experience very good keep up to date of the order progress.Not so with DPD still not got my parcel on 19th notified delay then delivey failed they did not have required contact name or numberplease can you find out whats happening thank you

I ordered an engagement ring. It shipped quicker than expected and everything went well.After the engagement we needed the ring to be resized from 53 to 52mm. I also asked for another minor change that wasn't officially in the resizing offer. When we got the ring back those extra changes had been made for which we are very grateful. So that's also excellent.One feedback to improve: please put the maximum days for the resizing process more prominently (I am sure it's somewhere in the fine print but I didn't find it). Also, the return sticker for UPS, please also send it hy mail or at least notify once/where it can be downloaded for print. I waited for it 2 or 3 days until I dug through the website and found it (didn't find it on the mobile website).

I ordered an engagement ring, which they said will arrive on september 12-13. I got a notifcation about a one week delayment, which is fine. On september 16 I got a new email that my ring is ready for shipment. And after that literally nothing happens. Days and weeks pass, no further notifcation, the delivery company still haven't got my package... it's simply crazy. I sent many complaints and they replied with nonsense automatic messages or simply don't give care. Nothing helpful. So consider this before ordering from them anything

As you can see... no other explanation other than blame their courier... its been 7 days between them saying its with the courier and the courier accepting it. This is the typical company claiming to be uk based but being a drop seller. Buyers beware!!!.....Horrendous customer service, still waiting over a week late for delivery,nobody answers calls so email only for a lame excuse and complaint marked as remedied . Wouldn't allow me to cancel the order despite it not being posted yet ,now problem with courier so will be even later delivery. Definitely will never use again

No service, no guarantee. The necklace costs over €400 and I can throw it in the waist bin. Necklace lost its gemstone within a few months. Glamira did not offer any guarantee and was not willing to repair the necklace. I offered to pay for the repairs, but it was not possible. I contacted a local jeweler and they contacted Glamira but still they refused to help.

I ordered an engagement ring on 7th September. The estimated shipping date was 20th September. On the 18th September i got an e-mail which said its ready to ship. One week later i still havent got any information or tracking number of my parcel. The support system is awful, all you can do is to chat with a goofy chatbot or get one e-mail a day from Courtney (i dont know if she is real or just a bot, but she has a lot of grammatical nonsense).Ordering from Glamira was the worst mistake i have ever made.

Wonderful experience. It very affordable compared to all other shops (online and in person). I have a very small income but I was still able to buy my girl her dream engagement ring.I wouldn’t have been able to propose if it wasn’t for Glamira.

My estimated delivery date passed by, with my order still showing as producing. Glamira didn't contact me at all with an updated delivery date. Even when I've contacted them I've just been told their records show it as still producing with no idea how far along it is or when it will be delivered.Update: they cannot find the status of my order still. Tried calling but spent 4 hours on hold then they hung up. Will be disputing the purchase with my bank.

I just have to say OMG ! Real gold ring custom made from Germany! Any price range diamond/stone/crystal just amazing. I have a 5k Swar crystal yellow gold and its so affordable compared to 5k diamond I could never afford :) Talk about bougie on a budget! I am soooo happy !!! Thank You Glamira

I would really rate 5 stars, for the product! Generally staff was very polite to me, but these delays in delivery an processing are crazy! However I got my item, it was a golden pendant with leather chain, camei in about 2 month. So just plan upfront.

I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I am happy with both the price, the design options on the website and a very expeditious delivery (the ring actually arrived before Glamira's order notification!).The quality of the ring is decent and probably as good as can be expected for the price. I chose an AAAA quality sapphire gemstone which looks beautiful and is a stunning light blue which surprised me. A special shoutout must be given to the service representative Andrea who helped me in my request of an extension on the 60 days resize refit. She was very helpful!All in all, I would certainly recommend Glamira. I'm sure my girlfriend (soon financé) will be buying wedding rings here as well.
