I have placed many orders and returned many items.I found Customer Service to be attentive to detail, thorough and helpful - much more so than a majority of other retailers (read my other reviews).I see some people are complaining it took over a week to issue a refund. Okay, try returning something to Saks, for example. They wait 30 days from the time they received your return to issue a refund AND they won't respond to e-mails. Don't complain about Giglio.Giglio is great! I wish they covered and refunded duties and taxes for orders to Canada, but many online retailers don't.

I do not recommend, bought a pair of shoes 3.10.2024, 11.10.2024 the order was cancelled allegedly due to a defect, these shoes are available on the site at a higher price. I conclude that simply GIGLIO wanted to resell the shoes at a higher price.

“Horrible customer service”

We ordered items as Christmas gifts two weeks ago and they have net even been shipped yet. They don't give a crap about your customer experience and have ruined Christmas. No communication whatsoever, no updates. Don't shop here. Go elsewhere and receive what you pay for. Tip for consumers:Don't shp here is you want your merchandise. “A nightmare experience!”

I ordered a pair of boots on sale and they canceled my order 3 days after I placed it saying it's out of stock. I initially ordered the boots on Italist but since I found it cheaper on GIGLIO, I returned them and paid 32€ returns fees for nothing! GIGLIO waited 3 whole days to announce me they can't sent it because it's out of stock whereas they initially responded about a coupon on my order and never told me the item was in fact not in stock! I returned my order on Italist for nothing, paid 32€ as a result, thinking there was no chance they will cancel out of the blue, days after I placed my order… I scrolled the reviews and notice GIGLIO cancel a lot their orders, especially items on sale. A retailer who cancel that much and has inventory and stock issues is not trustworthy. As a customer, I don't want to pay for an order and the retailer cancel it regularly many days after I placed it. It was my FIRST ORDER and my LAST. The fact that this online retail only allows for return but not exchange is ridiculous! I ordered a pair of sandals. The size chart on the website is misleading so that I ended up ordering the shoes one size bigger than I expected. I contacted customer service. They only allow me to return and ask me to order a new pair, which means I need to pay another $40 for shipping and customs. It doesn't worth to order a new pair when the costs of the shoes is $150.
