Is goautographs.com Legit?

I must say I have never been assisted like this before.Perfectly good customer support and attention to detail, the packaging my photograph came in was extraordinarily secure, if I could give 20 stars, I would!

Honestly I did not expect for my poster to arrive so soon, it was very well packaged and has arrived without any damages to it, so obviously this company knows what they are doing by choosing a good shipping company. Very friendly and helpful support before and after ordering. I ordered a signed poster which arrived exactly as described together with a letter of authenticity. The friendly staff kept me updated on shipping information and the contact with them was really nice. I have just received an index card containing the autograph of us actor Patrick Wilson. I paid for it on the 3rd Dec 2020. It was despatched the day after. It was sent economy and arrived in perfect condition today 31 Dec 2020. Well pleased. I was able to speak to customer service at all times, then always responded to emails. Delivery can take two weeks. Mine has the added problems of postal delays due to Christmas and Coronavirus. Would happily use them again. I also received a certificate of authenticity that corresponds only to my item.

I received my poster much sooner than expected. It arrived double tubed with extra end packings. Because of the extra care taken, my poster remained in excellent condition. It is exactly as described and shown on the website. It is autographed and certified and now I proudly have it framed and hanging on my wall. I would certainly order from your site again. Yet again, GoAutographs did not pass JSA authentication. From my last review, a Robert Redford poster I purchased from this company did not pass authentication, but I gave the company benefit of the doubt since they kindly requested my 1 star review amended to 3 stars. Now after a second failure, do not buy from them!!! I decided to authenticate my Forbidden Planet poster, which I purchased from GoAutographs.com in 2017. JSA did not pass them, so back-to-back failures to me means this company is not legitimate and can’t be trusted. Buyer Beware!!!The submission number is W287326, which is not a certification number. If you enter the submission number as the certification number on the JSA website, it comes back to a signed football by Rickey Williams.

We bought a The Walking Dead autographed photo and unfortunately it arrived damaged. We contacted their customer service department to try and solve the issue at hand. They were very helpful from the get-go. Even though it was disappointing not being able to get the item we originally wanted, we were offered a photograph of higher value for our troubles.Luckily, the second package arrived without a hitch!The whole situation was handled very professionally , and, in the end, it was a positive shopping experience.

I received a Grey's Anatomy photo signed by Sandra Oh and I am very happy with my purchase. I did not expect they would send it to me via FedEx and that it would reach me so fast.Even though the photograph wasn't for a Christmas gift, it is actually for me, I am greatful that it arrived sooner than expected.The autograph has been authenticated by Beckett and it is super beautiful. All I am missing now is Meridith, so I can have both in my collection. I am hoping you guys will have it in stock some time. I have looked and you don't seem to have any right now. After some research, I decided to choose this store.Customer service was excellent. I had a few questions about a particular poster I really wanted to get, and they were friendly and patient, putting to rest all of my doubts.I finally ordered, and I couldn’t be happier. Packing was very secure, although I must say, that my merchandise arrived a bit later than expected.The only other negative issue I would like to point out is about the prices: I do believe autographs are on the expensive side. Also, I would love it if there was more variety when it comes to bigger sized movie posters.For me to be a regular customer In the future, they have to consider revising prices, and make them a little more affordable.

EDIT: It seems that my mail provider completely blocked mails from GoAutographs but I send them another mail address and they managed to change my whole account to this mail address. I ordered something from the shop last week and I didn’t receive a confirmation email and got no opportunity to track my package. I already wrote a message via the contact formula and via Facebook and nobody replied. Since the autograph I ordered was really, really expensive, I am panicking a little bit, that I’m gonna lose my money. I purchased a poster from the movie Julie and Julia where I had been hired as an extra for two days. Finding this poster was a jewel and I was very excited, however, I was informed that the poster I wanted was out of stock and they offered me a replacement for something different.I explained how special this was for me because I had the honor of meeting Meryl Streep in person. I went to my first day as an extra so happy, the shot was being made on the narrow market street of Rue Mouffetard, in the Quartier Latin. I made the huge mistake of asking her for an autograph, to which she replied very kindly that maybe later, that now we were at work. I will never forget her beautiful gentle smile, as she said no to me. The following day, all the extras working that day were called to a meeting where we were instructed not to engage or interrupt the actors job. That there was a place and time appropriate to ask for photos and autographs and this was not the place.I felt bad for what I did. I am a very shy person and the manager instructing us that day would not stop looking at me. I wonder if the item was out of stock for a reason.The customer service at goaotugraphs is superb and I talked to them a lot and explained the issue, They were very helpful.

Bill Murray and Harold Ramis signed photos failed by Beckett and JSA Authentications. GoAutographs would not refund and ignored my email. Have a look at GoAutograpghs bad reviews on the RACC Facebook page . They are not members of RACC. Beware!!!
