Excellent customer service. Starting from the very swift response on WhatsApp when first enquiring about a pair of VCA earrings, to doing everything they could to get the earrings to me before my birthday weekend, and all while being super friendly and accommodating. Earrings were beautiful packaged up and wrapped as well. Would highly recommend them!

The first time that I dealt with Global Watches was in relation to a repair for my watch. There were some repeat issues after the repair but I didn't need to worry as they took it straight back in and made sure everything was right before giving it back to me. The second time I dealt with Global Watches was when I was selling one of my watches. I dealt with Ramon this time and was pleased to do so. Friendly, quick to respond at whatever time, professional and no sales pressure. I hope the third time that I will dealing with Global Watches shall be when I will be adding to my collection!

This shop is outstanding. If you’re looking for anything special that you know you’ll probably be waiting years for on a waiting list, well this shop is bound to have it. I’ve been in there 3 times in the past year, bought two special watches and a rare handbag. On each occasion I’ve been served by Camilla, who is probably one of the kindest, friendliest and most passionate saleswoman I’ve ever come across. Her knowledge of watches is vast and impressive. I did not feel under any pressure or obligation to buy which I really liked. I would highly recommend to just pop in, even if you’re just browsing or want to try something special on.You will be amazed how nice everyone is.

This was my most daunting purchase, as I was buying a watch which has been a lifetime dream and beyond my normal budget status. Ramon and the team from Global Watches made it simple, easy and instilled confidence in the transaction - considering I never met him, visited the store or even saw the watch in person - how crazy! I was a little nervous to go inside the shop but once inside Emma the sales assistant was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel so relaxed - she really knew what she was talking about and the watches I was looking at (I didn’t want to tell her I had no idea!!). Great service from start to finish, I was served by Micheal who was very helpfully and knowledgeable about the Rolex SS Skydweller I purchased which I traded in my Rolex Deepsea as part of the deal for. We recently purchased a watch from the new mayfair boutique Global Boutique. The experience from start to finish was amazing, the service and response time was great both online but also in person (we were assisted by Emma who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable). They have a fantastic variety of watches that are hard to get (many rolexes) at very reasonable prices and excellent condition. Highly recommended.
