Glamira has such great customer support. Appreciate the quick replies on the updates. Just heads up, estimated time provided is the manufacture finish time and not the delivery. So, place your order in time! This made me very anxious, and have come to learn that its in fact the shipping that delayed my order. However, I can't blame Glamira. The product was well worth the wait! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! And the presentation is really nice; has a mini light when you open the case and showcases the rocks' sparkles✨ Loved the ability to customize everything on the ring; which had a very thin band, but somehow managed to still engrave it. Beautiful craftsmanship! Thank you Glamira, for making my wife so ecstatic about the ring!

I ordered an engagement ring with Glamira. I am very happy I chosed them. The whole ordering experience is great - it's of kind make your own jewellery. After the ring was made I was sent a presentation video of the ring ready to be shipped. It was the vest part I think and I really didn't expect that. I couldn't get my eyes off the video. The ring is beautiful and my (now) fiancé loves it, everebody tells her it's beautiful. I can absolutely recommend Glamira if you want unique jewellery for affordable price.

Very disappointed to discover that the jewel that we paid extra for fell out just a few months after buying the ring. The ring was well cared for, the jewel was just poorly fitted. However this is not covered in the warranty as apparently its our fault. We were told to go to another jeweller and buy a new diamond and ask them to fit it properly. I wouldn't be able to recommend this company after this, we wasted hundreds of euros on a ring that is no good

Last ring I ordered came bigger than I asked . Send to resize. Holded for almost 2 months. When finally receive it ,no change was made . Took pictures before and after with measuring tape . No change .....Horrible service.

I bought a emerald ring with several small emerald stone fixed to the ring, one became loose and dropped out and was lost. i had only had the ring for 4 months i reported it was told it was not covered under the warranty 4 months old ? Think before you buy ???

My never-ending story with this company. I have written one review in the past, this is the second. I ordered the ring on 31.7. The website says delivery within 2 weeks. After many emails and frustrations, I received the ring on 30 September. The funny thing is that the website says delivery was 9 September, but I have a mail with delivery on 30 September. Unfortunately the ring was too big and I have to send it back, to change the size. They received my ring back at 15 of October and they write on page that process is 25 days for change size. Now is end of November and still nothing. I asked on page (probably some ai robot) and I got answer that ring is on distribution center, neither is in process of change size. Answer on my question when it will be done was that it don't know. This story has 4 month. I am totally frustrated and I don't recommend this company. Communication is zero, delivery time is 4 time longer.

My item was ship and there was new discount company can`t change my price I have to sent it back and order new one to get better price. I think it is waste of money and time for me and the company. I Like your page where I can customize your product . Although in reality looks different I have just received it :o)
