Is glamira.co.uk Legit?

Previously I had a horrible experience with getting in contact with customer support but I was able to get my issues resolved via the online form. I increased my previous score of 1 star to 5 based in the quality of the ring and the help I received in getting the information I needed to get my order processed. The packaging was very nice and the ring exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Regarding the product I’ve ordered I’m really happy. It’s very high quality and beyond expectations. Unfortunately I can’t tell the same regarding the delivery. I had to receive my order 9-12.08, after numerous angry emails from my side I received it on 20.08, after the anniversary for which was the engagement ring ordered. So I highly recommend that you have online support center in such cases.

Would highly recommend Glamira, bought my engagement ring from them and I was so happy with it we bought our wedding rings from them too. Rings look as good as the images on their website, well made and beautiful. Production and delivery is very fast. Great customer service, they resized my engagement ring with no fuss, and got it back to me in super fast time despite it being the lead up to Christmas. I've just taken delivery of our wedding rings, engravings (external pattern and internal personalised messages) are exactly as promised, they are beautifully finished and polished. Great price on both purchases, I couldn't find any other jewellers that came close, loads of choice and customisable options. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I recently bought a necklace for my wife with our unborn child's name on it, but I completely forgot to include my stepson's name when I placed the order. I've sent numerous messages to your customer service, pleading to have my stepson's name added, but despite sending around 8 messages, it still wasn't possible. This will be the first and last time I purchase anything from your company.

Took a while to receive the pendant and played tag with UPS due to being unable to deliver to a pickup location (which is a pain) but I am overall very happy with the pendant. Well made and beautiful. Was smaller than I thought it would be and will be looking for a bigger pendant. Glamira kept me informed regarding production and shipping. Would definitely recommend and am already looking for my next pendant.

I bought a engament ring from this site about year ago and after 60 days returnal period has expiried there is no option to change a size of ring. this way of doing business is ridiculous and unprofessional considering that the ring cannot be reduced anywhere else . they don't even offer an option in which you pay to change the size and frankley they don’t care emphasize that it had to be bought immediately in some care packagage and they don't offer it afterwards. considering that I spent a lot of money on the ring, I am very dissapointed and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company to buy jewelry. Very unprofessional!!

I love glamira, I have just ordered my wedding ring which is absolutely stunning . I have bought from glamira before ! I will continue to use them ! They keep you up to date with your delivery and process of your ring . And the gems are simply stunning

If I could give 0 or even -1 I would.But I guess if you pay peanuts you get monkeys and god knows there's lots of monkeys at Glamira.An incompetent and useless "Customer Service" (Especially Bree Rose) which is most likely a chatbot or if it's a real person,that's even worse as the person lacks any form or intelligence and keeps repeating themselves like a broken record "offering there sincerest apologies"Guess what? Your sincerest apologies doesn't solve the fact that you messed up big time by bot holding to your delivery dates, which appears to be a reoccurring issue.The delays you have from production to delivery are YOUR problems to solves, not mine.In the end of the day saving the additional €200 isn't worth hassle of the way below average customer service.

Rings are absolutely perfect, just as shown in the picture or even better. Delivery was extremely quick, 7 days before estimated delivery time. We appreciate it very much!

I ordered some couple rings of Glamira. They came out beautiful. Arrived earlier than the predicted date. And were boxed perfectly! They were Alittle on the light side but they were engraved beautifully! My only constructive criticism would be about their website. It crashes often and sometimes the pictures don’t load.

Huge amount of choice they do plus size rings and don’t charge silly money for them, our wedding rings arrived and they are beautiful we are both very happy with them. We highly recommend ordering from Glamira because I’m we will again in the future!

I ordered a ring and they are barely responding now. The customer support is useless. Do not use them, they are not reliable! After paying more than 2k for a jewellery they do not delivery it on time and when you try to reach them, you face only chatbots. Shame on you! I do not need it if you are not able to respect the delivery time. They replied eventually and said that is on the distribution site. It has been there in the last 5 days. So i am asking a specific q again: when are you able to deliver it?

Overall, my ring got to me with one week of delay. But...Except for a few minor bugs, maybe some UX aspects and the delivery accuracy improvements, I do not see huge problems at Glamira. I loved my ring, already, from the video they sent to me by email right after the production was done. I am really thankful to Glamira for such an amazing configurator and thoughtful steps to make towards better customer satisfaction. I am sure it is not easy to do so, while you also have to defend your business from the many negative reviews and trash thrown at them. For sure, as their work towards a better customer service progresses, things will get better and better. A little more transparency in communication with the client will be a great deal. And maybe announce the client if there will be known delivery delays. This will surely make a great impact in the customer's experience with Glamira. I have recently received my package and the inside of the package and my ring are beautiful and delicate. My ring is amazing. No picture can capture the beauty of the emerald and the diamonds. It is truly a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship. Delicate yet not fragile. The ring feels so comfortable on my finger and, even though I thought the main stone will be too small, it actually feels as if it has the right measurements for my finger size. The ring looked great when I received it but was smaller and much tighter than expected despite having used multiple sizing guides. However, Glamira where kind enough to resize it for me for free. I went up a size and half and it's still a little tight but I didn't want to pay for another resize.Once I was married and finally started wearing the ring, the thick resin layer - that the images don't show, which covers the wood - cracked within a week or two, without having been dropped or worn during heavy wear activity.I reached out to customer support for. This and was told it didn't warrant fixing and wasn't covered. I then reached out again to try and show other images and demonstrate the scale of the issue, but was ignored this time.The only reason I kept trying to sort it was that I had been drawn into a sunk cost fallacy, because in all honesty the ring feels much cheaper than it cost in the first place! All in all, I would avoid!
