping costs and I will have to pay for the return shipment charges. I sent them an email asking for help in facilitating the return and the email bounced back. Stay away!

This is a horrible company. Ordered 2 blender. They charged my CC and the blenders never arrived. Tried to call their customer service number but it was a non-working number. Emailed them and told them I was very upset and needed someone to call me immediately. They responded with a generic email stating they were sorry that I wasn't happy with my order and never addressed the issue. So I emailed them back and told them to cancel the order. The charge is still on my CC and now I have to report fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
