The microwave I ordered was delivered with a gap in the door and clearly faulty. When contacting customer service I was informed that I had to somehow carry this heavy item to posti to return or pay myself for them to collect. I have no car which is half the reason I ordered the microwave online with home delivery in the first place. Now I am stuck with even more inconvenience and having to pay more money for their f%#k up. Never doing business with them again.
Tried to call them multiple times but no answer. Awful customer service
I buy an ipad at the store, the staff didn’t smile alot, but they was very helpful. I had hard time because i set my limit card too low so the card cant be used, and the staff help me to change my limit card since the bank app was full with finnish language and i didnt understand because im the foreigner. So the experience was good overall
Bought a monitor from them with home delivery (Bring.fi), the initial delivery date was quickly postponed and a new delivery date was given. Gigantti website stated that the delivery was supposed to be today but the tracking of the package has not been updated for a few days already. Bring customer service (do they actually bring anything?) doesn't seem to know for sure where the package is and Gigantti's customer service tells you to contact Bring customer service because all they know is the same as Bring knows! My advice: avoid Gigantti and Bring like the plague (I should have read Trustpilot reviews before ordering, silly me...)Update: The item arrived the next day PostNord. Still I think that they really need to improve their service considerably and stick to the delivery timeframe provided when ordering (that should be accurate and reliable).
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GIGANTTI! Purchased a 200 euro pair of Bose earbuds that stopped working 18 days after purchase. When I returned to the store I bought them from in Espoo, I was told that after 14 days they would have to be sent to a service repair shop where they would determine if I should receive a new pair. This I was told would take up to 2 weeks. When at 4pm I asked to speak to someone capable of making an informed decision, I was told that all managers had gone home for the day. Buy a product. Keep it for just over 2 weeks. Bring it back to the store so they can keep it for the next 2. Are you kidding me?HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GIGANTTI. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FINLAND, AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING...
I made in Gigantti web shop ONE order with 5 items and Klarna billing. Delivery was forced in 4 separate deliveries and I couldn't choose same delivery point! Now when I have collected those packages from different places (needed car), Klarna is sending piece by piece bills for each. Unbelieveble!
Reviewed the Bosh Hob PVQ795F25E as follows: Purchased this hob the first week of December 2021, with a delivery date end of March 2022, and only now the distributor = monopoly, is informing about a delay or 4 additional months. This is outrageous. How can they be allowed to do business in a developed country? And the staff of Gigantti deleted it. Where is the freedom of speech ? Not to mention the rude customer service

I went to Gigantti in Kaari to buy a TV set I had reviewed on the web and made up my mind. The salesman tried to sell me another more expensive tv model. Then he started offering me services and products I do not need, like tv set calibration and some other services for 50 e a month, new phone subscription,higher speed internet connection, even antivirus software for my computer... this went on for quite a while until I said please stop. I came here to buy one certain product and nothing else so stop and get me that. When he went to get it from the store I left the shop as quickly as I could nervous and agitated straight to Verkkokauppa dot com. No more Gigantti for me, not even for a simple tooth brush. I had two painful issues with that shop before.
Bought true wireless and thought the return policy would apply. There is a separate mention in the policy about hygiene products, eg. tooth brushes, hair removal products, etc... and in-ear products. I never checked this part as I find headphones to be in totally different product category than "hygiene product". Now I have these 280 euros costing headphones that don't fit me. Never again.
Gigantti is a disaster. My son recently bought a keyboard from there. He plugged it into his computer at his mom’s and the computer died five minutes later. An hour later he plugged in the keyboard into his computer at mine and the computer died in the same exacy way five minutes later. Yet when we brought it into Gigantti for repair they audaciously claimed that the computers breaking had nothing to do with the keyboard and we had to pay for the repairs.I personally stopped buying things from Gigantti years ago as the products are crap and the service is a disaster. Too many bad experiences. Verkkokauppa is a thousand times better.
Nothing in their service works as it should, their customer service is terrible, the website is full of bugs (+ no english), you have to return things physically to shops, to get a refund you also need to physically go to the shop.I bought a CPU from them, and it arrived 8 months later with no apology nor even warning of it ever being delayed or ETA on the date. Then it was broken, and I had to wait 6 weeks after bringing it back to repair for them to say: we have realized we can't fix CPUs, so we will refund you. Great, thanks for making me unable to work remotely for 6 weeks for no f... reason.

I had order EPOQ kitchen and installation from Gigantti in Sep 21. I was promised get 95% part delivered by Week 45. Slowly few part started missing their delivery schedule , I was promised that it will not impact the assembly as missing parts were aesthetic,could be fitted later. To my surprise I had received call last Week 44 , Gigantti service informed me that most of kitchen is coming late and it will go to Year 2022. I had heard similar stories with other friends that they received partial deliver the kitchen cabinets and assembly company has already took out the old kitchen. In my case bit lucky to still have some functional kitchen but appliance and kitchen floor is bad state. Only god knows when new kitchen will be ready. I dont have new schedule yet from Gigantti. Very poor customer services. They should stop selling the kitchen till the time previous backlog is fulfilled.

Two separate warranty cases in less than a year have been following the same formula. Gigantti first sold me an extended warranty. Then they've been using their own service company for these unfortunate product defect inspections during the initial warranty period, that just bluntly denied the defects being warranty cases. In other words, they've tried to sell me the same products during the warranty period a second time. First case was eventually my loss as I didn't realize to take the reclamation further, but in the second case I sent the product out to manufacturer. The manufacturer said that it indeed was a warranty case. But as I disagreed with Gigantti's own service company, they charged me an inspection bill of 40€. I will never again buy anything from Gigantti and neither should you. Don't reward a company that treats customers like this.
Very bad service! I bought a washing machine with delivery, connection and recycling service and I ended up paying a third party to do the first two jobs and....I had to pay the recycling process twice because i have no car. The reason: the young man who was suppose to connect the water tubes said that the tube system in my kitchen was wrongly connected and he was not ready to do it.Another guy came and did it with no problems. This was the last time i deal with Gigantti.By the way, the service at the Mega store is also bad. Many of the working guys are not there to advice or talk to you at all.

I ordered a washing machine on Oct 26,2021. Until now there were no updates when will they deliver. October 28,2021 i ordered a philips OLED tv 65" from gigantti as well. It was supposed to deliver on November 8,2021 between 8am to 6pm. They texted me in the morning that they will deliver that day and they will call me 60 minutes before they'll deliver. I was busy at work coz it was my first day on my new work place and my phone was in my locker so I wasn't able to answer the call. Then I received a message that they delivered but nobody's home. I was soooo upset because they should have texted me or call me again to agree on the time of the delivery. 😡
