Is gogobest.com Legit?

Fraud/Scam Alert. Item never received. Order #8760. Fake tracking number was provided.

I ordered a replacement set of brakes. The delivery firm failed to deliver what I had ordered the first time around, but Gogobest Customer services were very prompt in following up and getting my order delivered. The brake kit itself was relatively easy to fit to my FX200.

Catastrophic experience with this site and this bike which first refused to send me a compliant invoice with the address of the company and the bike whose pedal broke twice in less than 6 months.The second time this pedal broke I hurt my leg on the broken part and given that there was a bus 3 meters behind me I'm lucky to still be alive.I do not intend to stop there and intend to take steps with my bank to get reimbursed or even file a complaint for endangerment or whatever I find.Do not buy from this site.FRExpérience catastrophique avec ce site et ce vélo qui ont tous d’abord refuser de me transmettre une facture conforme avec l’adresse de l’entreprise et le vélo dont la pédale à cassé 2 fois en moins de 6 mois.Lors de la seconde fois ou cette pédale à caser je me suis fait mal à la jambe sur la partie cassé et compte tenu qu’il y avait un bus 3 mètre derrière moi je suis chanceux d’être encore en vie.Je ne compte pas en rester la et compte entreprendre des démarche avec m’a banque pour me faire rembourser voire déposer une plainte pour mise en danger ou ce que je trouverais.N'acheter surtout pas sur ce site.

I bought a GF750 18 months ago I've had zero problems with the bike it's awesome..the brakes need changing and discovered by the shop that the callipers need changing aswell so they are sending them free of charge can't get better than that. Customer service is excellent thanks gogobest.

Overall, it was a good experience buying from this company. The bike came exactly when and as they advertised. It wasn’t too complicated to assemble but the fender was badly dented. I reported the dent to their online customer service and sent a photo. They immediately sent out replacement fenders.

Absolutely awful company. Purchased the GF700 may last year had issues with the battery capacity slowly dying whilst on charge one night the charger and battery went ON FIRE! In my house. Contacted the companys whos utter idiotic response was to send a voltage reading to them... paypal have been useless to get me a refund, conmpany refuses refund or replacement parts. My next step is to go to Consumer Rights and i will persue it until i see them in court i suggest anyone else whos been ripped off by this company to do the same. Absolutely at all costs avoid buying anything from them as there not fit for consumer and are dangerous.

I brought a Gogobest gf700 also, and also had problems with the battery, bike failed on day 2 and battery would not charge. So after getting STATIC from stupid shop POGOCYCLES I have brought my own battery with new rack and am having it installed by fairly local ebike shop SCOOTFIXX in culcheth. This is only chance bike is getting, any more probs when I get it back from shop and I sending it back.I got a courier in my phone already as a contingency plan.So people out there, DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE, IT WILL FAIL EARLY ON YOU. Ordered a rack, order confirmed but weeks later money gone no communication from company, no trace of item. Reclaiming via PayPal Downloaded the app but virus checker went wild so deleted it.

Very bad experience : the rear wheel popped off after 10 km. Then the rear brakes leaked. No repair shops want to do something. No parts have been sent, no exchange and no return from gogobest. They keep asking to go to a repair shop instead of exchanging or taking back this dangerous bike, which is written in their policy. Your life is at risk.

2023-06-30 (ODO 5 km): Ordered GOGO BEST GF700, received OK. Good package. Fast shiping from DE to CZ (5 days). It is relatively good bike for this price… Speed 50 km/h has to be unlocked… 😉2023-07-16 (ODO 150 km): I am waiting for fix battery issue. I will write more later. Communication with customer service is on middle quality. Problem is not fixed yet, but they promised help me and send new part.

I bought a Bezior XF200 e-bike from gogobest and I'm loving it. It's beautiful and very fun to ride. It has power and good autonomy, both for day-to-day trips and weekend trips. Most satisfied and i tottaly recommend. Gogobest staff was very supportive and professional, answering all my questions promptly. Delivery was fast and on time.

I wasn't sure at first about this shop because the price (I bought a kingsmith walkingpad) was pretty cheap, and I was fearing a scam. Therefore, I decided to pay via PayPal. But they delivered the correct product to Germany within 4 business days. Everything works fine. Just wanted to let others know: No scam here :)

Good product, terrible delivery. Shipping my e-bike to the UK took nearly 2 months, by which time I'd just about given up hope. Also had to pay some kind of Brexit surcharge. Eventually it made it to Manchester which is about 4 hours drive and I had to have to couriered to Sussex. Bike itself seems robust and well made, albeit some of the plastic bits (mudguards, lights, reflectors) don't look like they'll last long.

Amazing support by the team and Ella I bought a spinning bike from them and although I had some challenges building it up, the team was extremely responsive and helped me and guided me during all the way! I was a bit hesitant to go for them because I didn’t know them but I am very happy that I took the opportunity. Definitely will make other purchases with them!

Just bought Bezior X500 Pro. It's awesome, well built, and very simple to use. A day-by-day bike! It came with several acessories. Arrived at the destination address quickly, in the time they predicted, and came well packaged. During the purchase, changed emails with gogobest and allways reply and helped me in all questions I had.Really happy with the bike! I recommend.

Do not buy there!!!I bought a foldable treadmill, it arrived defective as it doesn't even start.The situation was reported to their customer service on the same day I received and unpacked the product.Despite their exchange and return policy clearly indicates that defective items are eligible for exchange or full refund without any return costs, they deny to generate the return guide and offer unacceptable solutions such as sending repair parts and asking me to fix it on my own, worst part was that their first suggestion was to fix it by 'carefully' hitting the engine area!, It was just ridiculous.One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had.

I am mainly asking if anyone else as had the same problem I have experienced twice.I have been out riding not for long just a half hour or so..... yet twice its happend within 1 week, where I come to a stop at the traffic lights or any junction with both or just 1 break pressed and NO THROTTLE being touched... yet as soon as let go of the brakes the bike just powers up by itself and flies off...Luckily the other day there was a fence blocking the road I was entering or I would have been on the floor in major traffic ..... if this hasn't happend to you yet be VERY careful !!! ... just to pull up outside your house and as your half way dismounting from the bike ... its kicked back in is halfway up your wall .... BE CAREFUL !!!!

I bought a GOGOBEST GF600 electric bike,I had a problem with the basic settings in the LCD display, the bike was only manual assisted. Remote service support and sending basic settings helped to solve the problem. Thank you very much for your support.

Ordered a Roborock S5 Max. Arrived in less than two weeks from the order date in original packaging. Support was answering in less than 24 hours when I needed information about the order status.

I experienced the same as "HugoTs". I bought a treadmill from gogobestbike on 20/6/22. At first the machine was sold out. After an additional payment I received a treadmill at the end of June. However, the treadmill is defective and does not even start. Now my nightmare begins: I should repair the device by myself, the customer service will send me spare parts, and show me through video how to repair it. No matter what I do, gogobestbike does not confirm a return. After about15 days back and forth, I applied to PayPal for buyer protection. But Gogobestbike is so cheeky: After PayPal intervened, he informed me about a return pick-up. After picking up the items, he gave PayPal a different return address in Hong Kong. And Paypal even wanted to refuse my refund because I don't send the goods to Hong Kong. Luckily I can prove that the gogobestbike arranged the return pick-up. However, This is definitely the worst shopping experience I've ever had!!!
