Hardy was incredibly helpful with assisting us to book our flights. He was very professional, efficient, helpful and prompt with his help. He was able to offer us a generous discount on our flight after a booking error which was greatly appreciated. We are very thankful to him and his ability to quickly fix our flight issues in under 15 minutes! I highly recommend speaking with Hardy to assist with your customer service needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A CONFIRMED BOOKING. They took my money, called to say there was an issue but could confirm what exactly and kept fobbing me off to other agents. I was assured someone would call me back ‘in the next few hours’ 5/6pm - I received a single call at half 10 at night and a follow up email stating they had tried numerous times to reach me??? Still no clarification about what the hold up was. They advertise flights that they can’t fulfil in the hope that once they have your money, they can put you an an alternative, more expensive flight. USER BEWARE

Sad has been amazing and super patient while we addressed issues with bank auth on my end.He made sure the seats and costings were held while this was sorted and we got the tickets we needed.He really went above and beyond to ensure we could travel on the dates and times requested.

Mr.Sat is good communicator has wel knowledge of booking but not told about hidden cost of booking with them Note *1) if you pay credit card payment which attract extra cost top up on ticket price which not applicable when you buy direct from website 2) after you bought ticket and pay payment it’s attract foreign transfer fees which means its transactions are being processed in foreign currency rather than Australia 3) extra fees on payment 3% as foreign transfer So the promotion or discount which those are claimed is not work out after you deal with it 😮4) most important these transaction cost are hidden cost which those people not open up with you before buying 5) better is buy ticket from website directly .

the online quotes price was £630 but it never lets you book online. I called to be told that's because the return flight hasn't been 'confirmed'. got told i would be called back in 5 minutes with a confirmed flight. 3 hours and three phone calls later I got told that actually there's only one ticket left and the price went up to £795. A similar thing happened with the same company for another flight too - except they said the flight costs went up around a hundred and when i asked to confirm the flights anyway they never called me back. terrible service but honestly the flights are still cheaper than most other places.

Be very wary,this company is a scam. They book your flight then call you to say your return date is full,then try to charge you extra for changing your return date. After offering to refund your flight they steal £50 from your original price. Don't go anywhere near them
