I had a terrible experience with customer service. I needed clarification on the returns process and I found the agent extremely rude and condescending.I emailed a complaint and two weeks later have heard nothing. As I result I will never be buying from this brand again, I thought I would try something other than Gucci or Louis Vuitton (where I usually shop).

I treat myself and ordered the Blue suede sneakers from House of Fraser at a good sales price and I am very happy with these, since list price was £520 - expensive but I paid £300, but the quality is excellent and they also give you leather in the sleeves of the zips. The main reason is that I hate tying up laces and the zips are great, not only do they look smart and unusual the whole shoe is very well built, so they may cost you more but get these designer shoes.

Ease of use of navigating the website and checking out. Extremely fast delivery. I would normally purchase at at Neiman or Saks but they were sold out in my size. Will definitely be a repeat client.

Giuseppe Zanotti is absolutely the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. This is my fifth pair of sneakers purchased from GZ and I haven’t been let down yet. The most comfortable and stylish pair of sneakers I’ve ever owned. These shoes can be compared to a well designed timepiece. I ordered my sneakers on Friday the 1st of July and true to their advertising I received free two day express shipping and received them on 3 July 22 from Italy, I live in Virginia. The delivery service they use (DHL) is the best and fastest. I love this brand, not just a sneaker, looking forward to what’s next!

Good quality shoes and great customer support. I particularly like the Urchin sneakers my girlfriend and I have 5 pairs between us :). I order from Farfetch mostly but once i did order from GZ but i wasnt happy with it and support was very helpful in assisting me in returning it. I have Alexander Mcqueen and Balenciaga sneakers too but they cant compare in quality to GZ. One of the few luxury brands that are worth the price.

The style and color are absolutely my taste, and I appreciate your kindness.However, after wearing them only a few times, I’ve noticed a significant issue with the quality. The plastic material has started to peel off, which is quite disheartening. Considering that these shoes were not inexpensive, I feel disappointed.I truly love the design and how they look, but the material has let me down. I’m torn because they are my favorite shoes, yet the durability falls short.

Beautiful shoes and clothing - always my go to shoe designer - very quick delivery and easy returns (a little onerous with the customs paperwork - now the U.K. is outside the EU - but it’s easy once you know how)

Fast delivery regardless of the the delivery strikes. Ordered just before Xmas and arrived on time. Kept up to date with emails regarding delivery, also able to track each movement. Great service. Daughter is super pleased.

As a follow up to my review below, customer service did reach out to me immediately and fixed the issue. I was very pleased with this and will definitely order back. The shoes are too beautiful and everyone makes mistakes. The question is whether they will fix it and Zanotti did! Thank you.

I ordered these sneakers to wear to my stepson's wedding. Ordering was easy, they arrived much earlier than I anticipated, coming to the US from Italy. I have to say, these shoes are SO beautiful..I'm tempted not to wear them..the soles are incredible!

Order was very easy. Shipped quickly. Shipping and returning free of charge. Perfect cardboard, everything fine. Unfortunately I had to return the product because the size doesn't fit. Return was easy but I had to print out myself the returning label (I don't have a printer at home). And it seems so, as the TAX will not be refunded (I know in Switzerland everything is different, but this is really bad). You should have a reseller here 😊

This company is a scam. I have returned an order using the UPS shipping label they have provided. The carrier lost the item in transit, and I never got my refund. How is it my fault? I have packed it carefully, and used the shipping label they gave me. They are refusing to give my refund. This is a scam, and totally unacceptable. If you do not issue my refund, I will have to sue you and make a police report. (order: #12000080236 )

After 18 emails and horrible customer service I was unable to have my shoes repaired due to poor workmanship. Though the shoes were worn may be 10 times and otherwise perfect condition- due to them bei g out of production they said they couldn’t do anything. For spending 800€ on a pair of baskets you think they could already have the ability to help a good customer (10 pair to date) ! Will reconsider this brand and purchase other high end shoes from other Italian makers.

Great looking shoes... The quick delivery and the communication of the processing was done very well. The tracking system was exceptional and dependable also. This is my 3rd purchase. I have received several compliments!

Took a while to get my size right in this brand. I wear a size 10.5UK and bought two lovely Frankies in this size but after wearing them twice each with very sore feet I then decided to move up half a size. My new bladder sneakers are 11UK and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. You can't compare anything to the quality and craftsmanship of these shoes. I'm definitely going to invest in a few more pairs.If you have a little room left your size in other brands, I will suggest you move 1/2 a size up for a comfortable wear.

Ordered shoes like most folks do considering they have the widest variety available it looked like. I was shopping around a lot for deals on designer stuff. Anyway was having trouble on the site reached out to customer service and got a response first thing in the morning. I work swings so this happened at like 2 am my time. After hearing from them I did what I needed to and ordered shoes. This order was placed on a Saturday morning at roughly 2 am and Monday morning when the office opened I got a confirmation that my package he'd been shipped. All day I didn't get a tracking number so I reached out and immediately got that. A few days later the shoes are at my door hours before I was told it would be there and the shoes are sweet. Super comfy Fit perfect to size and they look SICK! Way better in person than online. Very impressed with the quality and the response times from customer service.

I had a great experience shopping the GZ website. I’m in Canada, and my order arrived in 2 business days. I was so impressed! I also paid no additional duties. I feel like I got a great deal on these sneakers, and they are so beautiful! Perfect white sneakers, not basic at all, and different from what everyone else is wearing. Happy all around. BUT I should have gone half a size up. I will be trying to stretch these. I don’t want to have to send the package back to Italy and deal with the stress of a return.
