Is glamira.com.ph Legit?

I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend (it was sent from Sofia, Bulgaria to Medellin, Colombia). The result was amazing. The purchase was easy and very reliable. 100% recommended.

Have had a positive experience when buying both engagement and wedding rings from Glamira. Their communication is good if there are any delays or issues with product creation and the rings always turn up well made and looking exactly as they should. Their prices are generally competitive as well which is a bonus.

Superb experience! All went smooth and well and perfectly on time as indicated from the beginning when I placed order. And mainly, the jewellery is totally lovable.

Purchased an 18 carat white gold bracelet for partner. Within the space of 12 months its beginning to turn yellow.Contact Glamira and was informed by customer service, that is normal. Was also informed that the lifetime warranty does not cover the issue. Will never buy from this company again. Lesson learnt. If you truly love someone, spend a little extra and get quality instead of cheap and regretting it.

Very disappointed, got an engagement ring and the size didn't fit, but because the design wasn't my taste as well we decided to return the ring and buy another one.But because the label was taken of the ring (bc you can't really propose with a label on the ring) the request was refused. The label was still there just not on the ring.So be careful if you wanna propose with their rings do it with the label still on. And after commenting this on a social media post of theirs because i wanted to inform the people of this information so that they don't do the same "mistake" as us they just deleted the comment.Never gonna buy anything from them again.

I ordered and paid for the pendant Nalosir (yellow gold 585) on 4 July. The delivery term was July 16/17. Then the message came the delivery was postponed for 6 days, on 22 July due to a slight difference in a planned production process. I was assured about maintaining the highest quality of Glamira products. The pendant was finally delivered by the UPC service on 19 July. It met my expectations and is very beautiful.

I have purchased a couple of rings previously this is my third 😍 They are beautiful. I'm sure that their customer care is great, however I have never had to use as my rings are perfect and different and of course they come authenticated

Awful, I’d give zero if possible! Ordered a ring, was given 24th July as delivery date, since then been no update online, no progress, when contacting them, you get a copy and paste generic reply, “it’s with distributions” but it’s been there for over a week. No actual help. I’d strongly advise you not use these, I have had to raise a complaint with my bank in hope to receive my funds, as this company is all out to rip you off. Be very careful

At first glance it looks like a good product. It would, however, be ill advised to buy anything with gems, stones or small bits.Despite giving a lifetime warranty and sending the product with a certificate and a unique product-ID, GLAMIRA refuses to repair/replace lost gems or stones caused by fault in the production of the jewelry.

Service was great! Video of finished product was sent to me as I was waiting for Glamira to ship it out for me. As for the shipping duration, it was considered quite fast as they are using DHL as the courier. With the product price and the premium packaging that comes together with the ring, the price is really worth it! Will come back to Glamira if I'm gonna buy customized ring any time in the future!

I am extremely disappointed with the ring I purchased. Firstly, the engraving was unreadable, despite the company claiming to have superb quality control. It took them two weeks to return the ring to me. Secondly, one of the sapphire stones fell out after less than two months of normal wear. When I contacted their customer service, they stated that I didn't purchase additional warranty and therefore the ring is not covered. I believe my consumer rights have been breached.

Purchased a ring 9 months ago. The ring became faulty due to poor workmanship (joint failed) and when I requested to return the product under the terms of the Glamira "lifetime" guarantee I received a mail saying my complaint isn't covered under the lifetime guarantee, which turns out is really only 60 days. They made this decision based on my description of the fault and three images. No explanation no further assistance. Beware the terms of the guarantee. Absolutely shocking customer service. I will never use this company again.
