Is glutesquaduk.com Legit?

I was excited to order the complete set up from Glutesquaduk. After receiving the entire set up with 2 cables, bands, handle bars socks and hip thrust machine. The order came in 2 separate deliveries. I no longer wanted the hip thrust machine and contacted the company for return instructions. Since the box was unopened I was given a return address within the states. It's been 6 weeks and I still have not received a refund for my return and coincidently all communication from the company stopped. I have been scammed out of over $300 on top of paying the $100 to return the unopen box as it was heavy. I have sent emails everyday and no one responds but only responded when I was returning the item. Per the online policy refunds are expected in 4 weeks yet it has been 6-7 weeks since my return. I am highly disappointed with this situation. I hope no one else experience getting a helpful return just for them to take your money and not refund. They could not even send an email saying I was not getting my refund.

Received my complete home gym and couldn't be happier and I can say it arrived on time the hip thrust workouts got my booty sore! And I'm actually surprised by the resistance on the portable cables….

I totally love my Glute Squad products.Arrived on time! I was sceptical at first but my friend told me her gym bundle was great. So, I decided to outlay the money and I must say it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve already lost some pounds! I had to leave a review, because I’m not normally impressed but this got me.

I’ve received my product today and let me say what amazing products for my home gym. There were some delays which was supposedly down to a fulfilment issue but as far as the product and being able to do my exercises at home I could truly say I’m so happy I made my purchase.

Been over a month and still no tracking number. I realize they are in the UK and I am in the US but come on, don't give super short delivery windows if you know you can't fulfill them. I've gotten one email answer and they always promise shipping/tracking in the next 3 to 5 business days. It's been two weeks after that second promise and still nothing. Going to have to contest the charge with my credit card as this is obviously a scam. Shame, products seemed pretty cool.

Hereby a real review, not a made up review, i won t review the product because i can t , i ordered the product 3 months ago still not received.They reply on emails once a month with evers time same excuse, 2 weeks ago they promised me a refund this was by Instagram chat because email they don t reply.They replied when they saw i was giving them bad reviews on Instagram.Don t order, it s a scam

I placed an order on 5/13 and have received no confirmation or shipping info. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a screenshot from their end that they had sent a confirmation, and claimed they re-sent it, but still nothing. I’ve reached out twice since with no answer. I also tried contacting them on IG. Finally decided to just dispute the charge with my bank.

I placed order on 31st May 2024 and status is showing as not dispatched, even though should have been delivered in 3-5 days. No response from customer service even though I have sent numerous emails

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! COMPLETE SCAM!! I was waiting for a month and a half for my product. I was sent a fedex tracking #. The never shipped the product only they initiated the tracking label. Then I disputed it with paypal and they had the nerve to offer half the money back. I told paypal to tell the company I WANT MY FULL REFUND BACK IMMEDIATELY minus the protection package that was $5.00. I received my money the same day. HORRIBLE COMPANY! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I had an issue with my glute cable after trying my best to sort it. i contacted glute squad they was very quick on responding & understanding with my issue. they sent someone out to come and replace it. (Very handsome☺️) When he came he took his time to mount it and show me how to use it correctly I’m happy with my product & the service that was given summer 2024 mi readyyy bwoyyyThank you glute squad🫶🏾💪🏾❤️😂

I’ve had my equipment from Glutesquad for a month now and I can honestly say it’s a game changer!!!! Speedy delivery, instructions were easy to follow to set it up. Love the fact that it’s compact enough to put away without taking up to much space. And the best part is the results you can honestly feel the burn when your working out and the results are unmatched! it’s been the perfect addition to my workout routine and I’m already seeing the changes in my body and I love it! highly recommend!!!

I've Reached out 3 to 4 times regarding an order status & still have not received any form of response from Glutesquad.

I can’t recommend this portable equipment enough. On days where I don’t have much time I can easily use the hip thruster and portable cable to get my glute burn fix! I also took the cable on holiday with me which was super easy as it’s only 1kg. I love these products and would recommend everyone trying them out!

Arrived on time. Easy and quick to put together with diagrams. Good instructions on how to use and follow up emails. Nice lady on the phone. Rower is excellent. Performance monitor good too. Recommend.

I am very satisfied with the portable cable. I wanted a good home workout equipment with good basics and that I can take it every where. Their customer service team helped me answer my questions and remove some doubts I had that I can adjust nearly every where. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it take longer to dileverd in Holland. Other than that i’am 100% happy with my portable cable!!
