Is glowsticks.co.uk Legit?

Bought glow sticks to keep for power cuts disappointed that only had few months date code on when info online says glow sticks have shelf life of four years

The website offers the choice of two colours to chose from for the tambourine. However there is no drop down menu on the product yo make a choice. Therefore. I ended up receiving the colour I did not want. Upon emailing the seller, they did respond quickly and explained that somewhere on the site for future reference you can make a note with a request or alternatively send an accompanying email. Too complicated when to resolve further mistakes is so easy to rectify on their site. I am now stuck with something I don’t want and have to reorder using their proposed solution. Not customer friendly.

Needed 15 Santa hats with flashing LED lights in a hurry for the Fosse Swing Band to do a gig in the Town Hall Square, Leicester and they were delivered by a proper courier and they all worked beautifully. I was a bit concerned when I couldn't switch them on but a quick call to Glowsticks and they pointed out that we had to pull a little 'battery saver' tab out from the battery compartments. The bubble gun unfortunately lasted only one day. It stopped making bubbles After contacting Glowsticks they are replacing the faulty item. So I can only give them 5 stars. They did not argue they just said sorry and said they would send another one. A better service than other companies who mess you about.

I ordered the fluffy, pink, flashing tiara for my Mum to wear at her online 80th birthday party. It arrived well in advance of the day and she liked it so much she insisted that everyone taking part should 'glam up' for the event. It looked great, worked perfectly and paid for itself by inspiring a theme that cheered up the whole event. I'm very happy with this purchase, it exceeded expectations in every way!

I read lots of positive feedbacks about this website. Well, delivery was great and so quick but product quality was very poor and first toy sword was broken in few hours and other lasted couple of day. Very disappointing experience with quality of the product. I won’t recommend buying from them again!

Unfortunately the wand was broken in transit. Looks like a good product, it works so will try to superglue to fixUpdate - just opened the replacement wand and it’s broken in exactly the same place as the first oneFINAL UPDATE - received a very well packaged box and a wand that my wee girl is delighted with, thanks for your persistence, really impressed!

I ordered a set of 16 multi coloured glow cups for my daughters 16th birthday.Her and her friends enjoyed using the cups whilst partying in a dark room. The cups gave it the 'rave factor'The only down side was that although the cups are resilient and reusable, the glow only last for upto 8hours, so your left with the option to keep the cups with unglowable liquid in or dispose of them. I guess the price is reasonable for adding the extra factor to a party but realistically, thinking about it, it's quite expensive for cups that you're only going to use for a few hours then throw away. All in all we loved them, but I'm not sure I'd purchase them again.

What a fabulous company! I normally wouldn't place a last minute order but an opportunity for a special get together came up for my daughter and I wanted to get her and her friends a treat. The quality of the items is really good, I ordered glow cups which are really robust and glowsticks and novelty necklaces. The staff only returned to work yesterday (29 December) so I knew it was a long shot to get an order for today - but here I am on Trustpilot. It has arrived! I am so grateful to them and the wonderful service they provide. My daughter is absolutely thrilled and can't wait to share the items with her friends.A first class service!

Glitter ballMy order was sent promptly and arrived quickly. The batteries I had ordered were missing but were dispatched as soon as I let the company know. Making a small mistake is not a problem when it is remediated expeditiously and politely.

Ordered pink, blue and green glow stick bracelets. Ended up with pink and two greens, no blues. Called the company Tuesday just gone and amended my order and apologised for the mistake. Sent out blue glow sticks and they arrived yesterday!!!Cannot recommend them highly enough :)

Mini LED Strobe. This is a high-quality product and excellent value for money. However, the reason i bought it is somewhat unusual. We have been plagued by squirrels invading our roof space and we heard that they dislike flashing lights, so I placed the Mini LED Strobe light in the roof space and the squirrels have left.

Arrived next day and always good quality... Proportions of "mixed" bags of glowsticks were a little heavily weighted toward reds with not many green blue or orange ones but not the end of the world for what I needed..

I have purchased a wide range of products, in particular the light up flashing toys. Some products I really like and have put in more orders. On other occasions I have been very disappointed at the poor quality, and faulty items. I received 3 of the same product and none of them worked, which was probably down to poor packaging. Again with a different product, 2 out of the 3 I bought were faulty.

I ordered 2 flashing slap straps for my children the first pink one didnt work they sent me a replacement that arrived next day. This replacement worked but the very same day the material holding the flashing plastic in place began fraying and the flashing unit escaped through the hole, the blue one purchased for my son has gone the same way too. Their customer service is phenomenally good just sad to say this particular product isn't very durable

Excellent service. Have ordered in the past and this year got caught out and needed glow sticks urgently. Rang order line and staff member was extremely helpful and I received my order a day earlier than expected.

Never used the company before. First item arrived (needed for the church nativity) in the post slightly damaged. Contacted the company with a photo of the damage and a replacement was put in the post same day - no quibbles. Not often you get service like that without having to go through hoops. Thank you.

I needed the glow sticks to be delivered quickly for activities we were running with our Brownie group. They arrived well in time, were good quality and the service call I made was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was really helpful.

When planning for our recent wedding, we were originally going to have sparklers but then saw the glowsticks website. We initially purchased one and when we saw the size of it and how it was so easy to start it glowing and how long it lasted, we immediately ordered another 70 multicoloured. There had been a 10%discount voucher included with my first order which I forgot to use with the 2nd order, however I rang up and the guy agreed to refund 10% to my account, superb service and quick delivery. The glowsticks were an outstanding success when we turned off the lights, they lit up our marquee with our guests waving them for the last 6 sing-along songs.
