Is giglio.com Legit?

My experiences with Giglio have been nothing but positive. I have placed many orders and returned many items.I found Customer Service to be attentive to detail, thorough and helpful - much more so than a majority of other retailers (read my other reviews).I see some people are complaining it took over a week to issue a refund. Okay, try returning something to Saks, for example. They wait 30 days from the time they received your return to issue a refund AND they won't respond to e-mails. Don't complain about Giglio.Giglio is great! I wish they covered and refunded duties and taxes for orders to Canada, but many online retailers don't.

Had a great experience shopping at Giglio. Despite having an issue with one of the products the customer service was neat, on point and very friendly (thank you Gaia!). Looking forward shopping again at Giglio.

I’ve ordered a Marni bag. Although they delayed a little bit to send the product, they answered to my e-mails immediately about my worries of possible unavailability of the product. Finally I got the bag, it’s authentic, well packaged and the price is the lowest I’ ve searched in other online shopping platforms. I recommend it !!

Wanted to thank CS for all their help and the way they handled this purchase/order. Excellent! They listen to you. Great management in an extraordinary situation. I needed to buy a Versace purse in a specific color, that they had to go look for. My friend in Canada was very happy to receive it for her birthday. Only today I told her how much effort it took to make this gift happen!

I accidentally ordered something in the wrong size. It said on their website that you can cancel your order, so I called them to cancel it. The guy (Gio) who picked up on the number 091 625 7727 was not helpful at all. I asked if he spoke English, and he said “no” followed by “one second” and 10 seconds later he hung up. I called another number, which to my surprise also led to Gio. This time I tried to get him to help me, but it didn’t lead to anything. He gave me another number to call and hung up. The number he gave me WAS THE SAME NUMBER AS THE FIRST NUMBER I CALLED. Very unprofessional and unacceptable - how can you be an international company and have customer support agents who do not speak English??In the end I found their chat option, where the guy I was chatting with told me that he had cancelled my order, at last.

Perfect service, very nice employees and they are so polite ! I had to return a defective product - everything has been taken care of by Giglio. I got a refund quickly.You can buy with confidence.

First time user but now a long time customer. I absolutely received the most beautiful shoes for my daughter as a surprise for her upcoming bridal shower. They were shipped fast and the personal thank you note which was included was a pleasant surprise. GIGLIO.COM, is superb and I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I ordered armani exchange shoes as a gift for my husband and he loved it. My order took all together 8 to 9 days to be delivered. At first I was worried seeing all these negative reviews and as a first time buyer from this website but I am impressed with the price. I got original item with much less price. The customer service team at Giglio is tremendous. Specifically Paola on chat and Antonio on phone. They both answered my questions every day as I am an impatient SOB and Antonio even took the time to respond to me in a way that really showed empathy and patience. Sometimes when you order products from companies in another country such as Giglio, there can be delays in shipping. But as long as you have these two at the helm in customer service, I believe they will help drive revenue because a company and their brand is a reflection of their employees. Thank you Antonio..I really appreciate you and your patience.

I do not recommend, bought a pair of shoes 3.10.2024, 11.10.2024 the order was cancelled allegedly due to a defect, these shoes are available on the site at a higher price. I conclude that simply GIGLIO wanted to resell the shoes at a higher price.

This was my first order with GIGLIO.COM and it was perfect. I was skeptical at first as international orders can sometimes be complicated- but with the help of Matteo in customer service, my order was seamless. The item I purchased was an amazing price, and in perfect condition. Again - Matteo was the best customer service agent I have ever communicated with at any online shop. Thank you so much!
