Absolutely beautiful tiny and engraved claddagh ring for my 6 year old granddaughter, she was thrilled with it.I will be ordering more for my other grandchildren and also moving up sizes as they grow. A lovely way to celebrate their Irish heritage.Great customer service. Responsive and really nice to deal with. Shipped to New Zealand within the timeframe for my granddaughter's birthday.I can really recommend this company.

I purchased the diamond and emerald Celtic knot heart necklace to give her on our anniversary. It is absolutely beautiful, so happy with the necklace. The jewelry box is also very unique with a light it the top that highlights the necklace very nicely.

Our 25th Anniversary was on the 7th of August so I ordered a necklace on the 30th of July and was given a delivery date between the 2nd and 5th of August. I then received an email on the 2nd stating it would now be delivered on the 10th-11th of August but you could print off a certificate saying your present is on its way. (Why would you want to do that?). No more emails till it eventually got delivered on the 19th August, 3 weeks after ordering and almost 2 weeks late for our Anniversary. Avoid this company if you want a gift by a certain date.

I have purchased twice from this company and have been very pleased with the quality of the product and the customer support. Both have exceeded my expectations. Good product, reasonable price and a staff that stays on top of your order.

Purchased a claddagh bangle bracelet, priced at €131, when it arrived it looked cheap , looked nothing like the picture and it was damaged, the bangle was bent, returned over 4 weeks ago and still no refund. Glencar a not responding to emails either. Also Irish made but they are based in the UK.

Purchased several items in two different orders. The first order was a set of wedding bands. One of the rings needed to be resized. The order was placed at the beginning of July with a guaranteed delivery within 5 days. The order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. As of the 20th August I am still waiting for the gold band to be returned !!Appalling customer service I urge you to look elsewhere!A second order was placed for a graduation present with plenty of time for delivery. Delivery time was not met and the item arrived without the chain. It was returned requesting a full refund. Twenty days later I have still had no acknowledgment despite sending it recorded delivery. There are very good companies selling Irish products this sadly is not one of them.

Very disappointed with a necklace I purchased as a gift .when it arrived a day late it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised by Glencara and certainly not worth the money.I will not purchase from them again.

Do not buy from glencara if the item is a gift with time restrictions.Ordered 3 items with next day delivery.Recieved two items of the three.Third item stamped " will follow" on the invoice.After waiting some time I emailed Glencara and was told I would be waiting over a month for this item to arrive as it was a custom item ( the other two items were custom too).I recieved a partial refund of my shipping, which was minimal, recieved no apology until I litterally asked for one. I've just asked for my money back now which isn't a small amount.Luckily this item wasn't a gift for someone and was a personal buy.

I ordered my ring on Saturday night 17/08/24, it was sent out on 18/08/24 and l received it today 21/08/24… so well done on getting it to me ( in Scotland ) so quickly, as it is a gift for my niece! I have to admit, the ring did/does look better, and bigger, on your website, so a tad disappointed! Also the engraving is so tiny you can hardly read it! I thought it would be bigger, but there again l thought the ring would be bigger ( wider ) to accommodate the writing!Anyway, never mind… l’m sure my niece will love it! Her grand father was Irish and she has also just received an Irish passport because of her grand father! This ring will be a lovely bonus for her!Would l order from you again? Absolutely! Received my Shamrock Celtic Knot Ring and it exquisite, the details are so delicate and refined. Delivery was exceptional and timely and sizing was exactly as expected. Will definitely be top of my list for future purchases.

Received item didn’t like it. Emailed to return was told I could only have partial refund. I complained as was within 60 days. Returned and still waiting for refund 4 weeks later. Having to get my card issuer involved along with Trading Standards. Oh and the customer service team are shocking!!

Do NOT recommend. I ordered a ring that looked fabulous online. Paid extra from express delivery. Item was delivered well after the express delivery date despite paying extra for faster delivery.The ring that was delivered to me was AWFUL. It was nothing like the advertised picture. Very poor quality, very flimsy and cheap looking, again absolutely not like advertised. Shocking company to deal with. Sent the product back as per their returns policy via tracked post, was told returns take 4 weeks, after 4 weeks was told my return was not logged, sent tracking proof, got nowhere. I would not recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY. SHOP ELSEWHERE. Just before I wrote this review I looked at some of their other reviews and they have the same copy and paste answers to their complaints that they also used with me- delay tactics- not helpful at all.
